02/01/2026: Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined the visit. I expect basic courtesy as a customer, and unfortunately that was missing here. I won’t be returning to this location.

11/10/2025: A nice, cozy spot for a morning coffee, but the food was quite disappointing. We tried the ham and cheese quiche with salad and were let down, the quiche had way too much ketchup inside, and the salad was served with cold pasta, which didn’t go well with the hot quiche.

18/05/2025: A little gem in town, professional efficient and clean. Staff are wonderful obliging and respectful. Has its niche and does it well no more can be asked 🙂

11/05/2026: Chips reheated left over from previous orders but only small hard pieces I didn't enjoy, chicken tasted old. Worst I ever had. Can of coke was good. Not recommending anymore.

17/04/2026: I’m a support worker and recently visited McDonald’s Artane with the people I support. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and proactive. They were very attentive to the people I support, and I observed the same level of care and attention given to other customers as well.

26/02/2026: Pictures speak louder than words. That sorry looking object was a QTR pounder with cheese. No onions again, Maybe that is a cost saving measure. Ate some of it and threw it away. Very very bad. That's my last McDonald's.

01/06/2026: I had the chicken supreme for dinner, and it was delicious. Wonderful staff and atmosphere. Shout out to Emma!

23/05/2026: Had the "Dirty Chicken," an attempt at chicken nachos. Terribly salty. It was like chicken McNuggets with cheese sauce and nacho chips. Entirely devoid of vegetables. Get serious Chef!

02/06/2026: Needed a quick bite to eat and everything else in town was packed. Outdoor live music was good, but so loud we elected to sit inside. Not a lot of ambiance inside, but we got served quickly and the food was good. But after our food and drinks came, they ignored us. We actually had to get up and track someone down to get our check.

A bartender who treats you condescendingly from the start and even forbids you from participating in an internal discussion because it doesn't reflect his own. Absolutely fascist idiot and a disgrace to this beautiful country. Feck this cunt.

14/05/2026: Chicken burrito. Unironically smelled like dog food. Had to throw it out half way through because I almost started gagging. Service was fairly meh. Being looked at like I have 4 heads for asking a simple question.

03/02/2026: This has to be one of the better burritos I have tried. Stumbling around Dublin trying to get to the Spar around the corner, the smells came wafting from here? Should I? No... I'm going to Spar. But... Let's just look at the prices and offers. A student deal?? Sign me up! Got a beefy barbacoa burrito with cremosa salsa and a Sprite zero. Heaven on a rainy day like today. Maybe the taste was better because I was hungry and tired, I don't know and don't care either. I liked it a lot. Plus, they have Valentina hot sauce, so of course they're legit. (And Frank's Hot Sauce, but they put that shit on everything (iykyk).) Hope to come back here one day, either by myself or with someone else. Also, hearing Spanish solidifies how legit it is. 😊

11/06/2026: Staff were Brazilian and so warm and friendly. Big welcoming smile, nice to engage with. It's a nice touch missing from many places

01/03/2026: Wasted time on a Sunday. The place should be open from 1 p.m. There's a sign saying it'll be open from 2 p.m. It's 2:05 and there's no one there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

23/05/2026: I've ordered from here twice in the last week, and it was delicious both times. Beef was great, chicken was great, rice was great and the salt and chilli chips which are proper chipper chips seasoned with salt and chilli were amazing! I ordered extra hot and spicy and both times my request was recognised and didn't disappoint. Thanks for the great food!

10/04/2026: I ordered some spice box, chicken cheese rolls , fried crispy wontons and vegetable rolls for my daughter's birthday party. They all loved the food . Especially the chicken balls in the spice box. I would highly recommend them. Their food is a great choice for a birthday party.

06/02/2026: Pizza barely had a sauce was over cooked and the dough was chewy! I’m so disappointed. The jalapeno poppers weren’t fully cooked either, tired to put them in air fryer to make them more crispy didn’t work, no golden colour. And the wedges were inedible. I will never again order from here!!

Ordered takeaway for the whole fanily to save time and get a chillout evening free of cooking. the delivery took forever!! had to ring to see what was happening. got a dry "your food is on the way"... anothe 40 minuts later it arrived... ah well, we are busy... BUSY??? how's that my problem?? hire more staff, give a warning that you gonna be over an hour (!!!) food arrived only to go into the bin!!! after paying nearly 50 euro, binned the whole lot!!! the food was disgusting!! cold, greasy, tasted unfresh, awful looking and and even worse tasting. chips soggy, greasy, half of them burnt. kebabs soggy, veg looked unfresh, frozen in parts, bread soggy. looked like leftovers were thrown back together. garlic bread (how can you mess up garlic bread?? apparently, you can if you are Apache Pizza Gort!) wasn't soft, greasy and cold. after leaving a review, got a general copy-paste response from main branch asking to contact actual local branch (Gort) to see what was the problem and why food was so bad and delivery was so long... so like, after, i wasted time, money, had bad experience they want me to go back and see what is their problem that they cant provide a decent service?? seriously?.. never again!! horrible experience!
