30/12/2024: Probably the rudest staff I've ever experienced, and I'm not exactly young 😂 The manager treated orders with complete contempt, it also took an age to get our orders out even though it wasn't busy. I'm assuming this was down to staff incompetence. All in all a thoroughly unpleasant experience, there are better options close by.

21/12/2024: Wonderful experience at Aye for my fiancé's 30th birthday! Lovely setting inside. So comfortable and has a very chilled vibe. Food was delicious ! We did a mixture of a lot of different dishes. We got slow cooked lamb bon bons, crispy chicken, crispy confit duck, king prawn pil pil and a side of potato terrine bites. We got a complimentary portion of bread , vinegar oil and garlic butter. All the food was so fresh and tasty. Our server was a lovely lady who was extremely attentive and friendly. We went at 4pm and it was very quiet. Things picked up around 6pm and got more vibrant. Depending on weather you want peace and quiet or a bit of an atmosphere choose your timing accordingly. Price below includes all food, 3 glasses of wine and 4 bottles of Heineken zero ! Amazing value for this day and age

15/12/2024: A lovely spot with a heated outdoor space, more staff during busy times would be appreciated. It's the nature of cocktail bars but being served can take a while

11/01/2025: Was at 50th Birthdsy party in quarry house room was very cold no heating on everyone had coats on all night kept complaining to staff about heating not on .nothing was done about it . most people left psrty because of cold.would not recomend venue .i would not every go there again .disgraceful how they treat customers.

03/11/2024: My 74yr old father wasn't allowed to drink in the lounge on a Sunday afternoon because he had a pair of tracksuit bottoms on him. It's absolute disgrace.

27/01/2025: I’ve walked past Beef & Lobster for months now and have always wanted to try it but unfortunately we found the food to be quite disappointing. It’s got a great location and is lovely inside but my food was very tasteless bordering on bad. I ordered the Salt and Pepper Squid for starters and although the aioli was great the actual squid had absolutely no flavour. I ordered the chicken burger for mains. I have never had a burger with so little flavour. It is a very generous piece of chicken in the burger but despite the burger having two types of sauces, it just tasted like nothing. Not even adding salt and pepper helped. My husband had the chicken wings for starter which he described as good but not great, however he really enjoyed his surf and turf burger. It seems like some of their dishes are quite good but others are very tasteless so it feels like quite a gamble and we unfortunately will not be back. On a plus side, the staff were friendly.

20/12/2024: I was served an undercooked (veg) AND over cooked (meat) Turkey & Ham dinner. I didn't eat a bite and sent it back. I was not offered a replacement meal or given a reason why the food was so poorly prepared. Instead I recieved hostily from the blonde barmaid with glasses. She tried charging me for said dinner abd refused me a card receipt. Needless to stay I've lodged a complaint with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.

15/12/2024: I thought the place looked great, a lot of effort had gone into decorating the place for Christmas, shame l couldn’t say the same about the food & the lack of interest in a complaint. So one of my all time favourites chicken fajitas was ordered. I would put money on the chicken not being freshly cooked, no fajita seasoning and just a mush, completely tasteless and rubbery. No guacamole was served, No soured cream But hey who needs that when you have been served a pot of whipped cream with the wraps ! It was revolting. Young girl serving was very pleasant when l told her l wanted it taken off the bill, a senior staff was informed & questioned why l hadn’t mentioned it earlier ( really no point l would not have touched anything else they might have offered ) Had to wait for owner for 30 mins, his attitude was very offhand & rude, said his two chefs had looked at it and it was fine ! I had to pay the full bill there was no budging on it ! What happened to the customer is always right. Save your money and enjoy anywhere else in Dublin l would say .

20/01/2025: The service was good. Coffee warm but not hot. Sofas are all stained and looked really disgusting.

19/01/2025: Caffè Nero is a spot for a quick coffee and cake. The atmosphere is cozy, the service efficient, and the menu offers a good selection of drinks, bakeries, and cakes. While not a standout for specialty coffee, it’s a good choice for a casual pit stop. A reliable choice if you're in the area and need a caffeine boost.

19/01/2025: I ordered lamb curry, but they gave me chicken!!! I believed chicken was cheaper, they pretend to be mutton with chicken!

07/01/2025: Lovely place to eat with friendly staff. They don't sell alcohol so you are allowed to bring your own wine or drink.

15/12/2024: I was in Twomeys SuperValu today, just a few days before Christmas and all the staff were so pleasant and happy, it was a delight to shop there

27/11/2024: Mid level SuperValu, good deli. Very few tills. Parking in the back is decent but the parent baby bays are usually blocked by the super value van. IV been blocked in by the van before with my kids and when I asked him to move he said will I wait until he loads his van. Not ok

29/12/2024: Visited the Craftsman on Saturday (14th December 2024) I was disappointed by the amount of Vaping taking place inside Member of band playing vaping, appropriately 11 people in pub doing high degree of vaping, there was visible high level haze in the pub at times … it reminded me of the days when smoking was allowed in pubs I did ask the management about vaping policy in the Craftsman, but was disappointed with the fact they do not have any… not like other pubs in the area, who treat it the same a smoking Overall a ok Pub … but let down on vaping policy, personally will now be going to other pub in the area, who look after the majority of the customers and not just those who vape

27/12/2024: Quaint but cosy little pub, my visit today was for a less joyful occasion however the staff were very accommodating, the food was really tasty and the drinks were very refreshing. I can recommend this location should it cross the path of anyone passing through the area.

03/10/2024: Stopped for lunch. Great food and service. Maryellen took care of us and got our large party settled comfortably. Highly recommended!!

15/08/2024: We had dinner in the dining room and had the most delicious seafood, lamb and duck. The servers were very friendly and chatty.
