27/01/2026: Waited 1.5 for delivery, food was cold and disgusting

22/01/2026: Ordered the tofu kung po, hot and sour soup and spice bag. Absolutely disgusting! The tofu kung po was pale in colour rather than the dark sauce and just tasted wrong. The spice bag was salty rather than favourable with spice bag flavours. The hot and sour soup appeared very thick and black in colour. There was meat and baby prawns that were rancid tasting and rubbery.....vomit worthy. All in all such a waste of money and time.

27/02/2026: Some people have a problem with the S'bucks brand, but it's hard to beat their filter coffee..l enjoyed a bit of time here this morning, but l couldn't help noticing the furniture was a bit tired and sad looking (needs cleaning or replacing)..also the huge windows at the front of the place really needed cleaning...

14/02/2026: Toilet is always out of order... seriously you're selling liquids...!!! Or lazy to clean...

14/02/2026: Staff here lack the basic competence to organise the orders. After 25 minutes of waiting while they sent order after order out through delivery drivers for all the various food apps. My order, upon enquiry, had not even begun to have been made. This is the 3rd time this has happened here where I have elected for a refund after wasting 30 minutes of my time, to end up with no food and to move on to somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time - the lack of care for having taken so long was not unnoticed either….. terrible

03/01/2026: Food was great. They gave us the perfect amount of sauce. Price was low. The tables,chairs, and floor was really clean. The bathroom was open and it wasn't loud.

19/10/2025: Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the "Italian coffee" expectations the logo suggests. The coffee has a bitter, acidic aftertaste, and the desserts are a bit dry.

12/10/2025: On Sundays at 8 a.m., there aren't many options for a small vegan meal. I'm not a fan of coffee, but the other options were superb: friendly, ambiance, food, and open on Sundays. The vegan options are clearly listed on the website. The apple crumble was our highlight 👍👍👍

05/07/2025: The impressions from visiting this place are not the most pleasant. There are no prices on the menu, which is strange. Not all drinks are translated into English. The table with napkins is dirty. It is obvious that the staff has difficulty serving a large flow of customers. Judging by the taste, appearance and execution of bubble tea, its price is too high.

22/02/2026: Beautiful Concert Hall with great acoustics. Tickets very affordable. Goos central location in the city. Great concerts.

30/12/2025: The food was great.however the young blonde fella who served me was very polite whereas the woman with blonde short hair was very rude in her approach to my uncle and to the guy who served us. I deffo didnt feel comfortable neither did other customers in the takeaway

14/02/2026: I placed an order which was accepted and marked as in progress, but it was suddenly cancelled after more than 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. I relied on this order and wasted a significant amount of time waiting. Because of this cancellation, I then had difficulty ordering food elsewhere. If restaurants are going to cancel orders after accepting them, they should not appear as available on the platform. I expect an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

14/02/2026: Had to wait 10 minutes after being seated until I was forced to go up and ask for menus, it then took another 20 minutes until I was again forced to ask to be served sitting there 20 minutes without even a drink. When we eventually ordered it then took another 25 minutes before receiving our drink. Took 40 minutes before receiving food too. By the time they brought our naan bread we were finished eating Speakers had really bad static and cobwebs on the chandelier I’m absolutely shocked with the atmosphere and service of this place to be honest I wanted to go different but will be definitely returning to the chilli shaker next time

08/03/2026: Completely changed from a couple yrs ago!! Serious food, lovely staff, fresh food in good time, no complaints except we are absolutely stuffed. Well worth every penny, the fish and chips is beautiful and im from the south coast of England, best ive had in Ireland in 20 years!! Highly recommend!!!!

01/02/2026: We got a takeaway from martinos last night. He had "fresh cod" and chips , only whatever the fish was it wasn't cod. He couldn't eat it so gave it to the cat, it wouldn't even eat it. I had a philby steak sub, was OK but not great. We both had chips, which although you get loads were repeats and not nice. Waste of €25

08/01/2026: Probably the worst Supermac’s in Ireland. Staff is friendly however the quality of the food and the quality control are a let down.

01/01/2026: Got a quick bite. Bought a meal deal and went large on fries and drink. Bag of fries was tiny. When I queried the portion size, the manager said he doesn't control the portion size. Food was the cold side of warm.

04/11/2025: I have had chilly cheese bites in many burger king & there are really good. This one is horrible. They always give cheese bites that are made hours ago. Just reheat them and give. It was like stone. Absolute waste of money, The staff are friendly but food is horrible. Very disappointing

07/02/2026: I came today for my birthday. I've had a really tough year, especially the days leading up to today, and the manager refused to give me the discount because it wasn't showing up on their computer. She told me to email Starbucks. I left crying. I used to go to that location regularly, and just because of this bad experience, I won't be going back.

04/01/2026: I visited this Starbucks on Opera Lane today hoping to order a Toffee Nut Latte, but it wasn’t available and the alternative options I asked for were also unavailable. I eventually ordered a regular latte. While waiting, I overheard some of the staff talking loudly about customers just ordering lattes now that other drinks weren’t available, which felt uncomfortable and a bit unprofessional. Unfortunately, the latte itself was extremely bitter and unpleasant — it was basically impossible to drink. It tasted as if the filter or machine hadn’t been properly changed or cleaned, which was very disappointing considering I paid €5 for it.

12/09/2025: Very disappointed by the quality (or the lack of it) of the food and the subsequent level of service. I ordered sweet and sour king prawn dish to have at home. When I opened the box, a very strong smell of vinegar hit me. When I tasted the dish, the vinegar taste was even worse. Everyone in the house made the same comment about the smell. I phoned Dragon Boat and explained my issue. I was told that the operator tasted the sweet and sour sauce and that there was nothing wrong with the dish and he was not willing to make another portion or a different type of dish for me. He was simply not interested to resolve the issue but to only get me off the phone. I reiterated the fact that if I was dining in, I would not have paid for something I do not consider of acceptable standard. And yet, with a very arrogant tone of voice and without a hint of an apology, the worker told me he would not be doing anything for me as if everyone starts complaining, the restaurant would not be in business. Tonight, my consumer rights have not been respected and I am sharing my experience so people know what to expect ftom the staff in Drsgon Boat, Kilcock i.e. either hope for the best or stay hungry.
