The best restaurants

13/07/2026: Gave up eating here after constantly seeing the chef smoke cigarettes outside and not wash his hands when returning to the kitchen. Last time he walked in and immediately grabbed a handful of chicken after using his bear hands to wipe his lips after putting out a cigarette. When I pulled him on it I was that one got an ear full from him.

14/07/2026: The first time a few weeks back I ordered a philly steak sandwich n chips the steak was tougher than old.boots and I mean that every piece was inedible..the chips was well worn out looking and they too was 3 chips and the rest in the bin.. Absolutely not a place I would recommend..in fairness how can you pass out that kinda food at a prime time like 6pm in the evening

22/06/2026: Unfortunately, our experience didn't match the many positive reviews. We ordered two burger meals, a 9" pepperoni pizza, chips and drink for €43.50, but it was poor value for money. The pizza box was dripping with grease, the burger and bacon meat quality was very poor, and the chips were, overcooked, hard, tasteless. The toilet facility also needed attention, no soap available and the toilet seat cover completely missing. On a positive note, the staff were polite. We won't return.

15/09/2026: Coffemaker with pink hair had horrible behavior, this coffeshop never again. And coffe was bad too.

15/09/2026: Recommend to avoid this cafe if you see the waitress with purple/pink hair through the window. Never saw that kind of arrogant attitude to people.

20/07/2026: So cool eating on the Orient Express! We have dined at several Michelin Starred restaurants around the world and the Pullman is right up there. The food was delicious!! The staff were lovely and welcoming. It was a perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our last night in Ireland.

16/07/2026: This is a Michelin star restaurant in the famous orient express rail cars. As you would expect the food was excellent and a great place to go for a special occasion.

11/09/2026: if you make yourself look really small you can get behind the counter and run around really fast and the staff can't catch you cus they're too busy being hard at work slinging mid pizzas

24/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing food and super fresh pizza! 🍕 Everything tasted delicious, and my order was delivered in less than 20 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Rajdeep was an absolute delight — so welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. This was my first time ordering from Apache Pizza, and I was really impressed. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

13/08/2026: I have ordered a Donal hoagie and when I got home and tasted it was very salty. Next time when doing the food for customers don’t add salt or other condiments as customers can do that themselves when they get home. I’ve got Donal hoagies from here before but I never had this problem. Tell the chefs to NOT add salt or any other condiments without the customer’s request.

14/08/2026: Had a family member in hospital and ran across to grab something and settled on a smoky back cheese burger, well hands down it was the best one I've ever had and the freshest absolutely couldn't fault it , delicious, well done

16/08/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at Little Panda on Sunday 16/8 in Oldcastle was very disappointing. I went in with my 17-year-old niece, and the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and impatient from the beginning. She repeatedly talked over me, spoke through me to my niece instead of addressing me directly, and rushed us while we were simply trying to ask a few questions about the menu. When she called our order back, she had left out an item. Instead of simply correcting it, she became visibly annoyed with us for pointing it out. We were made to feel as though we were bothering her just by placing an order. Good customer service costs nothing. Customers should not be treated rudely or made to feel uncomfortable for asking reasonable questions and making sure their order is correct. Nasty behavior!

13/09/2026: Holy crap! Some of the best soft serve ice cream in a cone that we’ve ever had. It was way different from the United States, this is like way fluffier and creamier. 10 out of 10!

24/08/2026: The older woman working at the sandwich counter may have some difficulty hearing or seeing—I couldn’t quite tell. That might explain her behavior; otherwise, I don’t understand why she was so rude. She didn’t listen to how I wanted my sandwich made and even lectured me on how I should speak. I will never order a sandwich from this place again.

30/08/2026: Fast and friendly service. Ordered two spice bags for the two of us. They were perfect and honestly one would've been enough.
