They had to take 3 coffees and they didn't get it right.

12/10/2024: I had walked past Insomnia last night on the way to the Supervalu and spotted this. Since my hotel stay did not include breakfast, I popped out this morning for coffee and a pastry.
Friendly barista took my order and a few moments later, my order was called out. I spent an hour at Insomnia this morning sitting in the corner with my laptop. Yes, their free wifi worked well with my flat white and chocolate croissant. The coffee was very good and the croissant was also very good.
The space is comfortable with a variety of seating options. A number of work meetings happened while I watched and surfed the Internet.

16/01/2025: Today's coffee was quite bad. I don't think it was easy for batista to manage to make a good cappuccino with one hand, cause he was talking on a phone. But maybe it can be improved if he practices more, especially with steaming the milk properly and pressing coffee powder to the holder better. The atmosphere is good and friendly, though

22/11/2024: I'm a regular visitor to Breda's and have been for many years. If you're in the local area it's well worth a visit. The service is excellent, all the staff are so friendly.
I have no idea how they get the orders out so quick. You're never waiting more than a few minutes even at the busiest times.
The food is tasty and well priced.

31/12/2024: What a hidden gem , so much nicer than when the bar was called Grumpys it's now a stylish comfortable bar that myself and the wife will visit again for sure , rather than going to the same old places this is something fresh and new and very reasonable prices on drinks and food .. Furthermore I was pleasantly surprised to see a DJ on the night we was there and he was fantastic we will be returning for sure great bar for Tallaght
16/12/2024: Lovely bar was in there last weekend the bar is very comfortable the toilets were spotless and I can't complain they had a DJ too he was very good brilliant DJ played great music ill definitely visit again

29/11/2024: Longterm customers because we always get what we ask for but it was late, cold, weirdly over cooked and not what we asked for. We won't be doing that again, can be hit and miss but never this bad. For the price it's just not worth the risk of getting food only fit for the bin

Food was mediocre. I'd make myself better.
The waitress seemed all over the place. When I asked about salad! Kinda pause, etc..

Best man from my wedding announced to 9 friends that he was having his first baby, and all of the bar staff working told us to be quiet and keep the noise down as it’s a locals pub. Sterile environment to drink in, which nice decor, would never come back, ruined a memory forever for all of us.

08/12/2024: Loved the food, we ordered pizza, pasta and dessert for the kid. Portion is good. It was very busy as christmas time, little kids could be overwhelmed and it's bit warm inside.
06/08/2024: Amazing food ! And such a nice family atmosphere. It's located inside the Amber Springs Hotel, and kind of hard to find so just ask one of the hotel staff and they'll direct you. Really nice seafood risotto!
