The best restaurants

21/01/2025: Nice Hotel, good bar, located close to Luas red line. Room was dirty and the single bed was on casters which didn't have Breaks, so the bed was moving freely. Asked reception to do something during the day. Nothing was done so i slept on a moving bed for 2 nights. Very poor service. Back door to balcony was on ground level and could not be locked. My wife felt unsafe when i left the room, empty beer cans in the grass outside. Would stay again but only in a double room.. fix the beds and put locks on the doors!

21/01/2025: Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, comfy, clean and lovely view. Leisure centre did not have clear signs of how to get to the reception, as it was downstairs. Pool, steam room and jacuzzi were lovely, stayed for a long time. towels were on the small size. Dinner good size portions, bar staff nice and friendly. Breakfast was only warm, had to ask to get it heated up, but there was a good selection of hot and cold food choices available.

28/11/2024: This is a longer post. First and foremost we booked a reservation and were sat pretty quickly and maybe 5 minutes later we were asked by a not so nice waiter if we were ready. We were then taken over by Zachariah who was AMAZING! He was so nice and attentive even tho he was the ONLY WAITER THERE. The place was packed full, and he was the only waiter working. Insane. But he was great! The food was good. I got the pan fried chicken. Once we were close to done, a man (not sure what his position was) asked can we leave soon cuz they had the big party. I said absolutely not, we booked a reservation at 6:45 and it wasn’t even 7:30 and per your guidelines on open table, we had a 2 hour time slot and hadn’t even filled one. We had also not finished yet. We were left alone after that and again Zach was great! I feel like if the big party wasn’t there, we would have been okay. But regardless, food was good.

22/10/2024: Sooo bad. €17 for a pizza that was clearly a cheap frozen pizza from Tesco. Like the bottom of the barrel cheap €2 stuff. It had the little factory holes all over the bottom so it obviously wasn't made in the restaurant. It didn't have any of the toppings from the menu, just bland, tasteless cheese and tomato sauce. It was gross honestly. Waiter was pretty rude as well.

04/01/2025: Food is lovely, bigger portions than some locations in dublin more in line with galway and limerick sizes.

15/12/2024: Cenar aquí con bastante frecuencia y tengo que dárselo a la dirección y al personal trabajador del Marble City Bar. La comida siempre es deliciosa y fresca😋. Así que saludos a sus chefs. El personal va más allá para que su visita sea memorable ☝️. Me encanta el ambiente allí.

18/09/2024: Ci avevano consigliato questo ristorantino su una delle strade principali della città ma a noi non è piaciuto nè per il servizio, poco cortese (tra l'altro ci hanno dato un tavolo piccolissimo per noi) , nè per il cibo (carne arrostita) e per il rapporto qualità-prezzo

17/11/2024: Packed on the Saturday night we were in, good pint of Guinness and not bad at a fiver

14/10/2024: Nice place to go for a few pints. Enjoyed watching the Ireland game and a chat with other guests afterwards. We'll be back

29/09/2024: Muy buena experiencia. Éramos un grupo de diez y nos recibieron de una manera muy agradable y gusana. El servicio general fue excelente, la calidad de la comida bastante alta. Todos estaban satisfechos. Esa cena fue la mejor experiencia gastronómica en Dublín.

25/11/2024: Very salty and stale food. Small portions - big prices. we will never come back.Only staff was very nice.

12/10/2024: Sat in for a meal here for a family birthday. We were served by a girl who had very weak English. We don't blame her for the mistakes she made on our order as she never should have been put in that situation. The food came out in dribs and drabs so by the time everyone had their starters the first ones were cold. The mains were very tasty and served at the same time to be fair. The prices were ridiculously high for the portion sizes. We won't be going to this restaurant again.

18/01/2025: Best Restruant in Kilkenny and the whole wide world! There are plenty of parking spots. There are plenty of places to eat with your family and friends. For the food, you get full with the sides, and then you have the main. Absolute class restaurant 👏 Reccomend the trioligy box meal btw!

13/09/2024: Have been ordering takeaway from King's for a few years. The food is excellent especially the sushi, best in town. Super fresh and good quality ingredients. Delivery usually quick. Have never eaten in the restaurant so can't comment on that.

16/01/2025: If you aren't in the know, the Indian cuisine on offer here might surprise you with quality. I ordered chicken pakora, a chicken bhuna and a keema naan and it was all delicious.

26/08/2024: Myself the good lady wife and daughter use this beach as we are about 30 mins away. Hadn't really stopped for food here before but wow since the first time been a couple more because the pizzas are lovely and we enjoy a bag of really tasty chips to share. Staff are lovely and you get a buzzer which is handy when waiting outside . Cant comment on any other food as not tried but highly recommend what we've had.

16/08/2024: Best food we had all week on holidays. Friendly attentive staff, very clean, and outside enclosed seating area with kids play area. We'll be coming back next year. Phenomenal pizza chips kebab tray 😋

17/09/2024: Fantastic food , best meal we had during our stay at Inniscrone. We had the Bruschetta to start and the Cod and Seafood Linguine. Really, really good! Definitely recommend!

10/08/2024: The food was fabulous, service was very good, served Morretti on draft which was a bonus. Hubbie said dessert was amazing. Wasn’t cheap but nowhere is these days. Daughter delighted with gluten free pizza and chips!

11/10/2024: Very friendly staff. However avoid the taco fries unless you like sweet chilli sauce!

01/10/2024: I got salad burger and chips. got small overcooked burger in a small bun with an easy single cheese slice stuck in the middle and a bit of salad in unheated bun with chips . I wasn't impressed and I told the guy at the tills and got no apology from him . I won't be back

06/12/2024: Just purchased a breakfast roll and a tea in Maxol in Wicklow town, €7 far to expensive, I won't be back.

06/12/2024: One very rude staff member downstairs ordering a roll. I’ve been previously informed of some staff members inpatient manner but the way this blonde haired women in her 50’s spoke to me was so unprofessional. I will not return

30/11/2024: Been ordering from this place for the last 2 years between mine and my husband’s account, never had an issue. My encounter with the delivery driver tonight was so disheartening, was told that I live too far away and that next time I will be charged €7 for delivery. It’s not even the money, it’s the blatant lack of manners from the driver. Wasn’t even greeted with a “hello”, just pure rudeness as I was told about the delivery fee and then walked off. I shouldn’t have left feeling like I was in the wrong, you guys need to update delivery fees in your app if that’s the case instead of blaming the customer. I wouldn’t have minded paying the extra fee, but if this is how you treat your loyal customers, then I’m afraid I won’t be ordering from here anymore.
