05/11/2025: Ordered at 9pm last night, at 10pm it was finally on the way. The driver didn't move for about 10 minutes so I sent a message on Uber. He then called me to say he's stuck with two orders. The restaurant was closing and had cleaned up and said they aren't making the orders. Told the driver to mark them as collected. He was then stuck with the orders on his app and couldn't do more orders (driver is top rated). Shameful that the restaurant didn't even call themselves. Not my first incident here over customer service ridiculous carry on. Back to Changaro for the customer service. Update: As much as I'd hate to drag a family business, the way you treat customers here is disgusting. I posted this a month ago, got a reply fairly quick but can now see they've edited their response one day ago. Horrible to be blaming Uber and the drivers when they're the only ones who made contact, you were probably home and all by then. The food was not late, it was refused to be made. Driver was in an awful panic. Hilarious reading all the reviews, but what's even funnier is the we checked CCTV response.. had an issue like this before, claimed staff aka family "didn't do it" and insisted I was lying about an order being wrong. Told them not to bother checking but they called back to say the camera showed driver taking wrong order which was a lie since rest of order was perfect. (Dietary requirements meant the wrong one couldn't be eaten). But I think the most APPALLING part is the absolute audacity and rudeness of the owner replies. Might be " in the business years " as they say, but clearly have learnt zero customer service... Won't be wasting more time on this review or this place🤑

23/10/2025: Unreal food, lovely staff, great selection

11/11/2025: Today we ordered a half broccoli and half vegetarian pizza. Although a good size, the pizza was cold, tasteless, without salt, olive oil, oregano, or onion; the mushrooms were on top as if they were straight from a can. It didn't even have the smell of pizza, that good pizza smell. It could have been better if the order of the ingredients had been better. And if it had at least been lukewarm and not with canned mushrooms, but rather fresh, seasoned cooked mushrooms.

21/07/2025: An absolute disgrace 😤 there prices and cost of produce are near extortionate, paying 3.25 for a chocolate muffin amd also paying a charge of 75 cent to use there tables and chairs ,plus paying 9.30 cent for two coffees with an added charge to use a chair ,thank god we are only passing through and will never be back FACT

07/10/2025: Wonderful experience at the newly rebranded Sweet Basil (now Kung pao panda) today - the service was excellent (very quick and all staff extremely welcoming and friendly) and the food was absolutely delicious. I had chicken chow mein medium spice, the chicken was succulent and the medium spice sauce had a subtle kick which really enhanced the noodles. Very generous portion size, very reasonable price and most importantly super tasty - I highly recommend the restaurant, staff and food and I look forward to my next visit!

09/09/2025: Service was very, very slow. Took over 45 mins for our food to arrive. They force you to pay 7.5% service charge or you have to ask them to remove it which I despise. Food was fine but nothing amazing. The lad with the guitar was great, he started to get into the swing of it after 20 minutes. Not sure I'd be back.

15/11/2025: I’ve had the same negative experience at this McDonald’s three times now, so this isn’t a one-off incident. Each time, I’ve felt ignored and treated differently, and this visit was no exception. I tried to speak to the manager because my order was skipped, but he completely ignored me. Another staff member said “okay” but continued serving other customers, and I had to ask again before anyone helped. When my food was finally handed to me, it wasn’t even presented properly—no tray, no napkins—and my coffee was already cold from sitting out for so long. There was no greeting, no smile, and it felt like they just wanted me to leave. When I sat down, my table was dirty with rubbish around it. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and very disappointing.

31/10/2025: Stopped to get a quick take away. Was not impressed. Chicken burger was dry and had no taste. Wife had beef burger and ended up with heartburn.

04/09/2025: Amazing cocktails at a fair price. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Live music on the weekends and overall just a great atmosphere in the evenings!

27/07/2025: Mrs. Robinson is not just a bar. It's like vintage, history and Guinness gathered for a party. You went in for "one drink" and ended up in a museum of style, spirit and details. Every corner here asks: "Take a photo of me." And every drink - "stay for one more." This is not just a bar - it's a character. With its own character, style and secrets❤️❤️❤️ I definitely recommend going in for a drink🫶🏻

18/11/2025: The staff was amazing. It was a child's birthday party. They made them busy. Lots of space, great fun, happy bellies 😊 and great atmosphere

08/12/2025: Order missing from delivery, cold soggy food zero customer service rude staff

24/11/2025: Indiligent and unhonest staff I came to the canteen 15 mins before its closing time today to order a burger for takeaway, but the door was locked. The two staff members and a rude security simply kept saying it was closed, and there was no food in store. Yet I could clearly see there was a lot of chicken and burger displayed in their kitchen. I asked them why did you lie, they kept saying it was closed, nothing else. I humbly suggest the canteen to hire more responsible and diligent staff and state your opening hours correctly so you don’t need to lie to your customers for your indolence.

19/06/2025: The are rude including the man there, he was so rude that I will never order anything there again or anyone I know. He told me to order the uber to pick up my food and said the food was ready. I ordered the uber, the uber arrived and the food was not even ready. Instead of him to apologize because he is costing me more money. He started speaking rudely to me and telling me "you listen". Just imagine! Well, very poor customer service even at the restaurant. I went there to eat a couple of times and the food takes over an hour to get ready even if you book ahead. Today, I ordered at 15:00PM and the food was not ready till past 17:00PM. And they open at 15:00PM so I’m wondering why it took so long. The man is rude, great food, but very very poor service.

12/06/2025: I’d highly recommend. Very affordable price for the food and beautiful aesthetics. Staff was very friendly and professional too. Solid 8/10. Would definitely go back.
