09/01/2025: Soon it will be 5 years since I went for Erasmus+ Internship to Mallow and had the opportunity to taste Kentucky and I still remember it as the best food I have ever tasted.
I can promise you, you are not gonna regret ordering some!
13/12/2024: even though the chips taste lovely, they are 90% scraps and an awful lot are bad. Very poor quality.

26/11/2024: Popped in with my son at lunchtime for a sandwich. I opted for the chicken and chorizo toastie from the small selection on the blackboard. It took such a long time to arrive, and when it did it was so dry it needed extra mayo. For €10, not even a garnish or a couple of crisps was included. My son liked his brownie, but the selection of cold drinks was also poor. Fridge understocked. The whole place is lacking in something. There was absolutely nothing here that would entice us back, sorry.
09/11/2024: I went there to study over the weekend and I had a great little table to work at with a lovely matcha. I brought my own reusable cup and got a 10 cent discount. Will come again.

31/01/2025: Dropped in on a Friday evening. Lovely atmosphere with a harp and uilleann pipe filling the air with Irish tunes. Loved it.
19/01/2025: Sean behind the bar is what all good Irish pubs have, one great barman, one lovely little pub great choices of drinks including cocktails. This is why we go back over and over

01/12/2024: Visited here twice in a few days a sir was so good and one of the only restaurants open in tramore in November midweek. Open from Tuesday at this time.
Great food. Delightful staff and lovely wine list.
09/11/2024: The food was top notch The view was absolutely amazing. The parking was easy. Overall great value for money. The only thing the restaurant was a bit cold. However if they’ve had a full house I’m sure it would’ve been warm.
The service personel was very attentive. The sprite can couldn’t be opened and the server offered a new one straight away.

23/12/2024: I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes until a worker wearing a “one piece” hoodie decided to finally serve me, they/them asked what I wanted, I told them. They then proceeded to tell me that they were closed after I already was waiting in line for 10+ minutes.

27/05/2024: Just got pizza and one of the toppings were missing which is chicken popcorn! Not very happy and wouldn’t order again.
I’d also like to mention they charged me the recycle deposit for the coke I got but when it turned up it didn’t have the symbol so can’t return it.

11/08/2024: I go here regularly for breakfast. The coffees are beautiful! Breakfast is good the majority of the time, can be a bit hit and miss depending on the chef. If ordering scrambled egg, I'd suggest asking to have it done in the pan as it is usually done in the microwave. Dinners are great value, portions are huge and price is great. The service is great. The waitresses are really friendly and accommodating and are exceptional when you are a regular.

24/09/2024: We had a great stay at Grovemount House. Our room was large and spacious with incredible views of the sunset. We loved hearing the cows in the pasture in the evening. It is close to lots of attractions and the towns of Ennistimon and Lehinch for shopping and restaurants. The hosts were the nicest people we have ever met. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
08/08/2024: A disappointment. From the outside the place wouldn't be bad either, unfortunately the inside is all very old from the rooms to the bathrooms to the furnishings without even breakfast. Definitely expensive. The property is now for sale
