25/12/2024: Use to be decent place but the standards have well dropped. Few times we have ordered food now and it been totally wrong. This time ordered a spicy bag and just plain chips arrived. Then when contacted them they were obvious to how order wrong and very unhelpful on how correct there own mistakes.

27/10/2024: This is my all time favourite Chinese take away place , this is my go to place for when I want a yummy Chinese. Service is good but I’d recommend and order for collection as the delivery does take longer. My go to order would be chicken balls chips and egg fried rice and it has never let me down. You get what you pay for and I love this take out restaurant. Me and my family always share out our portions and we always still get loads 10/10

27/12/2024: A sad shadow of its glory days. Once a central part of the Midleton night scene, it is now a patchwork of bad ideas and no character that lacks direction or identity. They have a pool table where once sessions were played. Dart boards where bands used to smash it every weekend and an outdoor area that once was the place to be, but is now a shabby dump. Go anywhere else in town, you'll enjoy it more!

17/10/2024: Incredibly rude Manager micro manages everything, upsets staff and killing the atmosphere. staff not let to use their own initiative. Leaking roof in dining area. Wi-Fi range is terrible. Food is bland tasteless Booked table but was put up at bar counter to eat by arrogant manager whom later was drinking at bar with other guests!!!! ?Great staff but terrible manager. Manager needs to keep away from dining area and stop micro managing. Will not come back here again. Depressing function room out the back. This place is a gold mine if run correctly with right management and again food needs proper freshness. Nothing to get excited about. Old gents and ladies hotel!

26/01/2025: We were here for an event. We didn't stay in the hotel but attended over 3 days. The staff were nice but the manager needs to work on her people skills. She had a very bad manner. We've attended events at this hotel for the past 4 years and there has never been a problem bringing food into the hotel. They have a very limited menu and if you suffer food intolerances this is definitely not the place for you because the menu has no allergy information on it. I thought this was compulsory? They have done some decorating in the hotel and changed the rules on eating your own food in the bar and reception area. Which is fine but the way the manager spoke to people who didn't read the signs or had to bring their own food due to allergies was disgraceful. She shouted at 3 adults from a distance saying "you're not allowed to eat those sandwiches here we sell food here ". Firstly food they serve is not only limited but disgusting. She obviously hasn't eaten it. Secondly if she had approached the table discreetly she would have gotten an explanation as to why one of the adults was eating a sandwich. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a woman old enough to know better.

01/01/2025: Room was as poor as standard as you would get anywhere . Absolutely appalling.Tv was so small .Bathroom door broken lock .Shower door wouldn't close .Heat wasn't on .Noise from the kitchen droned on all night making it impossible to sleep .On a positive staff were lovely and efficient. Evening meal was nice .Breakfast poor

29/12/2024: I went to this shop and I was disappointed that I was going to buy a coffee machine and I felt very badly treated by the blonde girl. I think she is Ukrainian or a very racist tan. I felt angry. It bothered me a lot. I don't recommend going to this place at all.

02/01/2025: the orient plaza has an extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere and has the most delicious food i’ve ever tasted! i would definitely recommend as it has an abundant array of dishes and starters to choose from that can fit anybody’s likes and dislikes☺️ The staff is very friendly and the service was not only excellent but very fast and efficient! i will definitely be going again😍

26/11/2024: We used to order from here at least once a week. We love Indian food. We have really given them a chance and after the first let down we ordered 2 more times in case it was just a bad day for the cook. The curries (gravy) are really lacking now. I can't put my finger on it but they do not taste like they used to. Something is off with the lack of depth of flavour. Everything else is really good. Best pilau rice (proper with cloves & cardamom), best tandoori chicken wings (great flavour). The chicken in the makhanwala is always cooked really well with a char on it. Tadka what has happened?? Is it new owners or a new cook??

22/01/2025: A lovely spot for a bite in enniscorthy family owned business the standards are always kept up the place is spotless and always well staffed with nice workers. The best around town I would say for a quick bite and it won’t break your wallet
