The best restaurants

11/06/2025: €5.25 for a mocha that is disgusting price to charge, it's a small cup too, you don't deserve money charging that

04/05/2025: I was on the road and looking forward to a nice coffee and possibly a fresh pastry. I decided here would be a good place to stop off without stopping, especially as I had my daughter in the car! The guy was very friendly but I paid over €8 for a tiny, lukewarm coffee and a stale almond croissant. Where is cup size every other coffee place offers their customers as standard? The coffee was almost cold when I reached my destination less than ten minutes later and my daughter and I ended up sharing a scrap of the croissant - I had to throw most of it in the bin. Seriously lads, why are you charging your customers these prices for stale pastries and under-sized coffees? Hoping you’ll start to do right by your customers who take the time to wangle their way in to visit. It’d be nice to get a response to this review but it’s highly unlikely. In that case, I’ll drive on by to the next place next time.

06/07/2025: Waited over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered and it was cold when i got it

06/07/2025: Food was uncooked got food poisoning the next day and couldnt stop throwing up , the chicken tenders looked raw chicken breast was CREMATED. Would not order here

13/10/2024: A mocha on a take away cup when I’m sitting in the cafe ? I asked and he told me all mochas go in a take away cup! We have sat in 4 times in just this years and never received a mocha in a coffee cup while sitting down !!! Wdaf !!! Cannot taste the Belgian chocolate like I did yday or any other day I sat in or took away! Got a mocha yday and it tasted way better and more chocolate flavour like I have received every other time in here! The guy clearly wasn’t happy or confused my partner went up to complain! Useless custowmrs service! Very slow at cleaning up after other customers! We had to clear our own table!

22/09/2024: Unusual ist in the door on Sunday morning. Superised to see crumbs on chairs tables and floor unsweepted for Saturday trading

23/07/2025: Walked in a wee bit trolleyed and they were absolutely lovely.

16/07/2025: Personally I find that the quality of the food here is excellent being fresh and tasty. Yes it's a little bit pricier than other restaurants but worth it in my opinion for the quality. The kids meal was sausage and chips which normally I'd abhor but was excellent quality and everything was eaten so no waste. It was only a little bit more expensive than other bad quality kiddie meals elsewhere. They've introduced service now which is great especially if you've kids with you. They still seem to be ironing out the kinks but so much better than before. I'd recommend that you try it.

02/07/2025: The food is very expensive and bland, strudel was chewy. The macarons were overbaked and dry. It's really noisy. The service is incredibly slow and disorganised I wouldn't mind paying high prices if the food was worth it but it's really not.

04/07/2025: Lo peor que he probado en mi vida fueron unas patatas fritas grises que parecían palitos de pan, un personal horrible, un tipo que trabajaba con las manos peludas y sin guantes. No se lo daría a los cuervos 🤮🤮🤮🤮

23/06/2025: Acabo de pedir un Kabab y Fanta naranja para la entrega en mi hotel recibí una llamada para decir entrega fuera del hotel cuando recojo mi entrega y regresé a mi habitación no había Fanta naranja y Kabab estaba frío Además tengo dos tenedores y ningún cuchillo No voy a volver a usar este lugar

08/06/2025: Jez real disappointed, seen it on tik tok many a time and was mad to try it. Ordered spice box last night. Honestly chips were best thing in it, so average! We didn't get our two cans of 7up we paid for either. Conor Ryan hasn't a clue.

01/06/2025: Got food yesterday left short of a 3 in 1 got salt and chilli shredded beef sick for the night really would avoid few years ago the food was very good now it's gone so bad.

01/07/2025: The best place to order flat white or Matcha in Dundrum!! Berkay, the barista always greets you with a smile and is the most professional barista I have ever met. There is a wide selection of drinks and pastries. Whenever I am in the area, I stop by to say hello and get my coffee and croissant!

10/06/2025: We have used the Gourmet Parlour on a number of occasions for outside catering, never disappoints. Catherine and staff are always on the ball. Would definitely recommend.

15/07/2025: A great Irish village pub with very friendly locals. The menu had the usual pub offerings with healthy country meal size. The owner Des, went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

13/07/2025: Fantastic rustic bar a great stop off a short walk from the marina. Sitting outside on decking beside the river is idyllic and quaint, although the food menu is quite limited.

17/07/2025: Had dinner in the Gallery Restaurant on Saturday evening. Very pleasent ambiance and attractive dining room. The menu had four main choices. We had the trout and Chicken. The meals were excellent. Beautifully presented. The starters and deserts were also very good. The service was excellent, friendly and quick. Reasonably priced.

17/07/2025: Room was nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Spa is gorgeous, the girls there were really lovely. A nice lobby area with comfortable seating but impossible to concentrate on my book with the constant non stop loud overbearing personal conversations and roaring laughter between the receptionists. Not very appropriate and very annoying and it stopped me from relaxing which is what I’d came for! The swimming pool area was disappointing that it didn’t open until 9 on Sunday morning. I had hoped for a swim then shower before breakfast, who wants a swim after a big breakfast? Breakfast was really good though as was the burger in the bar. Very friendly staff in the food areas.
