03/09/2025: If carlsberg did kebabs they would taste and look like this... Probably the best kebab in the world...not to be missed. 10 out of 10. Delicious and suberb value.. The size of your arm.....wouldn't eat again for a week 😋

10/06/2025: And that one star was out of sympathy.......best Bad Really Bad ………Actually ….Badder then Bad……..best takeaway in west cork........are you having a laugh.......it's one of the worst takeaway I've had in Ireland....let alone cork......don't have the fried chicken whatever you do ......soaking with Grease .... tasteless and the consistency of rubber......all the other food came from frozen.....even the chips........the food was hanging.........avoid this place

01/08/2025: I had heard that this place was excellent. It’s far from that. We ordered chips and kebabs. The amount of sauce on the kebabs was ridiculous. It was pouring out. The pitta breads were saturated and fell apart. I can only imagine that it was in order to cover up the dryness of the doner meat. The chips were obviously reheats and tasted old. Never again. We threw most of it away and what we did eat made us feel sick.

11/07/2025: Just ordered family meal and kids meal. Should have been €38.50 we were charged €46. I rang them and was told family meal is €40.

21/08/2025: We're staying in Falcarragh and I really fancied a curry, despite it being near 10pm on a Wednesday night. I ordered the Garlic Tikka Masala with Peshawari naan and it was really really good. The chef was chopping fresh ingredients for it and it turned out very tasty, lovely garlic and ginger flavours coming through. I've had curries all over Leeds/Bradford and have to say that this was up there as good as those. I'll be back!

22/03/2025: Waited a hour for food the guy didn’t make it until we asked him and when we ask him for forks he forgot and the food was absolutely rotten don’t bother it’s a waste of time

25/04/2025: The filthiest pub I have ever been to. The toilets were disgusting and clearly aren't cleaned!

25/04/2025: This pub should be avoided at all costs. While the pints are cheap, it is not worth visiting. Anyone giving this place 5 stars needs to get their head checked. Open drug use in the toilets and the whole pub is filthy. I even won't describe how dirty the bathroom is...

17/07/2025: This is the best chinese take away in Cork. Another hidden jewel in the city. You get 1 liter of coke for free when you spend over €50 euros and you get the shrimp crackers too! I always order take away here specially if Im tired already. As their tagline says Your Dinner… We Cook!!! They have affordable menus that you can choose from. All are made to order so it’s a guarantee that the food is hot and fresh! It would usually take them 10-15 minutes to prepare your order but it’s definitely worth the wait as it’s freshly prepared and cooked! Surely worth a visit when you are craving for chinese food. It’s my go to place when I think of Chinese food. Definitely worth a visit!

14/07/2025: Order through just eat at 10:15 was supposed ti be delivered at 11:15 half an hour goes by and in app it says delivered no way to contact them just eat help couldn’t contact them thank god I chose to pay cash or wouldn’t see the money again

02/11/2024: 3 times in a row i've been to this premises , it's states it's open online and every time i've been here at 2pm and the door is closed. Pitty because it's always around lunch time.

07/09/2025: I ordered cheeseburger and fries and also McChicken sandwich. The chicken was a processed damp slice of processed puss, it was ouzzing with juice and bland burger shell with long life lettuce. It was far from chicken! It was tossed in a bag which took 15 minutes waiting and vanilla milkshakes left to melt in stale atmosphere at €4.20 a pop! In the interim of waiting several Just Eat men came in and out and plonked their grey discolored bike bags stuffing clients food in while at the same time ordering food over the same counter, these bike bags are wet oily bags coated in road oil and dirt. Serious hygiene issue going on here. The tables downstairs were not clean with food debris left thru out and not a cleaner in sight! My God ..McDonald's have gone down hill, I won't be entertaining them for a while.

18/07/2025: I have eaten here for years, however most recently I got a chicken curry, when I first bit in the chicken tasted off however the sauce was quite spicy, more than usual, so I asked my partner to taste he said the chicken was fine so I tried again and all was ok I continued to eat. About 5 more bites in I bit into chicken and immediately spat it out it was definitely sour this time. I was so disappointed. My assumption is there may have been a mix of different chicken in my dish one was ok and one was sour it is all that can explain that there was a few bites ok. Maybe it was something left from the shift before that I got the ends of one and the fresh of another. My husband called the restaurant to explain, out of nothing but fear for anyone else getting sick. I was offered a replacement but I couldn’t physically stomach another after the taste so I refused. No offer for refund no request for me to bring it back so they could investigate, I was just told “ some orders went out before you and no one complained so…” This has made come to the decision to never eat here again, mistakes are made but food safety should be forefront. If this was my restaurant I would be very concerned if this complaint was made and would immediately request back the dish to look into myself. Very disappointed.

04/07/2025: Main courses were grand, I did order a sticky toffee pudding which was actually a very dry bland chocolate cake. I hate doing it but I sent it back. No fuss, the guy dealing with it was very polite and helpful. Staff are ran off their feet, not near enough of them and this made service fall short, waiting 20+ mins after asking for bill. To really emphasise, the wait staff themselves are individually great and cannot be faulted, management is the clear issue here! They really need to do better to look after food standards and smooth service

04/07/2025: Ordered an spice box from here and… well…. What a disappointment. Got one here before was so amazingly good I came back but unfortunately they have changed, and as a person who hates change this just tipped over the edge. Finished the spice box quickly, not because I ate it fast but because there was diddly all in it. About 90% soggy chips and 10% chicken. Had two massive chicken balls which could have been tennis balls. Chicken wings were also in the box and I swear my toe was bigger than one of them. oh, and don’t let me forget, NO SHREDDED CHICKEN? About five bits of onion in it. I know. Horrific. This may seem like a joke to whomever is reading, but I am deadly serious. Deadly. Don’t even get curry with the meal ridic and it was twelve euro. Felt more like eating a crappy lucky bag than a spice box.

09/02/2025: Been waiting to try the burgers for a while and what a let down when we got home . We got 3 burgers and 2 portions of wings one with garlic mayo and other with chipolata dip . The burgers tasted very salty and other than that had no redeeming qualities . There was little to no sauce on them only a small bit of red sauce , no lettuce or tomato . That to be honest taste very like the cheep tesco own brand not nice at all . The wings where actually ok and the garlic mayo but the chipolata sauce was not nice at all . At over €60 for 3 burgers and 2 wings it's way over priced . Wing portion for the price is high and dip extra . Let's just say we won't be calling back as there are much better out there . I'd even dare to say I'd put wow burger above here .

17/01/2025: I have ordered from Wingman several times and loved their vegan burger. Unfortunately ordered tonight and took one bite before putting it down. Didn’t taste like beyond meat; very dry. Different buns, no flavour and chips tasted reheated.

08/08/2025: We enjoyed a excellent three night break here recently. Beautiful room excellent amenities and friendly attentive staff. Highly recommended
