01/02/2026: Members only apparently but the last time we where there it wasn't.

07/12/2025: Ordered food at 5:37pm for delievery. Was told 30 / 40 mins wait . Which was fine . It came over an hour later and freezing cold. Rang and explained and told more food would be sent out i am still waiting and its now 7:30pm ! Awful never had this experience before very very disappointed how this was handled will not be ordering food again

10/02/2026: Ordered , garlic bacon fries came really poor packaged the fried where Luke warm and only 5 pieces of bacon on it . For what I got it’s very overpriced. Opening times : it says it opens at 4:00 but only opened at 16:30. Overall not happy

09/03/2026: Popped into the McDonald's at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre (the one on Fonthill Rd) and it was exactly what you’d hope for a quick pit stop. ​I tried the Large Donut Crumble Latte, which is one of the newer limited-time items. It’s definitely on the sweeter side, but the whipped cream and the crunchy donut bits on top give it a nice texture that sets it apart from a standard latte. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, it’s a winner. At €4.70, it’s a fair price for a large specialty coffee. ​The service was grand—fast and efficient, even though this location stays pretty busy with the drive-thru and shoppers. The staff were flying through the orders, and the place was kept relatively tidy despite the constant flow of people. ​It’s a solid, reliable spot whether you’re doing a big shop or just passing through Palmerstown. ​Quick Stats: ​Item: Large Donut Crumble Latte ​Price: €4.70 ​Vibe: Busy, fast-paced, and friendly.

02/03/2026: ​"Extremely poor service for delivery drivers. I waited 5 minutes while my order was clearly ready on the counter, and everyone ignored me. When I politely explained to the manager that the food was getting cold and asked to take it, she was incredibly rude. She told me it didn't matter and threatened to report me, saying I must wait until called. Zero respect for our time or the customer's food quality."

08/11/2025: The food is very good. That too for students its very affordable. Unlimited buffet with actually good items. From starters to main course. I recommend everyone to at least once have food from here.

29/11/2025: Definitely the very last time I will ever order from Superchef Ashbourne. Local resident and we have tried all takeaways many times. Superchef is the ONLY restaurant to consistently overcharge. (Or they still have old menus in their takeaway from years ago). I am always overcharged. And I mean always. Special fried rice on the menu is 7.20. I was charged 8.40? Breast of chicken curry with chips listed at 7.20. Last week I was charged 8.00. Chicken fried rice listed at 6.50. I was charged 7.20. Thai chicken curry with fried rice listed at 7.30. I was charged 8.50. Spring rolls listed at 3.20. I was charged 4.20. Asked staff in shop, told menu prices were old? It's been like this for years. To make matters worse, got a chicken fried rice recently, got home, opened container, it was only about 80% full. Wasn't worth going back. Never again. Such a rip off. 'Best Chinese' (next door) is better, or Eatzen takeaway is amazing. Either update your menu with actual pricing, or charge people what is advertised on your menu. It would also help if your staff learned how to smile at customers, so unfriendly and borderline rude at times. Chefs are really nice and even say hello sometimes. The older (tall) lady at the counter needs a personality transplant, she is always grumpy and has zero customer service. Must be related, because no way she gets a job there with that attitude. Needs a lot of improvement. Not for me anymore.

08/03/2026: Good quality. Wait times can be long, though. The food is a little sweet and choice is somewhat limited, but definitely still tasty enough to go back to. The best in town for what it is. Would recommend.

19/02/2026: Food here is class tikka masala goc nan rice sauces all on point some lad behind the counter doh is a bit ignorant until I told him keep the change he had less of an attitude then but I would definitely return

07/03/2026: Mc Donalds has become far too expensive. The chips are served just like earm in the majority of Mc Dobalds restaurants.

06/03/2026: Terrible service. Food missing from takeaway order again. Might be a blessing because the rest was terribly cooked!!! The place is pretty run down too. This is the worst McDonald's around. Thankfully don't eat McDonald's very often...... Wonder why??🤔

13/01/2026: Normally a perfect Chinese. But tonight order was messed up and offered to keep the wrong delivery after overpaying and told it wasn't there fault all I wanted was my prawn toast hopefully you dont get the customer service I got tonight

08/03/2026: Got Snack Box meal with breast another snack box chicken certainly not fresh Thigh tasted weird fresh cod meal and onion rings Fish was not great Onion rings were nice Chips ok but could of been better Probably worst take away I had there Staff were not that pleasant Would certainly not be tempted to return
