12/11/2024: It is one of the best Kebabs I have ever eaten in my life

09/11/2024: Had a lovely dinner today, but the experience wasn't as nice as could have been. The music was so loud that we couldn't talk among ourselves even. We requested to lower volume at least three times ,and every time was said okay, but nothing, when we asked again they said remote doesn't work. It would have been a really pleasant yum dinner, but the extremely blaring music put a damper. This has happened on one other occasion too,and was same that time too, but the waiter that time was considerate enough to turn tv off as we were only ones dining in that time.

15/09/2024: I'm not sure why, but the toffee latte here is consistently really awful. It's delicious in Douglas McDonald's, though. Worth sorting! There's also never any paper for receipts in the self service order screens.

09/09/2024: As a level 8 guide for European foodies, I don’t tell any lies! The saliva chicken is so delicious! Especially when I go there late at night and drink and even smoke... I love this store! It’s so cute to have this store in Ireland! Support the boss! Keep up the good work!

23/01/2025: Definitely not a bakery i ordered a freshly prepared chocolate birthday cake for my sons 6th birthday party and what I got was nothing like what was advertised and it wasn't baked fresh it was frozen!! The advertising is very misleading and the price is over the top for what I got. The cake I received didnt even say happy birthday on it like whats advertised!! I've contacted the store about my order and nobody has dealt with me yet!! I've added photos of what I thought I was getting and what I got!! I've updated my post as I felt the customer service from this shop is appalling and surely it isn't ok to threaten customers.

22/10/2024: The worst Italian meal I’ve ever had in my life! We received our meals 5 minutes apart from one another. The aubergine parmigiana was likely microwaved as it was still cold with just a melted cheese top. The pasta sauce was like a watered down chicken stock and the pizza was worse than a freezer version. With so many nice options in the area such as olivetto, belli dentro and dolce italia, I can’t understand how they’re still open!

05/10/2024: We happened to be in the area a Friday night to our surprised we managed to get a table for 4, the place was empty. Kids ordered carbonara and it tasted like no other carbonara we ever tasted before, no flavored whatsoever and was so dull kids wouldn't even touch it. My husband ordered a sausage ragu pasta and was chewie I was the only that kinda enjoyed my meal, I had the Tiger prawn risotto. The starters were so overpriced for what we got it was ridiculous to see the size of the brushetta. After all the disaster waiter came and took plates without even asking how was the food, maybe she is used to collecting full plates .... as no one will enjoy their food. If you are looking to over spend on crappy food this is your place but if you are like me ...enjoy good Italian food don't go there.

05/08/2024: Mi amigo y yo salimos de un largo viaje a la ciudad y ambos necesitábamos usar el baño en el 108. Cuando salimos a pedir nuestras bebidas, el camarero dijo "no se puede usar el baño al mismo tiempo, no es una buena mirada", ambos pensamos inicialmente que estaba bromeando, pero para nuestra sorpresa en realidad era serio. Nunca en mi vida había experimentado algo así, y cuando preguntamos por qué era un problema nos dijeron que podíamos encontrar otro pub. Horrible camarero horrible y nunca volverá de nuevo.

16/09/2024: We had a great stay here. The location is super central. The staff is really helpful, especially Mark was super helpful for us with taxis and breakfast questions. The breakfast is an absolute steal - super worth the $15 per person. I was really confused about where breakfast was tho. It’s not obvious. I’m giving this hotel four stars because there is no elevator and it feels very much like a hostel at hotel prices.

30/12/2024: Typical KFC but in a good location in Waterford city clean we good the festive stack and I enjoyed gravy was delicious chips were lovely but the portions KFC are serving up are a joke tiny bag of chips and they have gone very costly however I did enjoy the food and left some what food good kfc

12/12/2024: Food OK. Staff could benefit from an attitude booster pack. Hand dryer in access toilet not working (turned off at spur switch). No toilet paper in mens bathroom.

06/01/2025: I came from Dublin on Saturday the 5th of January. The last bus station in Wexford is exactly opposite to the restaurant. Any decent human would know that the passengers are coming from Dublin which is a long ride and might need to use the toilets. That was the case with myself I was really struggling and I asked if I can use the toilets to which the answer was “it’s only for customers”. Such a shame - I don’t think people who don’t have basic human decency would be capable of actually making proper healthy food. You guys should be ashamed of this.

28/12/2024: I ordered sweet and sour pork with boiled rice (咕嚕肉). The food was hot when it got to me. There were correct ingredients in the dish. The pork pieces were fried properly and without bones (which is more correct than a few restaurants in Hong Kong). It was enjoyable. My partner ordered pad Thai with beef. Okay, maybe it wasn’t the most authentic pad Thai. However, it closely resembled stir-fried ho fun with beef (乾炒牛河). The beef was marinated well, and there was plenty of wok hei (鑊氣) in the dish. The wok hei was very apparent in the beef and in the rice noodles. Very nicely done!

08/10/2024: I don't know about the rooms I used the restaurant. A little disappointed about the quality of food for the price also the time we waited for it. The waitress was really good and friendly

19/09/2024: The room was clean but wasn't in the hotel. It was located down an alleyway next to the hotel. It was called the annex. A garage or warehouse converted into rooms. No food served until 10 am, and the kitchen closes at 7pm. The walls of the room were paperthin and you could hear everything. As prices go, it was cheap, but you're best probably staying somewhere else for a few quid more. I think the hotel is not dependent on 1 or 2 night stays as I get the feeling there were long-term residents in residence.

21/07/2024: Absolute rubbish. Their website says open at 1230. We get there and their sign on the door says 1pm. We wait till 13:20 as we hear its the best chipper around. No one shows up the place is dark. We leave at 13:30. What a disappointing restaurant.

21/11/2024: Absolutely awful. Had to bin it after a few bites. Still feeling ill 24 hours later.Food was:;Cold, smelt awful, chips were black. Chicken was definitely out of a bag. Do your stomach a favour and avoid this takeaway.
