20/04/2025: Nice staff and food, although today when i ordered the staff switched my order to the other customer's food, i purchased a toast and she purchased a falafel. Good thing she checked her order before leave so she was able to give my toast.

12/02/2025: I got the most bussing iced strawberry matcha and I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I had to leave a review. Friendly staff and my order was made within 2 minutes. Very happy customer.

10/03/2025: The food here is top class. Couldn’t fault anything from the starters to main courses, everything was great.

14/02/2025: The customer service was excellent. A young man named Gora assisted us; he was very polite and, most importantly, made sure we were enjoying our food. The food was also delicious, and the place was quiet and peaceful.

23/11/2024: I worked making deliveries on 10/28 and to this day they have not paid me. I send messages and they don't respond. Unfortunately I have to follow the protocol of the application which is to wait (Gigable). I hope you pay as soon as possible.

05/02/2025: I come here often it's always very nice! Although i'm really disappointed by an experience with a staff member today. My dad is a very kind person to everyone and he simply asked for the bathroom code to a barista near the till and she said very rudely that it was opened, he had asked her to repeat because he simply didn't hear her (he's not great at hearing at times) and she repeated it in a very annoyed tone with him not even looking at him properly. I work with hospitality I am a supervisor in a fast food restaurant i've worked there for over three years now, so I completely understand it gets stressful when it's busy and customers ask the same questions continuously, but my co workers have never once acted so rudely towards a customer, even on our bad days. Now we can clash with each other at times but it's not appropiate to take it out on customers. I wouldn't usually ever write a review like this, but my dad is just so kind I felt bad for him been spoken to in that tone, I just don't like anyone speaking to my dad like that as any person wouldn't. He was not meant to know the bathroom was open. I really hope that that staff member can get some help with how to work with hospitality, because it can ruin someones experience there. However, the drinks are always lovely there and staff are usually lovely I would go back again as usual! It was just this one time, and I hope nothing like this happens again.

29/04/2025: What is going on waiting on order over an hour ...called shop multiple times and won't answer the phone then when the phone is finally answered after ringing about 8times the man says he is the delivery driver and he is on the way ( why did delivery driver answer the phone ) apparently the shop is really really busy ... staff are seriously letting this place down with service Order made tonight 28/04

10/03/2025: We always order Manning's Belgian chocolate birthday cakes, but the quality has deteriorated over the last year. Cheap hundreds & thousands on the side edging of the cake instead of the previous delicious Belgian chocolate flakes. Meanwhile the price has increased. Bring back the quality flakes please!

From the very first moment, I was welcomed with a warmth and professionalism that are rare to find. Her service was not just courteous but genuinely heartfelt, making a significant difference in my experience. In all the years I’ve lived in Europe, I have never felt as well received in a store as I did with her. 16/03/2025: Today I tried to order food for collection over the phone 4 times with no success! I spoke to the same person who could not take my order over 10 minutes. After asking to speak with someone else phone hung up again. The most pathethic service I have ever had. I decided to visit in person to see who serviced me and speak with the manager/owner, but unfortunately he couldn't even say his name?! Pathetic and poor service. Think twice before calling them!

24/02/2025: I have only ever ate the BBQ chicken pizza,mozzarella sticks,cheese potato wedges,large fries and chicken nuggets and the garlic dip which is by far my favourite I absolutely love this amazing place and very rarely have any issues with them or the food.

24/04/2025: Clean, hot, loud Edit after 2 nights: room unbearably hot, loud self-closing doors banging all night, so wouldn't recommend. Functional and clean, fine for a couple of nights if you just need a place to sleep, not a place to spend any daytime in. Communal areas are clean. Kitchen is ok for cooking only. Has no window. The "TV lounge" is not the cozy place you might imagine. It's a clean windowless space with a wall-mounted TV and several bar stools. 4-bed-dorms are tiny, dark, clean, functional. Very loud ventilation shaft right outside window, loud even with window closed. Still, it's OK for sleeping so long as you use earplugs. Each bed has its own lamp but no curtains. Beds are strangely short, even for me - I'm1.63m - and not too comfortable. Matresses should really really be replaced. Staff are friendly. Unfortunately, I have to take one star off my initial 3 star review. Room was incredibly hot with heating on full throttle all night. Every time I turned the radiator down, one person in my room would turn it on full again. Why's the heating on all night anyway in late april? Heating in bathroom couldn't be turned off at all. I spoke to two different members of staff about this, both seemed to be very understanding and promised to turn the heating's timer off for the next night. Neither of them did. Other guests were very inconsiderate - even for a hostel. There is no need to bang the doors all night (they're self-closing doors, so this is, at least in part, the hostel's fault), nor to pee standing up every single time you use the shared, mixed bathroom, and make a big mess. I stayin hostels frequently when travelling, and I use earplugs, so I'm usually alright for sleep. In this hostel, I could barely sleep 3 hours due to overheating and banging doors all night. Of course, the hostel doesn't encourage this kind of behaviour, but it is the way it is, and they don't do anything to stop it.

18/04/2025: Very stylish hostel, entry is through a bar, check-in desk is in the back. Nice classic house, looks like late 19th century. Our room had common two-deck bunks for hostels and its own bathroom with a toilet. If you're leaving early, you have to bang the door in the bottom back (next to the cellar entry) and return your card (and get the €10 deposit back). The room was well-heated and cozy. Note there's no parking in front of the building.
