10/10/2024: Good for a quick lunch
We were on a tour that included a long stop on this island. We started with lunch here. I had the fish and chips which was good. My wife had a burger which was ok, but seemed too densely packed and tasted more like a meatloaf in burger shape.

Others weren't open or only had sandwiches and cakes, so I wanted something salty.
My husband seems happy to be able to enjoy breakfast and beer together.

08/05/2024: Dry food, not tasty and too salty…. Not good food. (Dry burger, risotto too salty and not tasty)
Kind of expensive for the food.
It’s pity that a 4 star hotel is represented by this restaurant…
Waiters were nice and kind, that’s the good point of this restaurant.
(Not so many options for vegetarians)

08/11/2024: Food is generally great but way over salted recently. Delivery service has plummeted in quality recently now they have a new website. The website is great but what used to take twenty to thirty minutes to deliver now regularly takes nearly an hour and a half. The website claimed it would take 40 minutes and never updated to say it would be late. But magically when I called nearly an hour and a half later my food was just ready and was about to be handed to the driver. Arrived 20 minutes after I called to check in.
Very disappointed as I love this Chinese and honestly would really need to see this pattern of crazy wait times to change soon.

07/07/2024: Chips were good, cheeseburger looked like someone had already eaten it. Worst part was that the onion rings was the middle part of an onion cut into 3, fried and served as one single piece. It was more of an onion ring. The dog wouldnt eat it. So, yes, poor performance from Rocca.
28/06/2024: Bought a bag of chips here today, paid €4.10 and waited nearly twenty minutes.
What was in the bag I can only describe as the worse chips I have ever tasted, they were reheated and I'd say gone off potatoes.
I've never seen potatoes with sooo many eyes in them.
I would have previously said Rocca's made good fresh chips but as I've said, rotten chips and terrible service.
I won't be going back and I rearly do reviews so that will tell you how bad the chips were.
They advertise fresh cut chips but not freshly cooked chips at €4.10, rip off ireland is back.

04/10/2024: Really disappointed, I got scrambled eggs with bacon and they have always been nice and I got it for breakfast this morning and the egg was watery and sloppy , I couldn't eat it, such a waste maybe I should take a break from coming here for a while , I have been coming here for the longest time as a customer , they need to brush up one a few things

24/12/2024: Just got home and missing a chicken mccrispy from my order. Paid €29.50 and only got one burger so basically one person has no meal. No phone available and close in 2 minutes. Not the first time this has happened to me here. Shopping with local takeaways from now on
