03/07/2026: It's fine for a shopping centre cafe. The staff are friendly. The seating space is as nice as you'd get in this setting. The coffee and acai bowl were only okay, but they did the job. Would suggest to management that they swap to raisin-free granola as the raisins became rock-hard in the frozen acai. Would come here again if I had to eat in the shopping centre, but wouldn't look for it otherwise.

16/04/2026: To not have any gluten free options, despite the options being on the allergin info list, in such a high traffic area is one thing, but when I order chips because I have no other option, I don't want to be spoken to like I'm an inconvenience. The woman who served me was lovely, but when she went to check about gluten free options, the other lady dismissed me and said everything is cooked in the same oil so there's nothing gluten free. Luckily I have an intolerance so trace amounts are not a big deal for me, but the tone was not appreciated. Aside from that, if the chain is going to offer gluten free in some locations it should offer at least some of them in all. People with dietary needs deserve to eat something other than chips, especially when they have a long day of traveling ahead. Won't be coming back

16/05/2026: I have ordered a chicken fried rice on Uber for delivery as I was very tired. First I have waited for the delivery an hour and a half for it to get to me. Once it's got to me my order was completely wrong. It was prawns and beef fried rice. I'm allergic to prawns. I have called them up. They offered me another fried rice with some freebies. They say they send me a fried rice and prawn crackers. Rice was so overcooked that my dog didn't even want to touch it and it was so tasted as that my hunger just disappeared from all this disappointment

28/10/2025: Always forgets a part of an order usually drinks or a side , rang them to say my prawn crackers were not in my bag from getting a delivery I was told over the phone “well there only prawn crackers” if I pay for something I expect to get it

07/09/2025: Really really disappointing place in general. The interior was quite dingy and stuffy. The place looks quite careless thrown together with random stuff on the walls and a pool table that it is not in use. A group and I tried to watch an Irish soccer game there one night. The commentary was 5 seconds behind the visuals and one of the screens was glitching. The women insisted everyone at our table bought something when actually 4 out of 5 of us bought something. She was quite rude, blunt and ill mannered. It really made us feel uncomfortable, unwanted and unappreciated. Out of the 100s of great pubs in Cork, this is definitely one of the to avoid.

18/07/2025: Though I've never been a customer of this bar. The auld one who runs the bar needs to realise that the bar does not own the parking space outside the bar and by placing kegs outside the premises, does not mean that the general public cannot park there. The woman who works there shouting abuse at me last week which was totally uncalled for.

20/11/2025: We visited recently and unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience. When we asked about the pet policy (as we have a cat rather than a dog), the manager giggled, which made us feel quite uneasy. A simple, polite “no, sorry” would have been completely fine — especially since we had checked in advance and the website indicated the place was pet-friendly. After we posted our initial review, the manager approached us with the review in hand to ask if it was ours. While I understand this may have been an attempt to resolve the situation, the approach felt quite confrontational and ultimately made things worse. A more helpful way to address the issue would have been to ask how the service could be improved going forward. Unfortunately, the food also wasn’t very good, which added to our disappointment. Overall, the interaction left us feeling quite unsettled.

20/11/2025: Service in this place is fantastic, quick and efficient even when exceptionally busy. Lovely friendly faces when you walk in, always met with a big smile and great humour. Food is also top notch, quickly becoming my regular spot for a quick lunch.

25/09/2025: I enjoy calling into Kall & Dyyne when I'm in Milstreet their's a really nice woman working in there she's very pleasant the cakes are very nice I highly recommend people visit the place

30/01/2026: Very disappointing experience at Apache Ardee. They advertise a discount offer that can be used both online and in-store, which is clearly stated in their menu description in English. However, when I tried to use this discount in the restaurant, the staff told me that the discount is only available for online orders. This directly contradicts what is written in their own menu. That is misleading and confusing for customers. If the discount is actually online-only, then this should be clearly stated instead of advertising it as available in-store as well. This kind of inconsistency feels unprofessional and dishonest. Because of this experience, I’m very disappointed and unlikely to return.

23/04/2026: This place has fresh to order, healthy DELICIOUS food! My daughters loved the soup, and i love the stir-fry. Fast and friendly service and reasonable prices too. Favorite spot in the neighbourhood!

16/01/2026: Absolutely disgusting service from Panda Tree. We ordered delivery and waited almost two hours, but it never arrived. No explanation, no apology — just a complete waste of time. I will never order from this place again.

25/12/2025: We had a booking for Xmas eve for 10 people, when we arrived were told, no booking, even though we had to pay €25 deposit. We just went in an sat down as we were not taking no for an answer, ( big mistake we should have walked away) place was empty… ( on Xmas eve not good sign) first meal arrived, then half a meal arrived( this was after over an hour waiting) another20 min or so b4 any more food came out. Only one young lad serving, taking orders and cleaning tables. Crispy duck came out soggy, was told if I wanted crispy duck meat would also be crispy… not so… I’ve had plenty crispy duck with skin crispy and meat tender.. if u can’t make crispy duck it should not be on the menu… but eventually 2 of us had to leave as meal had not arrived ( they had appointment) waiting so long they had to leave. Food was tasteless … disgraceful service, and not getting meals all together was just terrible, I’ve never experienced such terrible service.. and food… will never be returning here, I was so disappointed as we had changed to here for family Xmas eve meal and it was ruined… I’ll be returning to my original restaurant for next year… would not waste my money going here they have no idea how to run a good business… all the while we waited for our food to arrive at the table the take aways kept coming out and we were left waiting… very badly organised… expecting one boy to do all the running around .. food was tasteless… and duck ended up being cremated…

21/02/2026: I went in 1:18AM to order a pizza but Mohammed said in the shop they are closed. My question is why advertise open until 1:30 AM if they don’t serve nearly 15 minutes before closing time. Even he doesn’t asked what I would like…. Very bad experience, I was a regular costumer. I never will go back!!!

15/04/2026: I've eaten hundreds of spice bags from all over, and this has to be one of the worst. Chicken was hard and not battered properly, chips were not nice and barely ate half the meal. Only thing that was ok was the curry sauce.

07/04/2026: Went to order food, didnt explain what is in a "meal", argued with me because I wanted an extra tub of curry saying "its already apart of the meal". Waited 15 minutes for the food. Came on a dirty plate that wasnt washed properly, handed me a plate of 6 chicken goujons for my chicken goujon meal. I had to ask for chips and didnt give me my curry dip either. We then had to ask the staff if we can pay. They genuinely just looked lost as though it was their first day being opened and extremely rude. So to put it in their perspective a "meal" comes with no chips, no drink and no side or dip. We had to pay for the drinks separately, so a sausage meal comes with a sausage and thats it for €9

07/02/2026: This place is an absolute kip. I was standing outside the window chatting to a friend, minding my own business and could see a tall lad in his 20s with brownish hair inside making faces and saying something to the woman he worked with about me. He also gave me the middle finger for absolutely no reason. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs unless you feel like being mocked by staff.
