05/05/2025: The pizzas are not amazing, but they are good. It can be an option as a snack.

13/03/2025: Had a hernia repair on my stomach. The doctors did a great job and the nurses was top notch. One nurse saw I was nervous and calmed me down, talking to me about travel etc. They were just absolutely amazing. Can't thank them enough.

23/02/2025: Went in with a completely busted shoulder and was sent home in a sling to wait 10 days for a follow up appointment at UHL , had a fractured elbow at the same time and they never X rayed it. The surgeon said I should have been put in an ambulance and sent for surgery right away 😡

25/04/2025: I was just passing and I saw this place and pulled in. Super fast service with a smile.

23/10/2024: there was a hair in my sisters food, my ma's batter was hard as a rock, the garlic on mi doner kebab tasted akward, my OTHER sisters chicken was dryer than a dried up well, my nannys chicken was funky and they had vinegar in a lucozade bottle, the server was nice.

18/04/2025: Don’t waste your money. I’m still in shock at how awful the food was. It has so much potential to be a great place for a family meal but instead it was inedible food at outrageous prices. Much better options available within 5 mins drive

03/02/2025: Although the staff is friendly and place has nice atmosphere, we ate the most expensive and least tasty burgers here. The grease was literraly dripping on a plate. Also, we got no side salad, and a little bit of green would be helpful.

31/12/2024: Very inconsistent food. Sometimes really nice other times not! Meat sung portion is tiny. Nice service but food is not consistently good. Plus needs a very good cleaning in the reception area, sorry to say.

13/04/2025: This is the worst hotel management I’ve ever experienced. I checked in and paid for my room at the very same moment. However, at night I was charged again. I claimed it in the morning and it seems they didn’t register the check in, so the night staff though it was a no show. Next day they cancelled the booking (not true, we stayed there) and refunded me like 5 hours later (with the calm), ok. However, the next day I’ve been charged again for a third time. We’re not even staying there, as we left one day before. This is unsane, they can access your card details without any control. So be careful as they overcharge your card as many times as they want. Don’t recommend at all. They said that this is strange, that they must investigate what happened, and refunded me again. But the true is that they don’t have any control at all and I have so much money blocked in my bank until I receive the refund. They just said ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. This is not an ‘inconvenience’, this is you with a serious data protection violation and chaotic staff. What a nightmare! Ps. Staff in the morning seems chaotic and busy talking with each other. Staff in the afternoon doesn’t even say hello. They keep your baggage if needed, but the truth is that they just left them next to the Front Desk in the lobby with no control (not a label, not a secured room). When we came to pick up our baggage, nobody even ask us anything or said hello or nothing. So anyone can take your stuff.

17/03/2025: Arrived at hotel, looked very poor, dark uninviting and totally uncared for. Rooms were in need of full refurbishment and all aspects of hotel need work.

03/02/2025: Food has deteriorated so badly since my last visit, tasted awful, presented awful, stale bread given with soup( not sourdough) Salad stale Over all so disappointed

06/10/2024: Had a very positive experience at the rusborough cafe, we stopped here to get coffee on our way passing through. Food was great, good atmosphere and service was great as well. We were served by Emma and she went out of her way to help us with our order and was very patient and friendly, will be visiting again soon.

05/05/2025: Una vez venerado por las mejores alas de Dublín. Tuve la desgracia de comer en la hiedra esta noche. El plato era una combinación de aros de cebolla congelados y recalentados y un trozo de pollo impar triple que parecía un muslo, pero no lo era. Discutido con la comida. Preferiría ir a Islandia para una mejor selección de productos transformados. Atrás quedaron los días de buenas alas.

30/03/2025: Its exciting times at the Ivy. Recently under new ownership. Looking forward to nights out there and trying the food.

23/03/2025: I ordered a chicken baguette meal on Friday, it was the only thing I ate all day, it's now Sunday and I still haven't ate since, due to severe vomiting. Definite food poisoning, my weekend was ruined laying up with severe abdominal pain and puking, I will never darken the doorstep of that establishment again.

12/03/2025: The mens toilets are unfunctional. The doors are broken from the hinges. One door is not even present. It appeared as of people were using the floor instead of the toilets.
