The best restaurants

12/01/2025: The egg fried rice is always absolutely awful. Not only has it this weird brown colour, but it's stodgy and all clumped together! Rice should be white, light and fluffy and the grains not stuck together, how can they get something so basic so wrong! Chicken balls the batter is never crispy which they should be, but soft! Very very basic restaurant.

24/12/2024: Pedimos comida para llevar, no había recibo que necesitábamos. Al volver a llamar nos dijeron que el conductor lo dejaría caer. Una hora más tarde todavía sin señal, volvimos a llamar y las chicas por teléfono extremadamente groseras, nos dijeron que no había obligación de darnos un recibo y no pedimos uno. No volvería a ir allí después de ese tipo de tratamiento. La comida es promedio

16/05/2024: Went to the one in dundrum and had 2 young girls begging the counter who proceeded to talk amongst themselves and didn’t engage once during the order. Honestly was more like hassle and an interruption for them. Disappointing as we always go on the regular and now have now been put off going back

21/11/2024: I asked for a latte and it was the worst latte i ever tried. It seems like water with milk. Doesnt taste good.

15/11/2024: Owner's son lost his head at me for suggesting he waxed his eyebrows and threatened to break my face. Young man...you need to get a job and do something productive with your life instead of threatening customers of your Dad's pub

20/10/2024: Great pub, darts board and pool table for entertainment purposes, cosy corners and beer garden out the back for a sunny pint. Staff are incredibly friendly

18/01/2025: WARNING! ⚠️ Massive food safety violation! The supervisor "James" decides to reply to a few messages on his phone and then he dips his dirty hands straight into the burger condiments!! Makes a dozen burgers and when I informed him because mistakes do happen he did nothing! No apology! No replacing the condiments! No letting people know their burgers are contaminated! Nothing! I assumed he was just a rogue one but my god the manager "Sabrina" was the most dastardly unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. She strolls out "you is it" didn't give a care in the world. I was a burden to her having to walk out from the back office it seems! James was just looking through me and looked guilty but Sabrina was just plain nasty. Giving me vile looks and monotone answers. Ignoring my direct questions and concerns. Same unprofessionalism. She done nothing to make the situation right. No genuine apology, no replacing the condiments. Nothing! Then if that wasn't enough a customer approached me to let me know how disgraceful she thought she was handling my concern and the staff were having a laugh and a joke about it all. I will not rest until management is replaced in this Mcdonalds. I know management in other mcdonalds that take pride and joy in their establishments and work and I hope they all see this and someone more worthy who will act on behalf of the customers will be in charge. Shame on you Sabrina and James! Being lazy is one thing but putting people's health and risk and laughing at customers is another. Note : it's evident how bad this place is from the numerous 1 star reviews Do yourself a favour and visit the Kylemore or Ashleaf branches. Where the managers actually care about you and your food.

06/01/2025: I have been to Cinnamon many times (both Ranelagh and, in this case Monkstown). Like fellow reviewers, I too saw the website and noted the no booking policy. Yet when I arrived as a walk-in with family in-toe for breakfast on the 24th of December, I was informed that it was booking only and turned away. Luckily Salt at Avoca up the road, saved the day.

31/12/2024: 100% the best kebabs in letterkenny.. service can be a bit slow but they are normally backed up with orders.

12/12/2024: Waited 1.5 hours for order. When it arrived the food was cold and stale and we were missing our drinks. Won't be ordering again!

18/01/2025: 4.8 out of 5.0 My new take away option. Not very authentic, but tasty enough takeaway. Highly recommend fried noodles - I think that is the best fried noodles I have in Ireland. Rendang curry and Tofu steak is also good. Slightly salty though.

28/12/2024: I ordered food for 11 pm and on 11.30 when delivery nit come i called it back but no answer. They came at 11.45. Good blesk you!

18/12/2024: Worst service and outrageously expensive. Barista made a mistake with the milk for one of the coffees, mother-in-law went up to ask to re-do it with the receipt showing non-dairy milk, and the barista denied it and made such a show that they embarrassed my mother-in-law into buying a new coffee. By the time this had happened we went up to get a refund and nothing. We’d already ordered more drinks and food and already spent a small fortune, it seemed so petty and pointless to argue over remaking a single coffee, which was their mistake to begin with. Total jokers. Avoid.

16/11/2024: Ordered over an hour ago said its would be 45 minutes and yet over a 45 min late. Phoned to ask how long and the fella that answered the phone was so rude and unnecessarily unhelpful. Never had bother with them until now I'll not be giving my money to them again....hire some staff with manners!!!
