The best restaurants

02/09/2026: Ordered a mix kebab meal for e16 50c took an hour for delivery and only had hand full of hips what a rip of

30/05/2026: Best pizza, wraps, and burgers ever!! They're super fast.

31/08/2026: Ordered pizza here over the weekend. I collected. Ready in 10 minutes, really fresh and no grease like other places. Good value for money and sound staff. I will return

26/08/2026: Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The pizza was brilliant — fresh, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Great food, great atmosphere and really good value. Easily one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone! 🍕👌

02/10/2026: No proper manager here making sure things run smoothly. All of the place. Queues huge and it doesnt move quick. They prioritise deliveroo orders over those who physically come in and stand in the queue. They have enough staff but some working hard over others. A good manager would sort that. Would put you off coming back.

26/09/2026: Disappointing experience with the customer service I’ve generally had a good impression of Boojum, but unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, particularly when it came to customer service. I ordered two identical bowls and specifically requested Mock Al Pastor, as I am a following a strict vegetarian diet. However, one of the bowls arrived with chicken. Mistakes can happen, but what made the situation even worse was the difficulty in getting through to the restaurant. I tried calling the restaurant myself several times, but no one picked up. The delivery service also tried contacting the restaurant multiple times without success. This left me unable to directly resolve an issue with my order when I needed assistance. The overall experience was frustrating, especially because the restaurant was unreachable both to me as a direct customer and to the delivery service. I honestly expected better customer service from Boojum. Hopefully, this feedback reaches the restaurant management.

12/07/2026: Just had my order delivered ordered a pizza and a few other bits and there was blue dots in a couple of pieces of the pineapple so I presume it’s mold so I didn’t eat it after seeing that

03/07/2026: Delivery driver gave the wrong order twice. I ordered a curry cheese chip and a doner wrap. After the first mix up still have not received my curry cheese chip after the second time round. Tried to ring back refused to answer the phone. I wont be giving them my business again.

01/07/2026: Great Chip shop, Food always lovely

16/08/2026: Hi I was at the family tree yesterday we waited around 40 mins before we got our food the food was very bad I got fish an chips which the chips were burnt an I didn't eat them my husband got a burger he asked to have no cheese an no reddish sauce but he got no onions on it the tea went cold before the meal came out the chief ask would she make the fish an chips again I said no because it took so long for the first meal came out an what make it worst the waiter charged for the burnt chips the food has gone down hill would not go back again

26/05/2026: Very good and tasty food and very friendly staff, I will come back

21/08/2026: A great place for a quick bite or to linger over coffee with friends

16/08/2026: Dropped in for a coffee Sunday morning at 8.36am. The girls serving were extremely rude. Never acknowledged me and continued on chatting while taking my money. I will not becoming back.

18/08/2026: I think this is an absolute gem, deliecious well made food

12/06/2026: Mixed kebab was superb. love it.

20/05/2026: Very nice food such as the pizzas never disappoint staff are always welcoming whenever I go definitely one of the nicest pizza places in waterford if not the nicest price wise reasonable cheaper than likes of dominos and 4star definitely recommend 10/10 👍

23/08/2026: Best pizza around top lads in store too👍

09/07/2026: Good pizza but price high comparison to Domino's

10/08/2026: Very friendly staff, The meal was delicious!

10/07/2026: I have been here twice now. The staff, the service, the ambience is great. On my first visit I ordered the seafood chowder and it was fab. I ordered chicken ceaser salad yesterday. I was very disappointed. While the salad, dressing was good, the grilled chicken was very dry. It was as if it was grilled way in advance and reheated as and when orders come in. Thats not what I would expect when I am close to 19 euros for a salad! I wouldn't be ordering the chicken ceasar salad again unfortunately!

05/09/2026: Love the food here. Take away only and well worth it. Flavors are to die for.

28/08/2026: I got 2 “chicken kebabs” if that’s what you can call it. It was like rubber and it was hard and you couldn’t even chew it and it even smelled a bit off worst kebab i ever ate in my life would not come again.

06/12/2025: Chips were not cooked, hardly get a takeaway as its so expensive so very disappointed for the kids.

29/11/2025: Ordered from here for delivery. Took over an hour (I live a 5 minute drive away). Food was COLD. Driver wasn't very pleasant, he couldn't take the food from his delivery bag and hand it to me, instead just opened it and stood there whilst I took it out.

13/06/2026: I ordered iced vanilla marche latte tall. it was like water. when I recd the its was medium size. don't know why tall is medium in Starbucks.

28/05/2026: About ok, take away cups at sit in again.

17/07/2026: Got a full chicken absolutely beautiful it was was delicious was on the verge of eating the bones 😂😂

05/07/2026: Food was poor I dont know what kind of chicken was in my wrap but it definitely wasn't chicken breast dont really have anything good to say about it so ill just leave it at that
