The best restaurants

08/03/2026: One of these places that sell chicken that is more congealed batter than meat - why not spend a bit on better ingredients and better cooking - you charge enough. Very busy but poor quality.

23/01/2026: Drive up from Wicklow every week to get this Chinease. Proper nice grub. Normally get everything but the vegetable spring rolls. Only negative is got sweet and sour sauce all over my fresh clobber last week haha. Defo gets a 9.8 boshes out of 10 though

18/01/2026: The Chicken Tikka Masala I got was poor quality, featuring dry, unmarinated cubes of meat that lacked the traditional char and flavours expected of the dish, def not marinated! Furthermore, the prawn dish was overcooked to a mushy consistency and were entirely flavourless and went straight in the bin! Given that these dishes were so bad I will not order from here again!

11/01/2026: Is the chef was on leave today? This is not biriyani, it is puzhugal ari with chicken cubes.

04/06/2026: Ordered told 10 mins, walked in after 10 mins ignored for 10 more minutes, then asked could I get my food and i said you've ignored me for 10 mins. He said I havent ignored you but I had an important call to take he said. I said so you were ignoring me and the reply was I don't want to serve you now!!! Usually go there but not anymore

24/05/2026: I making a complaint because in the new woman’s bathroom locks we’re token off And there’s no locks on woman’s bathroom doors and the service was not great I ordered 2 large classic cokes and only got one classic coke and I felt very uncomfortable with the no locks on woman’s bathrooms

15/04/2026: I went to appache with my 3 curly haired children and the food was mediocre at best but to improve my experience the staff were very friendly when I was ordering.

04/02/2026: Have had food from here for a number of years and it was generally good, but this last few months it has gone very down hill. This last few times I have tried different items from Fish and Chips, taco mice and kebabs and they are no where near as good as they were in the past. I think It could possibly be there is new management but not sure. Pizza is still pretty good and has not changed.

21/02/2026: Ordered a Spice Box and a Thai Prawn Red Curry. The curry was tasteless as were the prawns, all went in the bon. Similar to others it is unfortunate. I'm posting this after putting a call in to them, where all I received was an apology. I don't expect to hear anything further but if I do I will modify this feedack

28/11/2025: This place used to be amazing… but the last two orders have been a real letdown. The rice is soggy, definitely not fried, the chicken balls have lost their crunch, and even the curry sauce tastes different. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but I’ve never been this disappointed. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from here.

06/07/2026: Ordered a coffee to have here but they made it to go. I mentioned again it is to have at the premises. The barista just dumped the whole thing in a cup and handed it to me. Kind of regret getting off the train in Connolly just for a coffee here. Definitely won’t be visiting again. Disappointing morning coffee.

14/05/2026: Perfect coffee, you get it incredibly quickly. Great for having coffee before work. Amazing croissants. Stuff is incredibly nice and helpful

07/06/2026: Not bad. Good service. Food was fine. Not a very authentic Italian but does the job. There is a discretionary service charge added to the bill which we asked to be removed. We would have given a similar amount for a tip unsolicited but the practice put us off.

27/04/2026: The Pasta was Perfect .The Wine matched perfectly. The Guy who Greeted us was Very friendly and welcoming .Chatty and Very Helpful. Service staff need to smile more though. We got a fabulous hot Evening eating outside.It was like you were abroad.Heaven.Thank You.

13/05/2026: AVOID !! My partner and I both had to go to our GP with food poisoning after eating chicken from Mai Loughrea last night. When I spoke to the staff, she rang her boss and informed me there was nothing she can do. Took no responsibility for poisoning two of their customers. Will never eat from here again

25/04/2026: Lovely food, good portions, fast delivery!

21/06/2026: Ordered take away for 5 people and paid 90 euros. An hour later we got our order. I was disappointed with the Pad Thai, as it was burnt. Couldn't eat it! No flavour. Spice box chicken hardly from chicken it was like the coating of the chicken only. Phoned them to complain and she put the phone down saying she will call me back. This place used to be my favourite, but I won't order anymore.

08/06/2026: i went by myself but i think it's good for little dates with who you love after exams i was so tired and i really wanted to eat something and so i decided to go there and try something i dont regret it at all it was so delicious i tried the seabass bento and im 100% sure if i go there again i will eat the same thing i really liked it in fact i loved it i ate every last crumb if you like fish you should try it too it's €20.90 for it if you can afford it buy it definitely the lady working was so nice im sad i didnt get her name the table i sat at had a very fun design i like the fish in the table a lot it's so simple but was so cute and i love cute things the atmosphere is so cosy and feels just like home i love the lights on the walls and the way everything is positioned it wasnt claustrophobic and was so comfortable i dont go out in town often but this place is making me less of an inside person and more of an outside one the food came fast and even came with a free gyoza (i think it is called a gyoza) it was really tasty 10/10 amazing people amazing food amazing place

26/04/2026: Very busy not enough staff for the work load, the food was standard but the time to take the order was a wait.

06/04/2026: A diligent and professional service. Their delivery service is probably the best in the city.
