16/08/2026: This cafe is fine with lovely staff and a great location by the water. But by God the dishwasher is now broken for 2 months and the manager in head office doesn't seem to care. So it's plastic cups all the way I afraid. A blot on the reputation of Cafee Nero

29/08/2026: Touch and go whether you get nice food, sometimes lovely with great portions...other times it's been late and worthy of dumping in the bin, must depend who's working 🤷‍♀️

27/08/2026: Waited a whole hour for a a disappointment poorly made dry chicken wrap and only put cheese in it when I had told him on the phone what I wanted on the wrap. I’m not happy with th customer service to so rude on phone

11/09/2026: The worst takeaway in Limerick. Kebabs are vile, curry chips are rubbery, pizza is a joke. Would give zeros stars if I could.

08/06/2026: Sophia is just amazing in there, so friendly and kind. I had a very moody and tired toddler who didn’t know what ice cream he wanted, she was so good with him and he was then able to pick one. She was so patient and friendly though out the whole interaction. What an asset to the place :)

31/08/2026: I went here on sunday and was just so shocked at how bad the place has gotten. The whole place was filthy, bins overflowing, food everywhere. They had run out of everything on the menu except for burgers and chips... there wasn't even any cheese left to put in the burgers? Took 20 minutes for an order of 2 burgers and 1 portion of chips. There were about 8 people behind the counter, all friendly and in great form, but just not doing any work. Ill attach the photos, it was so so so bad. My burger also had the outer skin of an onion in it which had the texture and consistency of plastic. You would genuinely be better off getting a sandwich from dunnes, this place is brutal

01/08/2026: I won't lie the pizza is nice but its a disaster trying to get food delivered. The driver will phone to tell you he on the way or outside and to come and collect it. If you miss the phone call he'll get aggressive (especially to women and children) instead of just knocking on the door like a normal delivery instead of being lazy.

24/08/2026: Staff were extremely slow to seat us, and to bring us menus when we finally did receive them it took 15 mins to even approach us to take our food order, we were a larger table of 5 but several tables around us had the same experience, it then took an additional 10 mins to drop over the drinks 3 cans of Coke and then am additional 10 mins to drop over a jug of water. The staff were clearly more focused on the take away orders than ourselves, while it wasnt busy they were never neglective towards us, the food took approximately 45 mins to arrive and came out in Drips and drabs, my son got a chicken curry and the rice arrive 15 mins later the curry came out. And at this stage my young son had finished his rice, i had to continuously ask where our food was, and keep being fobbed off with just 1 minute. There was also a commastion at the counter with a paying taxe away customer waiting 2 hours for a meal and rewuesting a refund but was refused as " The food is out for delivery " The whole experience was terrible and I wont be going back here again

24/08/2026: Ordered food here last night to the value of €80 euro older Chinese lady was absolutely so rude . Got our order after one hour waiting for it only to discover they forgot half . When we approached the older lady she told me not to be complaining !!! Never again shall I enter the doors of yere restaurant . Phones were ringing as I was there staff completely ignoring the calls . Young girl behind the counter having to correct the older ladies mistake . Avoid avoid avoid !!!

23/07/2026: Very expensive for what we got, portions were small, the chow mein was covered in white pepper kids couldn't eat it

28/04/2026: First time getting take away from here. It was dreadful got House Special Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice and Salt and Chilli ribs starter. The Rice dishes had no flavour very bland. The House Special Fried Rice had the tinest bit of chicken, prawn and peas no beef, pork or other veg. The Salt and Chilli ribs were good but it was a extremely small portion. Very disappointing won't be back!

02/10/2026: Best food in kinsale. Hands Down. Delicious, generously portioned, healthy, flavourful food. I eat here as often whenever I am home. Sit-in and savour every bite. My go-to order is ramen, pho or chicken soto.

28/08/2026: Quick service restaurant with some good vegetarian options. (Not always easy in seafood forward Kinsale.) Will prepare any bowl as vegetarian/vegan. Most customers seem to get as takeout but there is a small dining area.

23/08/2026: Absolutely disgusting food was cold chicken balls were all slimy with hardly any chicken in them. curry sauce was all thick and glumpy like it was reheated the chips were like razor blades no potato just batter avoid this place. very expensive to some of the other shops in the area iswell not worth the money

25/07/2026: I usually come here once a month to buy beans. They have fantastic beans from around the world, give a discount for buying 1KG (4 x 250g bags from different types) and ALWAYS offer if I want a complimentary cuppa to go.

07/07/2026: I had my worst coffee ever in my life here, felt like drinking mud
