The best restaurants

22/09/2026: It was late when we arrived and we were starving. We wanted a cup of tea and fish and chips. We were told there was no fish and no tea. Ending up having a burger and water.

15/08/2026: Terrible service, dirty, no where near as good since change over, avoid at all costs.

18/07/2026: 12 euro for stale bagels. I do not recommend

05/07/2026: Everything is very ordinary and overpriced. I live in the same neighborhood and have never had a crispy, fresh, great croissant. It always tastes like it’s from the day before. The coffee quality is okay. The staff keeps changing somehow every 2-3 months. There is no toilet. You sell coffee and don’t have a toilet—interesting

02/08/2026: I would like to add a negative opinion about the restaurant, as most restaurants ask for your debit card details from the ATM when ordering. According to the law, every bank prohibits giving out any card details, as well as the PIN to the card. How is it possible in this country to have them sneak into your accounts?

31/07/2026: I took take away from here. The food was very sweet chicken tikka masala was more like chicken tikka kheer. Not recommended for anyone looking for authentic Indian tase. Only positive is chikkan tikka was good.

11/08/2026: Had 2 Tuesday specials with coffee. €9.95 good deal served by lovely people.

29/03/2026: What a delightful place. Smack bang in middle of the main street of Midleton. Quick service, fab food and friendly staff. They have a toilet as well which sometimes nowadays can be a novelty and can be missing especially if you were in a shopping mall environment. Loads of space to eat with plentiful healthy and savoury options. Well worth a try.

25/09/2026: One of the best chippers. In cork. The sloppy foleys are the best

07/09/2026: Best curry in Cork & sloppy soleys are top notch 👌

27/08/2026: Pizza is very tasty and people working there are also nice but the legibility of the price leaves much to be desired. My vegetarian largest pizza in meny had price around 30 euro but I paid around 45 euro 💶

15/08/2026: Ordered pizzas for delivery online and paid by card, 45 minutes later I get a call from the shop to say the have no delivery drivers, could I come to collect it. I said no and if they can't deliver it I'll just take a refund, they said they will try to find a driver and if not they would cancel the order. 15 minutes later I called them back and said I'd like to cancel the order, as it would have been sitting out, and they told me yes that it was cancelled, I said they could have called to let me know and said goodbye. We ordered more food, received that food and then the pizzas arrived out our door. I explained this to the driver and he said something about guards and deliveries and that the order wasn't cancelled, and I had already paid online, absolute joke, won't be ordering again.

22/08/2026: Excellent food, Excellent service

16/08/2026: I've eaten there at least 3 times and every time the food is either bland or dry.

17/09/2026: Food-wise, the restaurant is perfectly fine. It tastes like every other Supermac's meal. The restaurant itself isn't the most pleasant to eat in. It's surprisingly small for a premises in a county town. They've closed off upstairs, leaving just the smallish ground floor available for customers. Seating is limited and the whole place feels quite cramped.

05/09/2026: Very busy, but very tidy. Very courteous and kind staff!

06/08/2026: Quite busy cafe with expensive and so-so coffee. Cakes were decent.

01/08/2026: Dirty, Coffee was bad no toilet tissue in the bathroom is fixable but disappointed

12/09/2026: G0t a takeaway from the Phibsborough branch and the staff did not put the whole order into the bag, and I only knew when I got home. When I returned to the shop they refused to replace.my chips which would have.bwen stone cold by the time I arrived back with the burger they had forgotten to put in the bag in the first place. What a stellar example of customer service. Never will i darken their door again

06/09/2026: Here with kids a few times, decent service, and food served fast.

06/08/2026: such friendly and lovely staff, and warm welcoming vibe to the place. just what you want when you're up at the crack of dawn to catch the train !

21/07/2026: The blonde lady serving us was so sweet and nice.

18/07/2026: refused to change an unopened can of coke purchased a half hour prior but left in direct sunlight for one from the shelf. asked twice if it was possible but refused both times. Bar women suggested she could not trust the un opened can I wished to exchange. confused as to how I could have tampered with an unopened can . bar woman was not nice about it. I left feeling very insulted.

18/09/2026: Love the food especially the rebel Nice and tasty staff always friendly and helpful would highly recommend this place Will definitely be coming back 😊

17/09/2026: Rebel reilly is the best staff are friendly and always happy

24/06/2026: Decent food, terrible service (even terrible cleaning)

22/03/2026: the food was good🙂 but the problem was all the young kids hanging outside, probably scaring alot of people from going inside😅, the crew did there best to tame the youngsters

10/06/2026: Great place. Very good pizza and milkshake! Recommend! 🍕🥤

27/03/2026: Always great food and delivery/ service. I like kebabs etc with filling/ sauce , must choose that ( sauce veg etc)when ordering or else it's delivered dry. Always great though . No complaints
