01/06/2026: Very bad service, and rude management!

16/08/2026: I found a hair in my €30 family chicken box. I’m not asking for a refund, but people should know about this food hygiene issue. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when serving food to a family. Please be careful when ordering and check your food properly before eating. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves its hygiene standards.

27/07/2026: Went in and ordered 2 items. The place was t particularly busy. Still took 30 mins, and the food was hard/chewy. The order-screen is intelligible, and the staff are quite unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

07/09/2026: The fact 0 stars isn't possible should be a crime Not only did the guy delivering it cycle and deliver cold food but it was tasteless. I could have put my moutu under the water tap and got the same satisfaction. The kebab came with nothing other than lettuce and watery garlic sauce. Not even a bit of chili in there. A skimpy bit of chicken and about five fries. Worst bundle ever. I would save your money and have water instead or go down to a local garage and have AIR for 50cent

25/07/2026: This place is disgusting they wore no gloves no tap or soap to wash hands staff making lip sync tiktoks while i was ordering then the food later gave me food poisoning and i had to get the food surgecally removed i don't know why they would even stay open they have no sense of urgency no sense of customers and definitely no sense of hygiene i have heard multiple bad stories about this place and lots of complaints from others on the same night this is by far the worst takeaway experience i ever had please do not go here it is a health hazard

16/03/2026: Had my TY ball here and was absolutely pumped to go since the tickets were €60, me and my friends are expecting a decent time. We arrive at the nightclub, go onto the dance floor, excited because we were one of the first ones on. It was sticky! Not that there was much to dance to anyway because the DJ had no notion of how to use his set up. Remxing "Call me maybe" with house techno (along with many other terrible remixes 😭) I mean c'mon now. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms, flithy, sticky, forgot I was in a club and not a gas station. The only decent part about everything was the food but other than that, I recommend that you don't go here 🥹✌️

09/08/2026: The staff here are a joke. It’s the closest cafe to my house so I’d stop by to get a coffee every now and then and every time the staff literally couldn’t be slower. They move at a snail’s pace and every time their friends come in they leave the customer orders and have chats with their friends and make them coffee. You stand there for 10-15 minutes watching their friends get free coffee before you. I kept giving this place another chance but won’t be back and definitely don’t recommend

03/08/2026: I have been visiting 3FE Five Points on and off for more than four years. I have been disappointed to find that the standard of service has declined significantly. In my experience, this is the poorest period of service since I began coming here. I do not usually write reviews, but I believe constructive customer feedback is important, particularly when it may help a business improve. I appreciate that Five Points can become extremely busy and that a high volume of customers may make it more difficult for staff to provide the same level of attention at all times. However, the issues I have experienced go beyond the pressures of a busy café. On several recent visits, the welcome has felt cold and inattentive. Eye-rolling, a lack of warmth and the general impression that staff do not want to engage with or serve customers have made me feel uncomfortable. I should not feel as though I am inconveniencing someone simply by ordering a short Americano. This is particularly noticeable because I regularly visit the 3FE location on Sussex Terrace, where the service is consistently exemplary. The contrast between the two locations is significant. I am sharing this because I care about 3FE and want Five Points to improve. I hope senior management will take a serious look at the customer experience in this branch, including staff attentiveness, attitude and the overall welcome customers receive. I also hope that other customers have not been made to feel the same way.

20/09/2026: As honest as I can be, the food is great. I have been ordering for a while but in a latest order I have been disappointed. I made an order for a group meal and ran into complications. I order food equivalent for 7 people at 20:00 to collect at 21:30 on a sunday acknowledging they close at 10:00. I showed up to collect the food and the service was polite, I confirm with the staff all is in order and left the shop. After double checking I was left shy x3 drinks. I went back in and collected the remaining drinks and thanked them. Leaving heading to my group I got a phone call a meal was missing. I turn led back to collect it, again they were polite returned the meal to the order and I left again. I arrived to eat my meal and found another meal was missing. This is a shame because a meal can cost 15 euro. I respect the establishment and think the service manners is great and the food is genuinely enjoyable. But our food was nearly cold by the time I got back to my group 6 mins from the shop and I was missing a meal in the end.

16/03/2026: Here it is!!! Total shame. Freezing cold upon collection. Why? Couldn't have been more specific about the collection timeframe. Total shame. Wont be back!

23/06/2026: Honestly, the worst Chicken Fillet Kebab I've ever had!!!! Not a proper kebab at all.... crap in a brown Pitta. Chicken fillet burger sparingly put together. The chips were just pure Grease cooked in old oil. Very disappointed

22/04/2026: I left a review for this chipper over 4 years ago with 5 stars. The service has continually gone downhill; cashiers are rude, food reaching worse quality. Today I had my order missing items, I called and was offered no apology. I then went to eat the chips and half of them weren't cooked through to the middle. I called again and was hung up on. Wildly disappointed with the chipper I used to tell everyone was the best in D15

07/04/2026: Would leave 0 stars ,Waited over an hour for 2 milkshakes and rang and they said it was on the way, only got here 20 mins later,disappointing I would of collected if I knew it was going to be that long

31/07/2026: The portion size very big but not the good quality ingredient and very greese. Service in fast time but I am afraid I think some of good reviews are from boss man friend. It needs the decoration look very not nice maybe new paint. Maybe I will try something different next time if I have to eat here

12/09/2026: Very handy for a quick bite - chicken burger and chips are a favourite. Coffee is good and easy to grab on way through station on arrival or rushing for a train
