05/01/2026: Great friendly staff and lovely food

30/12/2025: Those behind the counter have poor manners and very poor customer service skills! My mother was the only person in the shop waiting to be served. The servers saw her and left her standing there for five minutes. They didnt even have the decency to acknowledge her, let alone ask what they could get for her' or if she had even been served! Their excuse was that she (the customer) should call them for assistance. That's not how customer service works. When someone comes into restaurant/fast food store it is the server that should greet and ask if assistance is needed. They tried to justify their poor service by saying that they were busy with phone orders. If phone orders come first then shut-up shop and take business solely through the phones. Otherwise if it takes three people to serve a phone order whilst leaving an 'in-person' customer standing and ignored, then employ more staff. Customer service has been ailing here for several years but this behaviour was unacceptable.

31/05/2026: Awful takeaway, absolute rip off for what you get. A bag of chips is a half bag. And nearly 5 euro for 2 onion rings. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere

27/06/2026: Shocking service im sitting here over 2and half hours waiting on delivery, rang them and he said my order is there hasn't left the shop yet they are very short on drivers this is every time i order thinking they would get they're act together but no same shite, not even a phone call to even let you know, and whenever my food does arrive its always completely cold. Avoid delivery go in and order and sit for an hour to hopefully get som hot food.

03/05/2026: I don’t understand why the reviews are low for this place. I can’t get over how delicious everything was: Paneer was fresh and tasty the chicken was charred in an oven. It was just a blend of tantalising flavour! Seriously try it!

10/06/2026: I think a 3 star is honestly fair - picture is the wings that were €13 - quality was good but such a small portion size for the price - scandalous. The mains quality was decent but again very over priced for what you get on the plate ( portion sizes very small again) , for us the food is far too over priced for what you get - we wouldn’t eat here again due to this. The staff were lovely and pleasant.

29/04/2026: Reserved a high table in advance — confirmed by staff. Arrived in the evening and, amazingly, the table did exist… it was just already given to someone else. According to the very unprofessional young hostess (first day?), specific tables are only “on request.” Interesting logic — because the people sitting at my table clearly managed to get one. No explanation, just repetition of the same line. We were then sent to wait in the lobby — as a family with a pregnant woman and a 5-year-old. Hospitality at its finest. Stayed anyway because we were exhausted and hungry. Big mistake. Food was bland and unbelievably greasy — I literally squeezed a fry and watched oil drip out of it. Service was painfully slow; ended up going to the bar myself just to pay. Prices? Completely absurd for what you get. Easily the worst dining experience of our trip through Ireland. Impressive, in all the wrong ways.

11/05/2026: Has to be the worst service & food ever , we asked a couple of questions & the man serving us answered with grunts & ignorence , I asked for chips & chicken tenders & when we got home he had gave me very very greasy onion rings instead of chicken tenders ,they were floating in grease & lukewarm . Chips were the same tepid & ,so greasy .

14/11/2025: I came for their sourdough loaf only to be told it is only for sandwiches made there! I used to be able to buy and enjoy this wonderful bread before. Ridiculous!

09/11/2025: I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received at the café. I felt genuinely well looked after, and they were attentive at all times. Because of this, I decided not only to stay for breakfast, but also to remain longer and have lunch there as well. Megan, the waitress, was incredibly attentive, and the young man at the till was very kind to us.

07/11/2025: I thought it was new owners as it’s now called summer inn but it’s actually still the same fine rice. Curry sauce was green tasteless and the chicken balls were like donuts there was that much uncooked batter. The shredded chicken was so chewy it was inedible. Literally waste of money.

31/05/2026: I ordered from this restaurant 2 times,each time they messed up my order and brought it around 2 hours late,when calling to complain I was told my details would be passed to the manager,when he didn’t call me and I called the store back myself,the manager told me he never heard anything about it and could not do anything to help me,very poor management

05/06/2026: Visited Infinity Café in Parkmore for a team lunch with my colleagues. The café is conveniently located near the Parkmore Industrial Estate and offers a comfortable, casual setting. There is adequate parking available, and the seating capacity is reasonable for a café of this size. One aspect that stood out was the limited selection of vegetarian lunch options. While my colleagues were happy with their meals and described them as both satisfying and delicious, I found the vegetarian choices quite restricted. I opted for the Super Fit Vegetarian Salad, which consisted of mixed lettuce leaves, chickpeas, feta cheese, tomatoes, falafel, and beetroot. The ingredients were fresh, but the portion size felt modest considering the price point. Overall, the café appears to cater well to those without specific dietary preferences, and based on my colleagues’ feedback, the food quality was good. However, I would love to see a broader range of vegetarian options added to the lunch menu in the future.

02/06/2026: Had lunch at Infinity Cafe during my break and loved it! I had the curry and an iced latte and they were gorgeous, the food arrived quickly, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
