The best restaurants

01/11/2025: waited 40 mins for my order, was then given the wrong order and we didnt notice until we were home, and the food was cold when we started eating.

01/01/2026: We ordered a Chinese at 9:20 and they delivered to the wrong address , the lady who received the order rang us and told us that they received our order. We rang again and told them we want our food and they told us they’d make us a fresh order then they attempted to go back to the house and try get the food that was already delivered . This is extremely poor service we had to ring again and tell them that we’ve been waiting 2 hours and they were saying it’s not our problem: this is ridiculous.

10/12/2025: As a loyal customer who is 'literally addicted' to Costa, I am deeply disappointed and will stop visiting. The poor customer service, where staff seem to only care up until the point of payment, has completely ruined the experience for me.

28/01/2026: Korean wings lovely flavour. Very generous portion. But meat on the wings very over cooked. Depends on what your in to I guess. But I went in here to get ramen. The place is called ramen. So I ordered ramen. Do not come here if you want ramen. Came with potatoes and rice. No ramen noodles. Bowl filled with cheap burnt dark soy sauce. No dept or flavour at all. No acidity, sweetness , spice, garlic, onion or ginger flavour to it all. I rarely leave reviews but I really think this place needs help.

18/11/2025: The best caramel macchiato in all of Ireland. The cashier's friendly service, with her smile and big eyes, made you feel very comfortable. I only went twice, but I hope to return when I come back to Dublin from Argentina.

30/09/2025: STAFF wear their aprons to the public toilets. I’ve seen it twice now.

29/11/2025: Had an absolutely lovely gluten free chicken nugget meal! Food was all presented in seperate safe packaging and the bag it was in had a gluten free sticker which is great for preventing confusion! Good gluten free option, very impressed and satisfied with it. Chips were also very fresh and nice.

23/10/2025: Third time I've been to the drive thru and ended up with the wrong order..... Called the waiter to confirm what what is the bag and he just walked away....staffing should be looked at along with training....disappointed won't be returning

06/01/2026: Mixed bag on quality. The standard dishes served are good, but if you try more exotic dishes then quality lessens. All good if you're getting steaks, burgers etc.

01/12/2025: Currently staying in hotel with our young family(6yr old and baby) we specifically booked dinner for a time where we would avail of the early bird menu, we were waiting at least 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to us to take our order, we were then informed in not a nice manner from waitress that the early bird finished approx 10/15 minutes previous. The waitress in particular was not friendly and quite rude to us. This is unfortunate to us as we are regulars to the hotel and has put a bit of a damper on our stay here currently.

29/06/2025: It's the worst Chinese I probably have ever got. I ordered fried rice and actually It was boiled. My squid dish was so overcooked and over salted that you can't even chew so had to bin it.Never again going back.Worst local takeaway ever!

13/12/2025: Rude customer service. Food was not fresh and had a strange taste and smell. Clearly frozen chips. Weird looking satay sauce that masked the taste of the awful food. Fiery red sweet and sour sauce in a contaminated container. Will not come here again. Would not recommend!

13/12/2025: The worst food I have bought in Waterford, I thought i would try at the least the vegetable spring roll as I have never had “bad” one, the most disgusting spring roll as you’ll see in the photo… stay away

22/02/2026: We get food all time here was great order food was told be 50 mins wait hour half no show rang back told delivey driver on way got food it was pure cold driver told me he was outside my house wasnt even in the rite easte rang shop told them food was cold the said the credit next order when i did the said the know nothing about it the were not stand over it be last time i get food there and order was only 36.00 euro

07/11/2025: I thought it was new owners as it’s now called summer inn but it’s actually still the same fine rice. Curry sauce was green tasteless and the chicken balls were like donuts there was that much uncooked batter. The shredded chicken was so chewy it was inedible. Literally waste of money.

25/11/2025: As a donut fan and lover, I found these too dry and bland for my taste. If you do a blind taste test, you won't know what you're actually eating. I'll try them again another day to give them another chance.

23/10/2025: Friendly professional woman served me a nice vegan cookies & crème donut this morning.
