The best restaurants

23/06/2025: Went in to see about getting an empty syrup bottle (I explained the new syrup bottles I have doesn't match the pump I got) and you'd think one of the staff members paid for the bottles herself. They obviously go in the recycling bin when empty, but no, telling me to go buy a pump that suits my new bottle The other staff member was lovely and big hello and goodbye _____________ Unfortunately there were no opening times on the door so we went in around 330 and they had chairs etc on the table as getting ready to close up Super friendly girls who didn't want us to pay until after we had our items and then had a chat with me Tasty drinks, the girlfriend even finished her hot chocolate and she rarely does Reasonable prices with plenty of choices on the menu My personal preference is not having the scone hot (but it was actually nice), probably best to ask first Great to see two choices of alternative sugars Definitely will be back to try the many options on the menu

08/06/2025: This is a small but very well run cafe in a slightly unusual setting.! Although I was only visiting the area recently . I ordered a mini breakfast, which was very satisfying indeed. My coffee was of good quality and hot. Not like some places Luke warm or tepid.! Staff service was very efficient and pleasant. The general ambience is friendly. I liked it a lot.

20/04/2025: Horrible place, was supposed to have had my surprise engagement on here the weekend. My friends had been there earlier that day setting up balloons they had gotten made for me. the plan was that my friends would be waiting for me to arrive to 1314 to ‘surprise’ me, that was soon ruined as the bouncers refused my 25/26 year old friends, my friends are lovely respectful girls they explained to the bouncers that it was my surprise engagement and they had booked an area of the bar off for this occasion. They didn’t even ask them for their ID and the only explanation they gave was ‘they have right to refuse’. I was at a dinner with another few friends while this was all going on, please see attached messages from the manager to my friend previous that day. When my friend went to collect everything they had set up for me previously that day to bring down to house Limerick they had left the it all outside in the rain. Disgusting behaviour I will never darken the door to this dive again. The biggest shout out to house Limerick for hosting 17 of us such short notice they made my surprise engagement party so much better than 1314 would ever.

25/04/2025: Worst dominos I've experienced. Have had orders messed up on many occasions. Received orders that are cold and worse was I could clearly see my pizza was ready and they took an extra 15 minutes to hand to me claiming it was just made. It's easier to tell from the soggyness under the pizza. Have had to reheat pizza when I got home. I'm writing this review only because after ringing the shop 8 times to have no phone picked up when I walked in staff had dropped a pizza on a customer. Would not recommend this outlet

13/05/2025: Rip off. €22 for chips 3 batter sausage+ 1 garlic dip + 3 cokes. Way too greasy too.

25/04/2025: I made an order. I paid for it. My order never arrived and they blocked my number after many call attempts

15/07/2025: This is the second time that happens, its 18.40 and is closed already when is showing that in fact it should be closing at 19.00. The last time that I will go here. The worst service ever.

14/07/2025: Arrived 6.35pm. Opening hours on door says open until 7pm. Worker inside door said closed early. Save your money for a reliable business.

01/08/2025: Been coming here for 10+ years and the experience today was terrible. Informed the veggie burger no longer on the menu despite being one of the only veggie options there, order was wrong and the chips were so overcooked they were brown and poisoned with too much salt. Disappointed. They also cut the fish my mum ordered in half to give her a smaller piece after it was already cooked (witnessed them doing it).

30/07/2025: We dropped in for a quick breakfast since we were walking by. The coffee was delicious and so was the morning bun and the almond pastry. We got some seats by the window which was nice. The atmosphere is that of a coffee bar and service was friendly. Good for a small tasty breakfast

20/04/2025: I went to this coffee shop a few weeks ago and I ordered an iced coffee and handed over my reusable KeepCup. It says on the menu that you get 15c off when you use a reusable cup. When I went to pay, the 15c was not removed from the total and I was told that it does not include iced drinks. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive as I enquired as to why this was the case. I used to be a frequent customer of Bear Market but have not been back due to this negative experience.

07/09/2025: The best thing is they are open till late night and there isn't much hala places open till 3am

13/07/2025: Strictly Not recommended. We have ordered family mix meal for 26€ and when we get its made already and food isn’t fresh when we request to change chicken piece they said its the last one we have. We ask them to give us anything fresh in exchange they give us chicken strips and same no fresh made. It was look like made yesterday. Then we almost binned everything. We have chicken strips left and we requested again to change and then they gave the same one re-fry. It was a bad experience.

17/08/2025: The staff closes before 8pm. Can't get served.

10/08/2025: Two lovely Asian girls behind the counter couldn't have given better service, checking to make sure I was happy with the sandwich whilst she made it. Obsessed with the marinara sauce.

10/09/2025: Absolutely shocking Supermacs. Potentially the worsed one in Ireland. The drive-thru.. No salt or condiments given out. Is that a joke and not the first time. They never answer the God damn phone either.

15/08/2025: Every time I ask for extra burger sauce there is none I honestly have never been to a worse super max, it is consistently bad 5 oz bacon and cheese with no bacon it’s crazy how there still open

08/09/2025: I have to say the staff are so rude. Which is so sad, because it would be a lovely place to shop (other than the quality of the fresh produce which is not great). They really bring the value of the place down.

13/03/2025: The service was incredibly pleasant. All the staff were very friendly and it really added to the nice atmosphere! I got the wrap of the day (teriyaki chicken wrap) and I devoured it. It was absolutely delicious. Would definitely come here again! 10/10
