The best restaurants

02/07/2025: Used to love to come for a coffee, but last few times they are always closed at 17:30 despite stating that closing is at 18:00. Change your closing hours if you are not working until 6pm and stop confusing people. We wasted trip to Navan just to have coffee in this place and come home disappointed as it was closed way before the stated closing time.

20/06/2025: Very over priced. Was charged €14.95 for a 'caeser salad' with chicken and the salad was just lettuce with bacon as you can see in the photo. Definitely not worth the price.

13/09/2025: Already 20 times with issues. Food served cold every time. Staff rude, manager on duty escaped closing shutters. The reference cries out for revenge to heaven. I will complain to U.S.

31/08/2025: Idiots on the drive thru tonight, asked for no lettuce or tomato on my veggie deluxe only to arrive home to basically a bun with some cheese on.

10/09/2025: Kind staff, has an upstairs seating which I love and I always come for the berry refresher, wish they’d supply more of that pasta though, but it’s amazing and I’d recommend going for a quiet place to relax and hang out or to get some work done.

02/08/2025: Under staffed and those that were on were dirty looking and rude. Cappuccinos are served with chocolate. Don’t act as if it’s an inconvenience! Tables filthy. Would not use the toilets as manky.

18/07/2025: While visiting Ireland from the U.S., we stopped by this spot kind of on a whim—and I’m so glad we did. Right away, the service stood out. Adnan, one of the guys working there, was honestly amazing. Even though we had some loud and obnoxious toddlers with us and a pretty hectic order, he was extremely patient, respectful, and friendly. You could tell he really cared about customer service, and he made us feel welcomed. Knowing I was from America, Adnan went out of his way to recommend and personally customize a sizzling spicy chicken burger just for me. He added his own touch with jalapeños, spicy sauce, crispy lettuce, and a well-seasoned fried chicken fillet—and I’m not exaggerating when I say the flavor combo was crazy good. It had that perfect balance of creamy, spicy, and crunchy. The sauce had a nice kick without being overwhelming, and the burger overall tasted way better than a lot of fast food joints back home. Everyone in our group also ordered crispy chips (fries), which were done just right—crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and the QUANTITY was insane. We had such a heavy amount of chips which was actually insane. We also had a tandoori-style chicken roll that had great flavor. The seasoning on everything was strong but not overpowering. Now, the only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bun and chicken on the burger were a bit too hard, especially compared to the softness of the inside. It wasn’t inedible or anything, but it did make the burger a little difficult to bite into. With a softer bun or slightly juicier chicken, this would’ve easily been a 5-star meal. Still, the taste was definitely there, and the service made it even better. I’d 100% come back, and honestly might stop by again before leaving Ireland.

18/07/2025: Regular here chips are awful all bad and full of black spots,curry sauce is like cement, cheese on pizza doesn't even melt ,and prices being charged it's simply not good enough..go elsewhere people looking for a chipper food. Like a fool I went back here only to be charged 6 50 for large garlic chips and cheese, which turned out to be small rang twice got no satisfaction..never again horrible staff who haven't a clue what your saying. For a great chipper by god it's gone downhill fast!!!

24/04/2025: The food has gone downhill here in the past 12 months. The chips are soggy and the pizza is over cooked. It’s a shame because it was the best in town for years.

Food is absolutely brilliant to the point I am so obese because I eat from this Chinese so much because it is so tasty and delicious. I would personally recommend the sweet and sour sauce in crispy shredded chicken, it is absolutely beautiful. This is the best Chinese Restaurant I have ever visited

24/03/2025: I was in David’s last Saturday and had a very unpleasant but quickly resolved experience. The person I have attached was being very unpleasant and causing an unwelcome atmosphere to everyone trying to enjoy their night. When staff were informed of this gremlins misbehaviour he was quickly removed and barred from the premises. Curry chips were decent aswell. Lovely diner.

02/05/2025: Applied for computer science course. Became obvious that the college puts money before students and that the lecturers couldn't care less about students fairly quickly. They suddenly semesterised my 3rd year which gave us more work and less time, which obviously caused alot of the class to feel alot of stress and/or fail. One of the lecturers for a module was hastily replaced by a substitute with next to no teaching experience who was given almost no instructions on what to teach. Another lecturer spent the entire year teaching is the wrong content and we were told to essentially just figure it out before exams. One my course mates was threatened with ejection from the course simply for complaining about a rude comment made by a lecturer. And that's just inside the building. They have this private clamping company that preys on students. There are not enough car park spots so finding a spot can take a long time and if you are rushing for an exam you won't have time to get a ticket. You can literally see a van patrolling the area at all times waiting to clamp students. I fell victim to "parking outside of a bay" even though the bay markings were weathered away and I wasn't blocking anyone but they showed zero sympathy, fined me, and made me wait 40 minutes for two teenagers smoking Amber Leaf to come and undo the clamp. Avoid this college at all costs, especially if you plan on taking a course in computer science

There's also a creepy barman .. he looks like a hippy sort of guy, maybe a student, I was with my sister and he was making the two of us uncomfortable by staring in a creepy way..maybe because no other women in pub, he was on his phone also when we were waiting for a beer, ok dive bar but won't go back over that creep.

03/08/2025: Spent some time in galway for the races.. everything was great but also expensive... Went into Kennedy's for a beer and the young barman with long hair and beard asked me and my two friends did we want cocaine, ive reported this to the Garda, also I think he was drunk or hungover because you could smell it off him.. galway was great but I wouldn't recommend here

11/08/2025: Best vegan brekkie I’ve had in Ireland – the vegan crostini was absolutely delicious! We came at 9 a.m. and it was really quiet, which made for a relaxed start to the day. Our server was lovely, and everyone at the table enjoyed their breakfasts. Would definitely come back.

07/06/2025: Hemos sido visitantes regulares a la hora del almuerzo de este lugar durante un par de años, pero lamentablemente, la calidad ha estado disminuyendo. Los precios están subiendo, mientras que las porciones se están reduciendo. Nuestro reciente almuerzo del sábado fue un fracaso. El ciabatta BLT era una mitad y estaba increíblemente empapado, desmoronándose y literalmente goteando por todo el plato. Las alitas de pollo con salsa picante eran una broma - sin calor, seco, y parecía microondas. La salsa de queso azul sabía más a mayo con un toque de queso azul. El sándwich de coronación de pollo también estaba apagado, con sabores que no encajaban. Es una lástima, ya que hemos tenido alguno - fuera de percances antes (como encontrar un pelo en nuestra pasta de gambas) , pero esta visita fue la peor. Con suerte, renovarán su menú y servicio.

04/08/2025: Love this place so much. Is my personal office, I come here almost every week to work on my computer and have a time with myself. The busy atmosphere plus the massive vertical windows from ceiling to bottom floor makes this Starbucks an immaculate place to have a breathtaking and relaxing experience. Okay, maybe too much hahaha, but I really love it for real. Also the business of the place is a plus sometimes, lively and full of joy.
