Staff rude and basically just didn't care about anything bad attitude all round
10/01/2025: My self and my daughter drove to the Costa in Johnstown for a nice hot chocolate unfortunately as soon as we went in 10 minutes before closing,girl behind the counter said ,we are closed even though there was still 10minutes left before closing and the hot chocolate would've only taken 2 minutes.

23/03/2025: Staff weren't particularly competent. One staff member bumped me out of her way because she seemed so under pressure running around. Our server was a lovely girl quite young and forgot pieces of our order I think because she was under so much pressure. There were 4 hen parties there. Long waits for food and drinks. Food was nice.

05/03/2025: I have been here many many times. The service is really slow but as it is in UL and is easy for meetings, we usually ended up going.
But I have stopped going there from past couple of months after finding pieces of broken glass in my cappuccino. I bit the glass pieces thinking that it was sugar but soon realised. Had to wash it all out. It was scary..we told the staff and they didn’t charge for coffee. But I would have paid for coffee instead having that experience.

26/03/2025: There several staff working but no one take the order. Also, the supervisor, a girl with long hair, seems Diana，impolite, condescending, making the vibe incredibly unpleasant. Her attitude was unprofessional and arrogant — honestly, I have no idea how someone like her ended up in a managerial position. Definitely not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with.
25/03/2025: I recently moved to the Stillorgan area, and as someone who has always loved Starbucks, I can confidently say that this location is the best. It's not just about the great coffee, but also the amazing staff. A special shout-out to Sergio and Tom – from day one, they've made me feel right at home. They’re always polite, professional, and have even customized drinks to my liking. These two truly stand out and make this Starbucks exceptional. I couldn’t pass up the chance to leave a review for them. A big thank you to both! From now on, I’ll be getting my coffee here exclusively. Thanks again

30/11/2024: Paid over 10e for a spice bag, got a half bag of soggy chips and 3 pieces of chicken, definitely would never go back, staff were very ignorent when I said it to them, would recommend going elsewhere as this place is an absolute rip-off with dirt food

15/04/2025: I got the Prawn Udon. Plenty of prawns but too much sauce. Medium size is a bit on the smaller side. Lady at front- super nice but very busy with online orders, so they were turning customers away at 8.10pm( closing is 9pm).
If all your meats are halal you should display it!
And the boxes should be the ones you can open on both sides and turn into a plate- but that's just an idea.
14/04/2025: Exceptionally tasty food! I would definitely recommend to others! Very kind staff who provided my kids with free ice cream and a fortune cookie 🥠 ! Calm atmosphere and the guy I spoke to over the phone was very polite
