29/11/2024: Tried for first time tonight, food was lovely only dissapointment was on orders over 20euro surely you should get free prawn crackers like all other chinese

25/08/2024: It makes me very sad to write a bad review, because I never do that. But I am so very disappointed in the food we have received. We are not people who get a ton of take-aways, as it costs a lot of money. So this is extra disappointing to receive this type of food.

19/10/2024: 1 hour 30 min wait for food when it was 45 min wait period. Food arrived with miniscule amount of chicken and 2 sauces watery tasting the same. Always loved Indie Spice but certainly won't be ordering again as this is the second time this has happened. Customer service on phone was less than average when I asked where our dinner was. Not value for money. Very disappointing

23/11/2024: Apparently they will just cancel your Just Eat delivery order for absolutely no reason. No phone call, nothing. What is it about small businesses in Ireland having like zero business acumen? Like at least call me to tell me why you’re cancelling my order you wastes of space

16/05/2024: the worst customer service, phone broke, don't empathise with the customer issues, ( i ordered a vegan pizza, they dont have the option to add extra vegan cheese but they have the other ones, i added regular cheese as extra and called the restaurant to tell them that the vegan pizza with extra cheese is extra vegan cheese, but they failed with logic, added the cheddar, they didn't want to accept that their phone didn't work when i constantly called them after ordering, the guy was saying hello hello and hanged up the call, they finally got their phone fixed and got my call to tell me their excuses and forgot that i was the customer and tried to deliver something i didn't want to pay for and i did what i was supposed to to get my extra vegan cheese delivered) right after at 2am the delivery guy come to my street, the guy that got paid more than he should because the guy lacked empathy as well and never parked the car in a easy no way out street and made me without shoes, and pejamas with him in his uniform and with no cars around at 2 am in my no way out street but as he knew i was "a difficult customer " as i called them about the cheese and the guy played superiority to make me cross the street instead of him doing his job that is deliver at the door. very unsatisfied with customer srrvices which should be a good one atbany shop focusing on customer needs and requests but they are unhappy people working in a place that they dont care for their customers, so i decided never to order anymore this energy in my food , and tell all my friends that order with them my tonight's experience.

04/12/2024: Was dining yesterday with my family, just wasted money-terrible taste of food ,a Chinese lady was sitting around with her family, poor English also very bad manners and attitude.

31/12/2024: The Best Chinese takeaway. Always fresh, great pricing. I have eaten here for many years and never had an issue. I now live abroad the last 3 years and miss this restaurant so much.

31/12/2024: This restaurant should be closed with the disgusting way that I was treated with my family this evening. The food was not good and when complained I got noting short of abused and roared at. I almost walked out without paying I was so disgusted by the way I was treated. Never eat here it is disgusting and the staff are even more disgusting. 🤮

16/11/2024: Be careful ordering in the rush hours and they were serving frozen Porotta for take aways and fresh ones for the dine in. The front desk staffs are polite however the chefs are very tricky and cheating according to situations. Don’t go with reviews here, felt most are fake

13/12/2024: Personally wasn’t the biggest fan of the pizza, but at the same time great value and service.

28/09/2024: Ordered for the first time this evening. Will NOT be returning. A pizza base used for kebab instead of naan, so strange. Nothing tasted fresh. The chicken and doner were both from a bag and so fatty, made me feel so sick. Went straight in the bin. Waste of money.

18/12/2024: Even though the food is good, I just ordered a milkshake and some drinks and that took 1h to get delivered when usually it should take 15 minutes maximum, and on the top of that the milkshake got here open, spilled in the bag!! It’s ridiculous, when already paid for it!!!!

10/11/2024: Mixed up my Vegetarian with Texas Grill Pizza. Poor attitude too. Not difficult to get the order correct. Avoid! Waste of money.
