The best restaurants

19/07/2025: Was charged a Whopping €59.55 for 4 burger meals today and one of them was called the King Chicken Meal, definitely nothing king sized about what was presented to us, €3.45 for a regular chips that was pathetically small, we challenged the server who brought our query to the attention of the person in charge and he shrugged and said that's what you get, worst value for money ever guys, you're ripping off the public.

09/06/2025: I only got Chips here, 2 x in the 4 days I stayed here. They were delicious. The team were so friendly and considering I live in the heart of the Wild Atlantic Way - these chips beat any chips I have eaten there. For reference they are traditional cut chips with no skin on. I suggest to the team if they have experienced negative reviews for their fish then perhaps reconsider and improve. You also have space to offer seating outside ⭐️. People will pay for quality. Negative reviews can cost more than good quality fish in this day and age. Is there an issue regarding getting good quality fish?

22/12/2024: Everything is good except for people(who are not homeless) who come inside the shop and keep asking or pushing customers for food. Was scared for my belongings.

04/07/2025: Main courses were grand, I did order a sticky toffee pudding which was actually a very dry bland chocolate cake. I hate doing it but I sent it back. No fuss, the guy dealing with it was very polite and helpful. Staff are ran off their feet, not near enough of them and this made service fall short, waiting 20+ mins after asking for bill. To really emphasise, the wait staff themselves are individually great and cannot be faulted, management is the clear issue here! They really need to do better to look after food standards and smooth service

25/01/2025: This was my first time eating at Donatellos. I usually avoid Italian food as it is dairy- and wheat-intensive, both of which I have intolerances to. I need not have worried. Donatellos had a vegan menu and a vast range of wheat-free alternatives and went through them over the phone with me in advance. The chargrilled vegetable starter was delicious, as was the mushroom risotto for main. To top it all, the dessert was a rare find for me - a gluten-free and vegan chocolate tart which was heavenly. Service was friendly and efficient and members of staff were well versed in allergens etc. My friends had various pizzas, pasta al mare dishes etc. and all enjoyed their choices. The décor is lovely and there's a good ambience. I'm looking forward to returning.

19/06/2025: Collection order. The food was stone cold. €3.50 for 1 spring roll smaller than my index finger! Do yourself and your pocket a favour and go somewhere else, theres better options for Thai food just across the road. Absolutely shocking rip off and 0 quality.

14/05/2025: I had the Pad Prik Heang. It was nice but I was surprised that it cost €17 because it's €14.99 in other Camile restaurants. My daughter has Singapore noodles and they were lovely but again were €17 instead of €14.99 as in other other outlets. The server was very nice and helpful.

25/06/2025: food was okay food was okay i got a tuna melt, it had a strange side (sweet chill sause and crisp) the service was horrible waitress was not welcoming at all and very rushed all though there wasnt anyone in the cafe. very unorganized.

11/07/2025: Burger King Applegreen Santry is such a great spot! 🍔✨ The staff are really friendly, the food hits the spot every time, and it’s actually a nice place to sit and relax for a bit 🪑😊 Good vibes, good bites – I’ll definitely be back!😁🫶🏻

11/07/2025: Had such a good time at Burger King Applegreen Santry! 😍 The customer service is second to none…not forgetting the service was super fast, the food was hot and tasty (that beef burger is unreal 🔥🍔), and the vibes were on point. Loved the music playing in the background – made the whole experience feel even better 🎶✨ Tons of space to sit and chill, super clean (like, spotless 💎), and you can even watch planes go by while you eat ✈️🌤️ The staff were so nice and friendly too 🥹 10/10 would recommend – already dreaming about my next visit 💖🍟

20/02/2025: Extremely rude and food never came. I called to place an order. The man on the phone the whole time was rude from the start and uncooperative. I asked a simple question on the size options and the price for a kebab tray. He instantly was annnoyed and said “do not have time for this go order online or something” and hung up. I called again after a few minutes and this time they took my order. After 2 hours of waiting I realised they were never going to come. Never came across such a rude and disrespectful place.

02/11/2024: 3 times in a row i've been to this premises , it's states it's open online and every time i've been here at 2pm and the door is closed. Pitty because it's always around lunch time.

16/06/2025: Definitely better than #9 in Tramore, the Beach House is a small, cozy place to get wonderful freshly prepared elegant seafood — with their specialty being fantastic fish & chips — far far better than a chipper though. They also have oysters and mussels and such, with great desserts too. Highly recommended, with a terrific staff.

29/05/2025: Probably the nicest coffee shop on UCD campus opening to the public. Coffee is decent & cakes/pastries above average. Good spot for UCD visitors to take a coffee break.

16/07/2025: Absolutely love this place! While it's mainly known for non-veg fast food, I'm really impressed with their vegetarian options too. Their vegetarian pizza is the best I've ever had – full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and truly unmatched.

12/07/2025: Out of all the chippers in bray. There 3 on par to be the best. This is one of the 3. Great food good prices. I got food from somewhere else in bray and had to throw chips to swans as they were bad. But this chipper is neck on neck with other 2.

24/04/2025: Four star pizza at this stage since 90’ is particularly the pizza the election of Cork people. I live in Cork since 2003 and for me is the best pizza, the dough is made everyday the quality of tomato sauce and good cheese of mozzarella and voila it’s all about this 3 ingredients, because the toppings depend of the person but the important part of the pizza it’s the base, it’s all about the base, and I can say with 99% Four Star Pizza they know how to do very well the dough actually they are specialist’s. They know very well, whatever recipe they use and have is 5 stars and I believe is very well kept, and good dough is half away for success it’s almost impossible go wrong with the pizzas because the good taste and flavour always there.

18/06/2025: Doner Kebab, the quality is complete crap, the meat is overcooked, there is a lot of sauce and it is not tasty. It was bad in the morning 👎

01/06/2025: Always get a Roxy and they made my order wrong, well it was my fault they said Becuase I didn’t saying I didn’t want ketchup even tho it said no where about a sauce on the baguette. Your one of the phone was so rude. Don’t even bother ringing if your food wrong because they blame you. Never again after the way she spoke to me.
