22/01/2025: Best battered sausage I’ve ever had, so much so I won’t eat one out of any other chipper because it’s just a disappointment in comparison. The sausage is fantastic quality and the batter is nice and thick and not thin and hard My coworker loves the chicken fillet wrap, I always get the battered sausage special and the chips are always lovely, crispy and fresh Guys in the shop are also very nice and polite, my favorite chipper and I work in swords but live in Drogheda, unbeatable and affordable too :)

07/11/2024: Ordered smk cod chips chicken wrap chips and batter sausage. Got cod portion 3 chips batter sausage chicken wrap. Order incorrect and cod was like someone sat on it. Rang and spoke to manager. Advised what happened and he's asked "what do you want me to do about it". Spent 12mins on the phone not getting anywhere. Wouldn't give me his name. Said I was telling him he was a liar. Which I never said. I've never had a problem here. Honestly after tonight's order and a rude manager. I won't go back. It will be fingal cafe from now on.

22/01/2025: As an Indian, I don't feel like the dishes are tasty enough. It is decent though. Good place if you wanna experience Indian cuisine. Not the best one.

22/01/2025: Properly the best Chicken Biryani I’ve ever had. Fluffy rice, juicy chicken, and spices that hit just right – absolute magic. Honestly, I’d queue for hours to get another plate. Do yourself a favour and try it. Cheers!

10/11/2024: I’m from Croatia and have been living here for 10 years. Back home, I wasn’t much for pubs—off-licenses were more my thing. But one day, I decided to give a pub a try, thinking I’d experience that warm, welcoming atmosphere people always talk about. When I walked in, the bartender was so kind, so charming. He smiled and said, “Take your time, enjoy your beer. I’ll get you another when you’re ready.” For a moment, I felt like I belonged, like I’d found a little corner of this place where kindness was still alive. But then, as I finished my drink and ordered another, he tried to charge me for the same beer twice. I was stunned. Disappointed. That brief moment of warmth felt like it had been stolen from me. It wasn’t just the money—it was the feeling of trust, the hope of connection in a place so far from home. I walked out and never went back. Sometimes, it’s not the big betrayals that hurt the most—it’s the small ones that catch you off guard. Never again in that place.. Shame on you

19/12/2024: V friendly staff...chatting to all the customers in a very personable way. Fab coffee and mince pie. Eat in or out. A great find near St James's Hospital.

01/11/2024: Probably the worst coffee shop in Dublin. Customer service was terrible. Food was manky and over priced . Stay away from this place it’s an absolute kip

12/12/2024: Absolutely shocking food waiting 1 and half hours for just fried rice and chips to be delivered and I only live 6 minutes away never again and was told that theirs no manager working their

15/11/2024: there is a delivery driver that has delivered to my house two times, the first time i ordered i missed his call and he was waiting for 5-10 minutes which i apolgises for and he was extremely rude about it, i understand it was my fault but he had no reason to be so rude. so fast forward i ordered again and the same driver has come to my apartment. sometimes just eat gets my adresss wrong and says it’s the hotel beside my house(literally a one minute walk). the driver rang me and said he was outside and i was walking down to meet him and he rang me again, complaining saying that i shouldn’t put in the hotel if i live in the apartments. just eat automatically put my address and it’s really not that big of a difference, i said i would walk to meet him. he then proceeded to flip me off and call me some horrible names.i don’t find this behaviour acceptable in the slightest and it has really upset me. i’ve ordered from ocean inn for the last few years and have never had an issue with any other driver. this guy has serious anger issues and should not be in this job if he is going to snap at people like this.

07/12/2024: Place smelled musty or damp if you will, food was absolutely disgusting, we got seafood chowder which had near to no fish and was served with toasted sliced pan, roast beef which couldn't be ate because it was all grissle and cabbage was undercooked fish and chips which was literally grey it was watery on the inside of batter, was €49 and some change, actually haven't seen as bad in a very long time.

29/10/2024: Afternoon tea with my two 20yo daughter and my lovely wife. Great hot chocolate with marshmallow. Nice place.

05/07/2024: I order a frappe and was not happy with it it came with no cream or any taste of Carmel at all just coffee I got terrible service and it gave me a bad stomach I am extremely unhappy as I am a regular customer this has happend more then one ce I don’t recommend going

14/06/2024: I have been a regular at Sundrive Frank and Honest since they opened.The quality of the coffee can be very hit and miss.The staff are usually fine but it's unpleasant to listen to them making fun of customers.They seem oblivious to the fact that people are listening to them and just concentrate on their own little sarcastic floor show.When they first opened the manager was a competent, professional person.Sadly, things have gone downhill since she left.From early afternoon their sole focus is on clearing the place before closing time.They refuse to serve coffee in a ceramic cup because they don't want the trouble of washing There are so many coffee shops around that I'm surprised at their attitude to the few customers that they have.

06/12/2024: literally the worst Chinese food we've ever gotten anywhere. Asked for a 4 in 1 expecting strip chicken ir chicken balls to be included. Instead when we got home we found rubbery, plain tasteless chicken pieces. Disgusting soggy chips also and charged an extra 1 euro to have curry sauce in a separate. Last time we will ever order from here

31/12/2024: They updated delivery several times to be a half hour/ an hour later, then they tried to say the order was delivered despite me not getting my food, I had to contact just eat who assigned a driver and then zambrero cancelled my order. 0/10 thanks for nothing I hope you all have the worst week of your lives

27/12/2024: Rice was wet and sticky like glue. Literally a hard residue on my fingers from it like nail glue. Exchanged rice once with exactly the same stuff. Called again they said they tried a new rice and added too much water and offered a credit note for rice. I said I'd rather they took the whole lot back as everything was cold now and rice is half the meal and the manager refused. So whole lot went into bin. Waste of money. Normally very good. I'd say that rice was there since Xmas eve though.

26/12/2024: Arroz frito con pegamento pegajoso y no comestible Justo lo intercambiaron, con lo mismo. Llamé de nuevo dijeron que había probado un arroz nuevo y añadió demasiada agua. Rechazó un reembolso completo solo por el arroz. Lo que significa que toda la comida fue una pérdida de tiempo y dinero y el resto estaba frío de todos modos esperando arroz nuevo. En general no comestible y derroche de dinero y en cualquier lugar que me gustaba estaba cerrado para cuando todo esto había terminado
