29/09/2025: Visiting Clonmel as French tourists, we had a fantastic evening with the musicians last Monday. I recommend all French tourists visiting County Tipperary to make a detour on Monday evening to the Baker's Bar in Clonmel 😀! Atmosphere guaranteed.

28/09/2025: Live music and heartfelt ambience with a marvellous Helen who’s managing that place so lovely. It was my first time in Clonmel, hope it’ll not be the last. Barkers is a must. Period

04/10/2025: I ordered from here through just eat last night. When the food arrived the chicken in the spice bag was pink and undercooked. Have been a customer for many years, extremely disappointed.

07/09/2025: Asked for a spice bag and specifically asked to season it with lots of spices. Came plain, with barely even salt on. Also left the bag on the doorstep and claimed they tried to contact us. Would avoid if you want hot food with seasoning

23/10/2025: Cancelled our membership after many years here. Stay away. All they want is your money. Zero customer care. Pools/classes/saunas etc always closing or canceled due to 'unforeseen circumstances'.

23/10/2025: It's a Starbucks in a food court in a shopping centre. I can't fault the drinks or food selection. There are usually seats free, unless it's a particularly busy time, but that's to be expected anywhere. The staff are LOVELY, friendly, polite and efficient. I dropped my coffee on my last visit, a venti mocha all over the floor. They were so kind after I'd made such an awful mess. Honestly, their graciousness and patience was heartwarming.

07/09/2025: Staff are nice but the place is often quite dirty. No-one actively cleaning tables or floors

23/08/2025: Excellent Chinese restaurant. When we walked in it was warm, but when we told them they switched on the ac. The food was tasty. The crispy duck with rice was tasty but the quantity of the duck was not sufficient in m opinion. Everything else was great.

18/08/2025: If you like dry chicken that tastes like wood covered in sugary sauce this it the place for you. Never again. Way over priced for woeful food.

14/09/2025: Worse than the one in Cork There is never any soap in the bathroom The lettuce is wilted/slimy Waiting at the counter several minutes to be acknowledged let alone served And all for sky high prices

10/09/2025: I had one of the most frustrating and downright unacceptable experiences with Merlin Park Supermac’s. My order was wrong, and when I called, they were hesitant to even re-deliver it. I was assured the driver would be sent straight back, but 30 minutes later nothing had arrived. When I called again for an update, I was met with incredibly rude treatment from an employee named Rob. He spoke down to me in a condescending, sexist manner and even laughed at me while I was trying to resolve an issue caused by their mistake. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service. Mistakes with orders can happen, but the way a business handles them makes all the difference. The dismissive, rude, and unprofessional behaviour I experienced was shocking. I will not be ordering from this location again, and I’d strongly caution others to think twice before giving them your business.

15/11/2025: This was an absolutely disgraceful order. I got 4 chicken wings and 4 honey wings, and both were completely ruined. The honey wings were covered in some weird maple-like sauce, and the batter on all of them stank of old, filthy oil that’s clearly never changed. Everything tasted like it had been fried in the leftovers of ten other dishes. The coating was burnt, greasy, and honestly disgusting. I had to throw almost everything in the bin. This place has zero standards. Never again — I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

04/11/2025: I ordered fish and chips for delivery. There were very few real chips as most of the "chips" were the crispy ends and the fish was overcooked, the batter being dark brown and hard and the fish itself dry!

16/11/2025: Fish and chips. Thank you but, no more. Poor quality. Fish was probably fried in old oil, some goey stuff inside the batter. All sauces were on the bottom of the box. Lol. Chips were fine. I felt that this place more about commerce than quality food.

20/08/2025: We placed a large, last-minute order late on the Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend. The food arrived hot and really tasty. It did take a little longer than the estimated time, but given the size of the order that was to be expected — and the staff were very polite and communicative about it. Really appreciated the service under pressure.

26/10/2025: The chef here does not care. I have never had indian food with so little taste. Ever. The sauces with the poppadoms were an early indicator - one sweet thing and one nothing both with all flavour removed. I got the chicken bhuna - sauce was orange and homogenous - no heat, no sign of spices or veg nada, tasted of nothing. Son is coealiac and one of the naans (kema) was on the menu as GF, we ordered it. It was a regular naan - server checked and confirmed it was GF, it was not. They obviously had no clue about GF. Poor service also. AVOID.
