The best restaurants

27/03/2025: The experience was neither great nor terrible. The food was served hot but was overly salty. The cheese spring rolls stood out they were excellent. The restaurant has a local Chinese feel but is somewhat outdated. Service was pleasant, with a friendly server. However, the music was excessively loud, almost overwhelming. One notable concern was the pricing of canned Coke. The restaurant charges a premium while also benefiting from Ireland’s recycling scheme, effectively making extra profit beyond the listed price.

21/02/2025: Not a great experience! Kids spent ages deciding on which pizza to choose ,finally informed there was no pizza . Also no chips or burgers !! Premade sandwich es and soup with a few sad tired looking cakes Two of our party choose the soup , the smell was enough for one lady, would not even taste it but she was right, it was dreadful. One sip was enough. Nice location and nice lady working, she appreciated the lack of choice ,but it was quiet, maybe should have let us know it was a limited menu instead of listening to kids take ages to decide over pizza . Will pack a picnic the next time

06/04/2025: Absolutely Disgusting Experience – False Accusation & Unfair Treatment I had one of the worst nights of my life at Molly’s in Limerick. I was having a good time, had spent over €100 inside, when a random girl came up to me aggressively and physically pushed me multiple times for no reason. I didn’t react violently—I simply said, “I’ll never hit a woman.” Apparently, staying calm was enough to offend her. Moments later, she ran to security and falsely accused me of stealing her phone. Without asking any questions, the security guard sided with her, claimed he “saw me” stealing it from her pocket (which is 100% false), and kicked me out immediately. No evidence. No chance to defend myself. Just humiliated and thrown out like a criminal. I don’t know what kind of training the staff here have, but letting someone get thrown out based on a random lie—with zero proof—is beyond unacceptable. It’s lazy, biased, and dangerous. I was falsely accused, mistreated, and disrespected for absolutely nothing. I will be requesting CCTV footage and taking this further. Until then, all I can say is: if you care about your dignity, don’t step foot in Molly’s.

17/04/2025: Not good customer service. The workers keep talking bad about the customers and treat them horrible. Im so disappointed to see this. Please teach them manners and respect

12/04/2025: No free gravy! If you order bucket chicken. If you want gravy you need to pay 3 euros. This is the first time I bucket chicken without free gravy.

23/02/2025: Made an order and it took two hours for the food to arrive when I rang they gave me the run around on the phone after over an hour and 20 mins waiting I rang they told me driver was in the shop and would be with me in tens minutes 40 mins later and still no arrival f food rang again and still the staff were giving me the run around not very helpful and passing the phone around from staff to staff use to order 2-3 times a week here valued customer now lost due to lack of bad service

09/11/2024: Food is good as far as chippers go, not bad and not brilliant, but the main issue here seems to be the customer service the staff are not friendly, particularly the youngest memeber of staff who wares his hat hanging of the back of his head. Never a smile or a greeting when arriving and just looks trough you. He also finds it acceptable to play loud rap music with the most offensive disgusting language I wouldn't even repeat. All while children are standing in the shop with their parents. Very poor customer service. I believe from being told since the old owners changed hands it has been going down hill

15/04/2025: I was in the gallery I went up to get red sauce I was 20 mins I ask other staff and he throw his head in the air and then put down my breakfast and it was wrong and staff r sooooo rude here I name same this staff rude she was I'm always in the gallery and never being treated blike shit well I will be not supporting this restaurant again rude staff and darra throwing dirty looks just cause I said my order was wrong do something needs to be said to staff for rudness

15/03/2025: Overall 3/5 ... ordered a "cornish" with chips, pasty not fluffy at all, filling good, 3/5, chips like cardboard and no condiments unless you pay for them and that for a price tag of 15 quid 2/5, didn't ask for salad, won't eat it, won't rate it n/a, service quick but remade food 4/5, coffee tough excellent 4.5 / 5, will I come back, likely not unless as today I'm awfully hungry

15/03/2025: I’ve always enjoyed Butlers Cafe and have been a regular for quite some time, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I ordered my usual coffee, and unfortunately, the barista over-poured the drink, causing it to drip all down the side of the cup. I politely asked if he could make a new one, but he refused, which I thought was quite unprofessional. When my mum, a regular herself, went back in to ask for a replacement, his response was, “She’s even fussier than you.” It was not only rude but also very sloppy customer service. I understand mistakes happen, but how they’re handled speaks volumes. After being loyal customers for so long, this treatment was enough to make us rethink ever visiting again. Disappointing experience overall.

05/02/2025: This is a very popular coffee spot which makes finding a seat difficult at times. The coffee is excellent complimented by the high quality complimentary chocolate that accompanies it. The constant flow of customers to this business indicates that many people seem to agree with me that this is a good spot for coffee and chat.

02/04/2025: Parking is an absolute joke. People don’t drive to college just to walk or take a bus to campus. They take away 4 parking spaces for EV charging points for lecturers because what average student can afford an EV? When people park in unobstuctive manners they get clamped and on top of that the college involves guards? Are you serious? A joke.

02/03/2025: Not at college but it's one find buildings, grounds around it great for walk with dog ,I would go as first Sunday of every month car's and coffee all top motors strictly no messing just Sunday morning vibes enjoyable walk around from 9am -12.30
