10/04/2025: The Best Hot Chocolate is to be had at this Coffee house. I was offered a mix of Dark and Milk Chocolate that was carefully mixed together which made for a very rewarding and enjoyable Hot Chocolate. Every other Hot Chocolate I have had since then,just tastes like Watery Milk. So Thanks Blue House Coffee for taking the time to make such a Great Hot Chocolate,so from here on in,my Hot Chocolate experience will be reserved for Blue House Coffee.✋️✋️ On top of all that the service is great and there is a lovely community atmosphere.❤️❤️❤️

14/03/2025: We were here at 0800 to get coffee and something to eat before our bus, but they were out of everything except one single pastry. The flat whites only came in regular size, and they were quite small for the cost. I was disappointed after reading the reviews.

28/03/2025: The coffee was exceptionally delicious, rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. The service provided by the store staff was equally impressive — attentive, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. A truly delightful experience from start to finish. 🙂

04/04/2025: Ordered from here for the 1st time and the food was very bad. The tomatoes in the curry were uncooked, the hot sauce curry was sweet. Overall a very disappointing experience.

24/04/2025: Last Friday (18th April), I went with a friend to the party, unfortunately a very drunk guy started to bother us insistently, so we had to tell him that we were girlfriends but he kept bothering us, after that he forced me to give him a kiss (2 times) to which I just pushed him, there was no security staff around, then I asked for help to a guy who works there (floor staff) and between so much noise and my anger, I could only explain to him that the other guy was bothering us and forcing us to give him a kiss, to which he just laughed and replied "then kiss him" and left laughing, I find this very serious because he works there, and it was really a very uncomfortable moment in which we asked him for help. Minutes before we had seen on the screen that you have a policy to be a safe place and against harassment, this was clearly not seen or demonstrated by your staff. I really hope that you will train and coach your staff to be able to respond and help efficiently in these situations. We really enjoy going to River Bar for the music but with these situations, we will no longer recommend them as a good and safe place for women. (This is not the first time this has happened or that I have seen a situation like this, I always try to help girls who are in this situation).

25/03/2025: It is a club where they play very varied Latin music, there is a very good atmosphere and it is great to dance and have a good time

09/04/2025: I unfortunately received some dough balls as part of my order that were slightly burnt and not very edible. I called Apache Douglas and the gentleman I spoke to apologised sincerely to me and sent me a freshly baked portion of jalapeño dough balls that arrived in a timely delivery before the rest of the food went cold. I appreciated the rapid resolution to my issue and even though this was my first try of Apache Douglas, it will not be my last. Thank you for the customer service Apache Douglas and the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone this evening at 6.24pm.

07/03/2025: Disappointed with the service here, I ordered a pizza deal for collection and it was wrong. Then returned myself to get the correct one and still gave me another wrong one. After two mistakes and waiting an hour they only wanted to refund the pizza and not the fries. I had to call again to tell them to refund the full amount. They won’t do it through the app so they don’t get a lower rating. Very shocking attitude and experience i used always order when friends are over but not anymore.

29/03/2025: Great for lunch. Always a seat, big enough and clean. Those new chips make all the difference too. the old chips used to put me off the place but major improvement.

30/04/2025: We walked in the store and there were people waiting for the orders and suddenly when our chance came the guy said we are not taking anymore orders (he didn’t give no explanation nothing just a cold no).Then we ordered online and they took our order like the same store why??We always prefer apache but this was such an awful experience.

23/04/2025: I had to wait extra 5 minutes but was worth the wait food was hot and fresh. For 6.99 large pizza i can wait no problem amazing offer. Well done lads…

03/01/2025: Got a cold taco fries which I returned. They then heated it in the microwave for me! It was BAD, I didn't eat it. Visited again with kids but the pizza didn't taste good, kids didn't even eat it. The toilet was so dirty that I took my son outside instead. Pity really. Could be good with a bit of TLC.

23/01/2025: Very bad service 0 star .I ordered vegetarian quiche and was served chicken quiche instead . I Figured out when I already had 2 bites and my stomach flipped. went back to notify and it was replaced but the girl at cashier didn't even apologised for it .

17/12/2024: I don't know the name of the girl who was serving us today, at 3:40pm, but I don't think I've ever been treated so badly in an establishment. My friend and I politely ordered two coffees. During this process, she didn't even look at us to say hello. Afterwards, we asked her what flavour one of the cakes we wanted to eat was, to which she replied that if we wanted to know, we could look it up on Google. She had created a very awkward and unpleasant moment, so I told her not to even give me the cake because I wasn't going to stay there to eat. I have worked for years dealing with the public and after this experience I now know how to never treat anyone. I do not recommend this place at all, every time I have come the staff has been the most unpleasant I have ever encountered in the entire city.
