01/07/2025: For a fast food place the service and the food was equally wonderful. Great spot for something quick and easy to eat in or take out.

29/06/2025: I ordered two chicken wraps and had to return them due to how poorly they were prepared. They were so sloppily assembled that they completely fell apart, making them almost impossible to eat. A wrap, by definition, should be properly wrapped to allow for convenient, mess-free eating — this was a complete mess. When I politely requested a refund, the chef responded in a very unprofessional and rude manner. If someone claims to have been making wraps for 40, they should certainly know how to wrap one properly so that the contents don’t fall out. The whole experience was extremely disappointing — both the food quality and the customer service. I cannot recommend this place based on what I encountered. That was not my first but definitely last time.

06/07/2025: Wonderful place for a bathroom in the city of no bathrooms. Otherwise...as all Starbucks, a terrible and morally reprehensible business. Thanks for the toilet.

02/07/2025: I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. When my order arrived, it was missing the drink I paid for. I called to let them know, and they assured me the driver would bring it shortly. After waiting an hour, I called again, only to be told I should come and pick it up myself This is unacceptable customer service. Not only did they fail to correct their mistake, but they were also rude and unhelpful. If you can’t even handle a simple missing item without inconveniencing the customer further, you shouldn’t be in business. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

07/07/2025: Staff need training how to make a milkshake, please its not milk with drop of ice cream with bubbles.its not my 1st time. Every time i asked to make a strong milkshake, i get literally like so watery and tasteless shake!few times i have asked to redo it but i dont have extra time all day! Its a shame butlers blackrock ruining the brand!hope after this review i will get to buy proper shake next week

23/06/2025: We just ordered a few pizzas and did not expect to be that good. It was absolutely fire! I highly recommend it! The dough was so light, fresh and all ingredients were perfect! Only i wish they had service for outside, you have to order from kiosk and go upstairs to order drinks. I wish we could get everything done in one tab. But other than that, it was good.

13/06/2025: There was poor service and the attitude of the female staff was bad, along with racial discrimination. Because they told me only takeaway today and asked me stay outside waiting after ordering food. but they let other people dine in with I was very angry and couldn't fully enjoy the food. From now on, I will never come back to your place again.

11/06/2025: My friend bought a cake there and decided to eat it at the place with a coffee, but an old lady was rude to her saying that you cannot eat the cake that you bought here, so we give this business more than 20 euro and they don’t want us eating what they made there 🤔. My friend is foreign so maybe to old lady was racist, I don’t know but it doesn’t make sense why you can’t eat the cake there even when you purchase 2 coffees to drink with it.

06/04/2025: wouldn't recommend terrible service and food especially the fries greasy and old tasting and their justeat menu is old dated and doesn't include all the offers only misinformation to lure people to buy.

11/07/2025: We have been ordering from shakira around 13 years now.. over the past year or so it's gotten consistently worse. Forgetting items in our order on a number of occasions. Getting dishes with 3 bits of meat/chicken, really small portions. Last night we ordered a meal deal as usual, we didn't receive a Naan bread we also recieved the wrong dish but said we would keep it (a korma instead of butter chicken). I called to ask where it was to be told the deal didn't include a Naan bread from a lady who was rude .I went on their website again to see it did. I called back and was told I should have gotten one and they would give us one the next time we order. Its a pity because I used to really rate and recommend shakira but I can't remember the last time I got anything good, considering the price of it it's not cheap to be disappointed. I know sometimes food may not be as good and people have off days but to be consistently bad is another thing. Will not be ordering from Shakira again.

04/04/2025: Ordered from here for the 1st time and the food was very bad. The tomatoes in the curry were uncooked, the hot sauce curry was sweet. Overall a very disappointing experience.

02/07/2025: Very poor dine in offering. Ordered the only special advertised in the window which drew me in. Chicken Biryani mainly plain rice with 2 small pieces of chicken hiden underneath. Served in a cold bowl on a cold plate. Advertised at 12 euro charged 15.95, raised this to be told only for takeaway, not stated anywhere and picture shows dish in ceramic bowl. Informed the waitress this was false advertising, she thanked me for letting her know still overcharged. Drinks on the menu not available also.
