14/08/2025: Awful coffee very rude staff worst iced coffees I have ever gotten

20/07/2025: Worst service of my life. Waitress arguing with me about whether or not I paid when I had my bank statements in front of me to prove it. Barking at me to take my things off the floor under my own table. My girlfriend was 7 minute's in the bathroom she went in knocking on the door trying to rush us out. You wouldn't mind if they were closing but we were their only customers and they took a table of 6 as we left. Horrible little owner arguing with me on the way out. I never leave reviews but this place is atrocious he'd be better off running a garage. Avoid!

11/12/2025: AVOID!! My wife has just ordered from them. First off all do not order from them unless you are willing to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for your food to be delivered. This is honestly ridiculous and I live only 6 minutes away from this shop! Outrageous. Second of all, when the delivery guy finally came he was also clueless that I was supposed to pay for my order. I handed him the money and he said “Oh your order is unpaid?” when it clearly states on the receipt that I chose to pay by cash. This delivery guy also does not even move an inch he wants you to literally come up to his car and just rolls down his window, seems very unprofessional as well as the car stinking of vape. You can order from them of course but just be prepared to wait an hour and a half, as well as putting up with a delivery guy who’s unaware and unprofessional. I have tried their food also, EVERYTHING WAS DRY. If I knew all of this from the start, I would’ve never ordered from them…

19/08/2025: Unreal tofu spice bag and 4 in 1! The curry and satay sauces are also so good. Delivered so quickly, and great value.

15/11/2025: No Vegan options in pastries, cold temperature due to door permanently open and alarm that got off killing everybody's ears.

22/09/2025: Delivery drivers are the rudest ever. They call you 2-3 min before reaching your place asking you to hurry up downstairs. If you’re not fast enough, they leave because they won’t bother parking their car and walking to your door. Be prepared to walk to the street in your slippers and collect the pizza from their car window.

13/07/2025: Had a small inconvenience when I ordered with Just Eat when I got mayo instead of ketchup (im allergic to mayo), but I got my refund and re-ordered my sandwich and recieved it within the same hour, love the note too! Thank you for understanding!

18/06/2025: Left notes on my order, they were ignored, rang the establishment to try get some help and got none.

23/12/2025: Very large/oversized woman was rude and ignorant saw here visible laughing at a younger girls order ahead of me. I left the queue after seeing that and won’t be back, shocked especially for Christmas time

13/12/2025: Visiting costa coffee in Tesco Newbridge on 13.12.2025 staff appeared dirty when we ordered coffee. A staff member shouted from the counter in our language asking us to speak in a low voice saying other people were disturbing. The entire coffee shop was empty.

29/12/2025: Got a pizza and it was awful. Tasted horrible only had 2/3 slice before throwing the whole thing away. Felt sick after it. Delivery time was decent though and earlier than expected.

21/09/2025: Really not a good coffee shop or representation of Costa at all The coffee is always bitter, they don't have basic things such as cinnamon that you would need to cover up the taste of their bad quality coffee. People only come in here to get out of the rain. The staff don't really seem to care about the quality they serve anyway, so complaining doesn't go far.

19/08/2025: Went to the “drive through” so far it’s not set up great but will give it time. The açai bowls are so overpriced and not the best out there, the coffee is very poor, tasteless really, just tastes like hot milk.

17/08/2025: Scoopable, generic crud in a plastic bowl served from a tin shed surrounded by AstroTurf.

04/02/2026: 0 service! Staff is so rude and doesn’t respect the costumers at all. I was unable to collect the ordered pizza as I didn’t have a cash and refused me paying card as their machine was down. Disgrace!

20/01/2026: I ordered a pizza, I was waiting for my order for 2 hours. Then suddenly the order said it was delivered yet no one tried knocking, I didn’t even see a car in front of my house. I get calls (which was from the driver or restaurant) I call them back and I ask who’s this and the restaurant replied with „I don’t know” and hung up on me. The service help told me the driver „tried” delivering the order but clearly he didn’t. This service is horrible and i couldn’t even get a refund because the restaurant just hung up on me. Never ordering from here ever again.
