30/09/2026: Just called in for a coffee and muffin with the wife and granddaughter. Wsa going to use a high chair but they were all filthy. Decided to sit in a booth instead. Table was filthy. Not cleaned. Sauces smeared all over. Floor under table was filthy. Sticky and old food. Most mc Donald's I've been in are spotless. Very surprised. Won't be going back.

26/08/2026: I ordered food and the delivery driver its going around with my food for 1 hour and not answering texts, im trying to call mcdonalds but they won’t answer me, such a bad service

20/07/2026: I was waiting an hour and half for my pizza which came cold and soggy dno if it was delivery man’s fault or Omar but not happy at all do not buy food here for delivery ye guys will be mad 😡

17/08/2026: Went in there asked for a 24 inch pizza said it a few times when paying they were covering where it's says the price on the card machine didn't think much of it. Then when order came they gave me a medium pizza and said that's what I ordered said to them no definitely ordered a 24 inch pizza they said no I ordered medium would not get me a 24 inch pizza had to buy another pizza and more money gone spending weren't that nice either.

23/06/2026: A HOAGIE is served in a 10 or 12 inch pizza box not in a kebab box , food is not good kebab meat is hard and stale , chips are scarce and took 35 minutes to be made , this is a joke stay away

09/07/2026: placed an order approximately 13.00, with an estimated time. While I understand that delays can happen for various reasons, the delay in this case was excessive. We waited an additional 15 minutespast the estimated time and then check on the status. We were informed it will be don’t shortly. However, by 35 mins there was still no sign of the order, which was quite frustrating. What concerned me most was the attitude of the female employee Anna who answered me .she was very rude and stated that the order will be ready now “when it needs to,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Is this the standard of training provided to your staff? I believe this interaction should be reviewed, as the employee clearly requires further training in customer service and professionalism. While I understand that employees may not always be able to resolve delays immediately, there is no justification for speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. I strongly recommend reviewing your staff training processes, as experiences like this will make sure you start losing out customers.

01/08/2026: I have been a regular customer of Golden House for a few years now, however the last few orders have been abysmal, so I won’t be returning. Portion sizes have gotten smaller, but the price remains the same. The curry sauce has also changed recently, it’s gelatinous. The texture is bizarre. I have added a photo of said curry sauce so you can see it’s literally solid. Hopefully there will be changes soon to food quality and quantity and I may return.

29/08/2026: Avoid at all costs waited over an hour for 2 spice bags and a curry sauce after being told it would be 20mins, when i collected the bag and got home there was only 1 spice bag in the bag and rang in, the black haired women with glasses who was working on the counter taking orders couldnt have been anymore ignorant or sarcastic if she tried, she informed me it was "so sad" i didnt recieve my order and that im "not the only customer in the place" and "you can wait another hour for the spice bag if you want" and isnt the type of person you would want working for your business, major let down for tourists who are coming to spend their hard earned money in bundoran, i will be sure to spread the word to avoid this place at all costs

27/08/2026: Used to be a great place with amazing food; food was amazingly fresh but seems over the last year to have drifted into serving reheated crap. Fish was awful, tasteless and clearly cooked hours beforehand and heated up again. Was the same last time with the chicken. Reheated tasteless garbage. Done with the place now.

27/08/2026: The chips were poor quality (I don't know if they were reheated or what caused this issue). Hard and chewy texture, I ended up having to throw the chips away. First time experiencing poor standard of food from Dinos Takeaway. Will not be returning.

19/08/2026: I usually wouldn't be one to comment on these things. But we were very disappointed today. While the delivery driver was so lovely and even arrived early. However the food was horrendous. All the food tasted reheated. It was very obvious the chips were reheated and not fresh., they were hard dry and chewy. The chil coating was obvious they were not fresh. The Chicken strips also cold and dry. Only part of the food that was nice was the bits which would not be regularly ordered which led us to believe they wouldve been made fresh.

17/08/2026: Absoulte rip off of a chipper, must have been paying for all the extra paper it was wrapped in! So expensive, Food was the greasiest I have ever ate, definitely wouldnt recommend

07/08/2026: First time I've had a bad meal from here. Ordered fish gougons/ chips. For a start the bits of fish were too big to be called gougons, but they were in a box wrapped in paper. Now you expect some grease, but the oil was literally dripping through the paper, and inside is all I can describe as a greasy/ soggy mess! Very disappointing and far off usual great standard.

23/09/2026: Burger was rank, cheese tasted funny, meat dry, orange sauce from the Dragonball Z promo meal tasted horrible, got the butt ends of tomatoes and two small measly pieces of lettuce, gave me the wrong drink order and it wasn't even busy, just lazy looking staff hanging around the back getting things wrong.

07/08/2026: -be me 43m -go to order meat burger -cashier it inexplicably wet -ignore general wetness and order -receive food 23 minutes later -wet worker hands me bag -its soaked and hes even sopping wet -floor it covered in liquid im very confused -my burger turns to mush -im very confused by it all

21/06/2026: Ordered take away for 5 people and paid 90 euros. An hour later we got our order. I was disappointed with the Pad Thai, as it was burnt. Couldn't eat it! No flavour. Spice box chicken hardly from chicken it was like the coating of the chicken only. Phoned them to complain and she put the phone down saying she will call me back. This place used to be my favourite, but I won't order anymore.

08/06/2026: i went by myself but i think it's good for little dates with who you love after exams i was so tired and i really wanted to eat something and so i decided to go there and try something i dont regret it at all it was so delicious i tried the seabass bento and im 100% sure if i go there again i will eat the same thing i really liked it in fact i loved it i ate every last crumb if you like fish you should try it too it's €20.90 for it if you can afford it buy it definitely the lady working was so nice im sad i didnt get her name the table i sat at had a very fun design i like the fish in the table a lot it's so simple but was so cute and i love cute things the atmosphere is so cosy and feels just like home i love the lights on the walls and the way everything is positioned it wasnt claustrophobic and was so comfortable i dont go out in town often but this place is making me less of an inside person and more of an outside one the food came fast and even came with a free gyoza (i think it is called a gyoza) it was really tasty 10/10 amazing people amazing food amazing place

09/06/2026: Front desk...10 stars for the lady....good food........but after.....couples hours....my belly was fact.....i think something was bed....the chef .same 10 stars.....but who controlling the supply 1 stars....recommend for manager to check the meet before....i know the soya sos can cover the smell.....but not cover ..the customer belly......maybe im wrong.....but that happened to me now...spent to much time in bathroom.......last thing....the staff 10 stars for professionalism......have a good day..
