The best restaurants

27/08/2025: Too expensive. Got coffee and banana bread both were way overpriced. Coffee was nice but banana bread was very average

24/08/2025: Ordered a cappuccino and an iced mocha. Both were yuck, burnt coffee. Barista (who was so sour)made the iced mocha, then used steam to melt the leftover chocolate in a little glass and then dumped the chocolatey water on top of the iced mocha before handing it over. Took one sip in the car and brought it straight back it was gross. No apologies, zero customer service. Remade really quickly and only 3/4 filled the cup (see pic) Drank about 3 sips and tossed it out, it was honestly undrinkable. We've been here many many times and usually the barista team are so lovely and the coffee is stellar, but lately the newer members don't seem as well trained or arsed. I was really surprised by how bad the service and coffee was today. *Edited after management response* Neither coffee were not up to usual standard, I'm not a barista so I don't know why, and judging by the owners response it's clear where the customer service attitude drops down from. Yes, it's fine to not hit the mark every time but don't roll your eyes at a customer and then proceed to make a worse replacement drink, and that's why I suggested you speak to your staff. We did not order decaf coffee but I'm also not sure why that would impact the drink. As someone who did go regularly and still came back through all the price hikes because the coffee was good, I won't be paying higher prices for standard coffee. Used to like coming down on Sundays on our dog walk but will avoid from now on.

02/07/2025: Got a fantastic quick delivery today to B&B. Bought the 16 inch Bbq Pulled Beef pizza and also garlic cheesy chips. Definitely will be back in person

25/06/2025: A regular customer of Kens restaurant for takeaway. Absolutely horrified this evening when browsing the menu to order takeaway for the family to see main courses had increased by up to 4 euro. 17.50 euro for a thai green curry dish. An outlandish increase. Wont be ordering from Kens again after being a customer for years.

01/04/2025: Got food delivered to us last night at our hotel as our hotel didn’t have a good variety. Needless to say worst experience I’ve had. The chicken in my spice bag tasted weird, like it had been re-freezed. My boyfriend ordered sweet and sour chicken and while he didn’t complain about the flavour at the time we both felt awful this morning. Some big toilet troubles really was just the cherry on top of this mediocre (if I’m being nice) takeaway.

30/08/2025: This establishment is deplorable; the service is horrible; they don't care about the customer. I understand that the servers are working, but we all work. I got home tired, ordered a pizza I was dying for, and went to bed hungry, because in my opinion, the servers only care about themselves. Please improve, both at work and as people.

30/08/2025: Horrible! The worst service I've ever had in my life. Veronica was completely dishonest when she said she heard the employee say they couldn't place the order anymore, when in fact she asked me to redo it and confirm the order on the website. This was after I begged them to place my order, which was within the store's closing time, but for some unexplained reason, they closed the kitchen early. On top of all this, the last two pizzas I ordered came with watery chicken and a strange flavor. I went to give it a third chance today and ordered it, and they acted like this. Unfortunately, even though I liked the pizza, I won't order it again, much less recommend it.

30/05/2025: Just after leaving Supermacs Not sure who cleans the bathroom but they'd want to be checking them I was told toilets at the top of the stairs, which was the mens didn't see a women's Bursting for the loo I took my chances and entered thankfully nobody was there The toilets 3 of them were un-useable, pubes all over the seats , now being a men's bathroom is neither here nor there, the absolute filth was shocking, needless to say I left

31/08/2025: Half a poorly painted door, but since it looks like a door with its frame around it, it seems quite old, and because I like antiques, that's why I gave it 4 stars. The other day I passed by and saw everything repainted. I looked inside, everything was modern. They did a major cleaning here, and I can tell you for the better. It's a shame the kids have turned this place into a dump. There's no respect, they talk loudly, burgers fly from one side to the other. Anyway, the employees and the owner must be having a hard time. I decided to raise my rating here. Did you know that McDonald's has some of the best training in the business world? At least it did, and I think it still does. What goes on here isn't the fault of the workers or even the owner, because those who like burgers, which isn't my case, are served very well here, with politeness and organization. Congratulations on the update!!!

05/08/2025: They are cheating on prices! For several months, I ate there once a week, and only now I realised I was being charged €3 more than what the kiosk and receipt indicated. I have all the receipts to prove it. Be aware of these thieves!

19/08/2025: Place has a great potential, but unfortunately quality of the food you get depends on staff preparing food on given day. My today's order ended up in rubbish bin. Dry, no sauce, no taste, inedible.

19/07/2025: Avoid using the "old website" because it's still active, and you can place an order, but it won't go through. They'll take your money, and you won't get anything. When I had this problem, the employee wasn't helpful at all. They didn't offer to assist with my order or try to fix the issue. At least remove the website if u don't use it. Use less people
