07/11/2025: Served 4 kebabs for the four of us French friends today! Really friendly, very welcoming, and the food was delicious!

01/11/2025: Worst experience i have ever had they completely forgot my order. When I did get it i only realised when I got home they had totally messed it up. We got a taco chip and there was barely anything in the box . We ordered a cheese burger had no cheese and a regular the small bag it came in was 1/3 of a bag that is completely disrespectful and needs to be fixed .

19/08/2025: Food was not nice. Chicken was dried out and felt like it was from yesterday. The chips were hard and stale. Really bad.

06/05/2025: It's a pretty good place, just small so if it gets busy which due to its location it does can be a bit much for some people, was showing the football and also had live music so yeah there's a bit of everything.

22/11/2025: The so called fresh cod is frozen with the batter already on and tastes disgusting not edible I gave it all back to call them selves a traditional fish and chip shop is an absolute disgrace

27/07/2025: Popular spot & food is not as good as before. Can get busy at the weekend but staff are friendly and professional 🙂 Update: Staff has changed & not so great anymore unfortunately 😕

08/11/2025: Staff here are so lovely. I spilled a scalding cup of tea on myself and one of the staff members helped me clean it up, gave me burn cream for my hand, and gave me a fresh cup of tea. She was so kind about it all and so helpful. Made a bad situation much better.

30/09/2025: I was going to dunnes hoping to grab a coffee from the coffee machine within dunnes and have in cafe only to be told rather rudely I can’t be in there even though I have a cafe sol coffee same blond woman then went to the door and refused entry to anyone not buying from the cafe area although people across from me were doing the same and nothing was said very dissatisfied in this particular staff member located near Dinos dunnes

06/08/2025: Absolutely love this cafe! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of cozy seating and bright natural light. My cappuccino was smooth, rich, and beautifully presented by Martyna and the banana bread is always fresh and delicious. The baristas here always greet you with a warm smile and you can tell they care about every customer that walks in. It’s rare to find a place with coffee this good and the best staff behind it all!

21/11/2025: They turn the ice cream machine off way ahead of the closing time and then lie to your face saying the machine is broken one you question that, right after telling you they turned the machine off!

01/07/2025: Me and my family order from this takeaway for the first time . The atmosphere was great the lady working explained to us how to order and was kind. The wait for the food was short and the food was hot when it arrived. Unfortunately after arriving home one of the meals made us doubt if it was cooked all throughout. Upon further inspection the chicken was slightly raw and no longer appealing. The rest of the food tasted greasy and didn’t taste fresh .The crispy chilli chicken with honey was not crispy the chicken was soggy and the chicken was stretchy and difficult to cut. Overall wouldn’t come again .

21/11/2025: How can you go to a fish and chip shop that only serves cod. Worst fish I have ever tasted more batter than fish. Royally turned over. Will

23/10/2025: Visited twice in Oct 2025, lunch time. The food was delicious, chicken goujons one day and the vegetarian brunch the second. Both were well presented, tasty and plentiful. The menu has lots of variety and should have something for everyone. The service was great and I was lucky to get a window seat both days. The previous visits were during Winterval and it was not a busy as then...lol...no wait for a table and a window seat, perfect. I did not take any pictures of the food before eating and an empty plate is not very exciting so the picture below is the view from the window, a lovely Waterford Walls, Our Lady of Waterford.

06/11/2025: This is not a 5 star hotel but I'm leaving a 5 star review because it was perfect for me and my two friends. We wanted somewhere city centre for cheap, just for one night. We asked for three single beds and that's exactly what we got. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was lovely. We had everything we needed. We didn't need luxury, just a bed in a warm place after a night out. There's no TV in the room but we didn't need that. There is a tea and Nespresso coffee machine though. You're five minutes away from a Luas or shops, it was perfect. We felt very secure staying there. Although we came back late at night/early morning, we had no issues getting back in. We checked out that morning and asked could we leave our bags while we went out for breakfast and although we came back later than we stated, our bags were kept stored neatly for us. The staff were lovely to deal with, very friendly. The place was decently clean, no issues to report at all. I would definitely stay here again for the same reason

24/10/2025: Shower doesn't work, no hot water. The window doesn't block out the outside air; I feel like I'm in a pub with music playing. Know that I'm about to try to sleep, and the night is going to be very difficult. Don't make the same mistake I did; I strongly advise against it.

18/10/2025: Not a real doner. Meat, chips, lettuce, that's it.

20/09/2025: I got a kebab in this place, got a taxi to Sandyford and I want to get a taxi all the way back there for another kebab. I own a mexican restaurant in Spain that has a 4.9 on Google and quite frankly I'm jealous on the food in this place. I need to go back here again and confirm how tasty it really is!
