The best restaurants

25/08/2024: OMG. Never in my life have I been in such a badly run chipper. Went in, ordered my food, sat down and waited , 25 minutes later, I went back up to the counter, asked where was my food,,, No food, one lady says o the chips are up 5 minutes,, not a sign of a burger. 3 customers and 3 working or not behind the counter. Got my money back, who ever owns that place , Take note. Your staff are not doing there job, i definally would not go in that place ever again.

09/08/2024: Great experience! Challenging course (mainly due to wind and greens) but very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered us a reduced rate as it was lata in the day akready. They also gave us some advice on nearby courses that we should play if we have time.

15/08/2024: Roma is my local chipper and I had to stop ordering from Roma. Due to supersmall portions of chips . cost €3:90 .

13/10/2024: Lovely place. I have to say this. Putting Shero in manager of market bar, and Becky as manager in Heerys, was the best decision ever. There is a unison between the bars that has never existed before. They need to just become married 🙂

13/08/2024: I recently visited this coffee place and ordered a matcha with coconut milk. What I received was essentially just milk with a faint green tint. When I kindly asked them to remake it, the second attempt was slightly greener but still tasted like plain milk. It was incredibly disappointing. I won't be returning.

01/01/2025: The best curly fries I’ve had since McDonald’s cancelled them. I think we were giving an awful lot of energy to the staff and the weren’t recuperating. This is understandable as it was New Years and they had to work so no jamalading occurred. Service was 10 minutes long but felt longer as we were under the influence. Was very satisfied with my popcorn chicken and twistey fries but would not recommend the twis utter frites with curry sauce. My friend ordered curly fries but received curry fries, that was her own doing (drunk accent). The staff were accommodating and we were happy and jamalading in ourselves

12/01/2025: Hate leaving bad reviews but was waiting 40 minutes to be seated and while waiting we popped to the bar to get a drink. Ordered a jemy and coke and a cocktail which came to like 35 euro ( was thinking it was a bit pricey but didn't really mind) then was given the jemy and coke and 2 cocktail and realised why it was a bit pricey so explained to the bar man that I'm sure I didn't order 2 cocktails to his reply "well it's paid for now" and walked away so asked the barmaid if they could just instead of giving a refund to just give us the second cocktail later as we would hopefully be having food in the restaurant and said it was ok. Unfortunately got seated at the very back room where the heaters had us roasting, roughly 10 minutes or so go by to get our order taken, had to ask 3 times to get water for the table and only arrived near the end of our mains. Food wasn't amazing but chicken and rice from the korma was overcooked, unfortunately to top it off we waited 20 mins or more for our dessert before getting fed up and paid the bill. Zero faults with the hotel but will not be returning due to the bad experience in the restaurant.

19/10/2024: We had our wedding meal in the Earth and Vine restaurant this month and we cannot fault it. The staff were so lovely. They gave us a gorgeous long table and allowed us to decorate the table as we liked. They also had a separate table set up for our wedding cake. We really appreciated all of this. They accommodated 22 of us including children. So accommodating. The food was really beautiful. Very clean also. I would recommend. Thank you for making us feel welcome and special. Thank you for being so kind and understanding with all of the children.

09/12/2024: Nobody came to clear the tables that required clearing and cleaning. And the shop was full.

01/12/2024: Nice place for a coffee but staff could be friendlyer

23/12/2024: Mi amigo llamó tratando de pedir una pequeña pizza margarita. No hubo respuesta, así que mi otra amiga trató de llamarla. Cuando la trabajadora contestó, no dejó entrar ni una palabra y comenzó a gritarle por teléfono diciendo que no podemos ordenar la recolección, y nos advirtió que no llamáramos más a este número. Cuando se le preguntó al trabajador por qué no podíamos hacer un pedido de recogida, dijo que no estaban recibiendo pedidos hasta las 4 : 30 . “¿Puedo pedir a las 4 : 30 ¿y entonces?” preguntó mi amigo; a la que colgó el teléfono. Un trabajador grosero, dando mejillas sin razón.

02/12/2024: The food was good but the atmosphere was not great!

11/08/2024: I didn’t like any of the dishes, bland and schezuan dishes nothing to do with the real thing. The “crispy” dishes were not crispy at all. Won’t return.

03/11/2024: Just had curry cheese chips from the Bay Diner they were okay, not the nicest chips and €6 is a bit expensive! It was a small enough portion too. I’ve had fish and chips here before and got the southern fried chicken burger. I would say the food here is adequate and ok. I think it would be good if they considered the packaging that they use rather than using cheap polystyrene actually consider wrapping chips in paper even, at this stage I think it’s unethical for businesses to still be using this kind of packaging for the environmental impact.

09/10/2024: Angus beef burger is lovley would recommend lovley staff and good quality food should definitely come here for ur dinner
