11/04/2026: Wrong order sent 3 times now.. I went around this time as they seem to be so busy they dont answer the phone. Order was done threw delivered.. I went into the shop and to no surprise they let the phones ring out and take no complaints or rectify a problem

28/02/2026: Food isn't good. Ordered spicy tenders and they were not spicy and very dry. Chips weren't nice. Drink cups come with no lid when dining in which makes it hard to walk with them to tables. Very overpriced.

22/03/2026: 3 times iv ordered from here in recent weeks and this was the last as there has been something wrong each time. Ordered through the app which never went through to the store, A colleague rang to confirm order and then they made the wrong pizza and it took over an hour to get here. Mistakes happen I get that, I would have been happy with a replacement pizza, but when I rang a colleague basically said it was my fault! TERRIBLE customer service in this particular shop. Giving the amount of bad reviews it is clearly being run by bad management. Avoid!

02/03/2026: My son ordered with cash delivery around 4pm today, and the driver didn't have enough change. He was short 5 euros after the tip, and he said he'd come back. My son just forgot about that. At 9:50pm the driver returned with money. Please say thank you to him. What an honest person. Amazing 👏

08/04/2026: Gave me the wrong item Contacted delivroo for a refund. Then he calls saying that he is going to call the gaurds since I got a refund and saying he is coming to my house for the money. Reply to your response I ordered at 7:40 got it at 8:40. I contacted delivroo straight away when i saw that the order was wrong and I didn’t want to wait another hour for me to get the food. You called me 5 hours later and one in the morning. And wanted the food back. So you could sell it which is totally disgusting. Or you wanted a refund and was threatening to come to my house.

03/05/2026: It really is as bad as the reviews say. Way better value to the Lidl next door and eat something healthy. Noodles dry and overcooked, rice dry and tasteless, chewy chicken strips, just overall bad food. Best taste was the fanta .

03/02/2026: I have been eating at this McDonald’s for over three months, and I order a Caramel Frappé almost every single time. However, today (03/02/2026 at 6:30 PM), the machine clearly malfunctioned and what I was given was basically a cup of caramel ice chunks that was completely impossible to drink through a straw. The female manager refused to replace the drink, and instead of addressing the obvious problem with the product, the male manager had the nerve to blame my tone of voice. Let me ask a very simple question: what does my tone have to do with the fact that the food and drink were made incorrectly? If a product is wrong, is it suddenly acceptable just because you don’t like how a customer sounds? I will never return to this location again. Both managers provided absolutely trash service, showed zero professionalism, and completely ignored the real issue.

09/11/2025: Hi recently brought a fudge brownie and I bite into it and to my surprised I bite into a nail. The shop assistant was very accommodating. She replaced the brownie and gave another from a new batch and gave two But she didn’t throw out the old batch which is why I’m writing this review and when I spoke about it , the concern was about other people hearing. She did apologise and said the cake comes out another store. And said they would investigate. I ended up throwing out the two brownies because I was scared to eat them and kinda feel sick thinking about it. Thinking about it has me so disgusted about It. It honestly has turned me off buying from them again. I wish I took a picture but just was so shocked

26/09/2025: I have been a regular costumer in mannings blanchardstown but my experience today was very disappointed I bought 1slice of lemon cake and 3 slice of red velvet but the new young girl staff give me 2 and 3/4 slice of red velvet and 1 slice of lemon cake and I told the staff to change the 3/4 slice of red velvet cake but instead of changing the 3/4 slice of cake she change the perfect slice one. Hoping next time that they will make the costumer very satisfied she is not friendly as well. I paid for the full price amount but not satisfied for the cake that I received.

07/03/2026: Just paid 50euro for a delivery and the food we got was absolutely shockingly bad the spice bag chicken can’t be chewed or swallowed it actually is so over cooked it feels like it’s not even food the 4in1 was clearly made days ago and frozen all chips in both spice bags had not one bit of flavour never mind spice chips are completely burnt and just crumbling I am so shocked and disappointed for that kind of money

12/03/2026: Prices out the wazoo now. If you order they dont read the notes when delivering either which is really really annoying. Food quality went down in the shitter aswell.

21/12/2025: Hi we have been eating here for years And over the past while food quality is gone way down and the prices are gone mad for what they give you! Beef black bean sauce meat was tuff and sauce like water!stay away from spice box load of garbage over cooked chicken not edible I hate saying it but no more golden star for us!!

23/05/2026: I wish to bring to everyone's attention a recurring issue I have encountered at this particular Subway establishment. On two separate occasions within the past week, I have been overcharged. Specifically, when purchasing a footlong chicken sandwich, the display screen indicated a price of 8.95 euros. However, upon tendering payment via card, the amount entered into the card machine was 9.95 euros, a discrepancy that also occurred during my visit last week. I would advise others to be mindful of this when visiting this location.

05/12/2025: Food came as planned wasn’t exactly happy with the store front person. She was very rude when trying to get clarification on menu items. Her attitude towards us was very passive aggressive.

28/04/2026: This place is consistently unacceptable. The last three orders all took over an hour, with the latest nearly 2 hours. I had to call multiple times, got contradictory excuses, and received a cold pizza. A replacement eventually arrived — still no compensation. The driver even tried to take back the original order. That says everything. This isn’t a one-off — it’s a pattern of poor service and zero respect for customers. I won’t be ordering again.

26/04/2026: Worst pizza I have ever tasted, not sure how it is so bad but supermarket own brand is so much more amazing than this (basic pepperoni pizza, not sure it was pepperoni and hate to think what it actually was)

26/02/2026: I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed earlier today through Just Eat. There was an issue with the delivery location, and unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong address. I received only one missed call from the delivery driver. When I returned the call, he informed me that the order had already been delivered and advised me to contact the restaurant directly. I then contacted the restaurant to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional and caused further unpleasant arguments. She made me even more upset. She did not introduce herself, and when I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, stating that she did not have to disclose her name and that she was the supervisor. During the conversation, she repeatedly blamed me for entering the wrong address, which I did not do. I have previously ordered from your restaurant without any issues. When I explained that the delivery driver had only attempted to contact me once, she responded sarcastically, asking whether the driver was expected to keep calling if I did not answer. She also asked in a sarcastic tone whether I wanted a refund or another pizza. I paid €32 for this order, and I believe it was unfair that the delivery driver handed my order to someone else without making further reasonable attempts to contact me. I later contacted Just Eat and was issued a refund, as there may have been an issue with the location services on the app. However, the manner in which I was treated by your staff member was unacceptable. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed and that the staff member involved provide an apology for her unprofessional conduct. I also hope that steps will be taken to ensure a higher standard of customer service in the future. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will consider raising the issue with the relevant consumer services authority. Thank you for your attention to this matter

24/05/2026: Your staff in mater hospital is extremely rude with the customers. I bought a coffee and a meal and ask for water, the girl serve me warm water and refuse ice, in a rude way. We are in a hospital and the treatment should be more emphatic.

06/05/2026: Bought a salad here and it had a hair in it. Couldn't go back because I was at work so I just went without lunch. 🤮

20/10/2025: Ordered a small cappuccino and got boiling coffee served in a plastic smoothie cup with a paper straw-a combo I didn’t know I needed till the cup started melting in my hand. Went back just asking for a paper cup (not a refund, not a fight), but got served a side of attitude instead of an apology. If you’re after good coffee and kindness, look elsewhere. But if “melting cup meets bad mood café” sounds like your vibe, this is your place! ☕🔥

20/10/2025: Went here on 19th of October, asked for a large cappuccino for myself and a small cappuccino for my partner and she was given her cappuccino in a plastic smoothie cup with a straw. The plastic cup began to melt and deform and the paper straw melted in her coffee. The coffee was scolding and it took about 10-15 minutes for it to melt cool enough to drink but by that stage I had to drink it quickly. Anyone thinking of stopping here for a coffee there are many better coffee shops within walking distance of this place.
