19/01/2025: Place a pigsty, 4 staff, no effort to clear tables. Despite asking with no response had to clear our own. Next time I will probably have to make my own coffee too.

06/01/2025: I haven't been to Bray for some time and I was disgusted at the state of the decor particularly the stuff chairs. Where is the management? I'm strongly considering making the health inspectors aware of this. With Covid still rife and the flu as well Costa are doing nothing to curtail them. With the charges they make for both coffee and cakes it should be imperative to keep them place clean

24/12/2024: We bought a pack of goods that the end of day and when we got to this store if was closed at 3.50 and it was supposed to open till 4. Your staff were not helpful and I went will never be in that establishment again

09/01/2025: Hi I just ordered a takeaway of fish and chips for myself and my colleagues and I have to say I will not be ordering there again the chips were all reheated the fish was burnt I cannot believe that they had this food delivered like this if I could put up a photo of it I would and you would realise what I am talking about this is terrible how they can dish out this kind of food

21/12/2024: Food missing from order and chicken that did arrive was cold. They sent out the missing food and that was nice and hot !!! So they can deliver hot food when they want to. Second driver blamed the first driver. Never again.

14/12/2024: Sadly gone downhill, this place used to be fantastic. For the love of God please go back to the delicious food you used to make!

27/11/2024: Been a customer since 2022 but have to say that the food itself isn't something to write anything good about anymore, its either undercooked or overcooked, portions are inconsistent, bland and dry. Bringing forward complaints in person don't make any difference as the current batch of staff aren't great even though they might be trying their best. The original crew were much more friendly, welcoming and actually had skills to interact with customers. Overall not worth it anymore and, your time and money is better spent somewhere else around.

01/01/2025: I visited tonight at 8.20 pm and ordered a burger, whilst waiting i was watching them cooking and observed the man letting the buns fall out of the rapper onto the floor he picked them up and put them on the hot plate and continued cooking, i refused my order and explained what I had observed and got my refund. Accidents can happen but the actions of this employee are unacceptable under the food guidelines, when he was asked by another member of staff he denied it, which is more annoying as I highlighted that just over him on the ceiling is cctv to show his actions. We as customers put our thrust in these food establishments to provide us with the hygiene and security of food preparation. It's not good work practice and management needs to highlight this to staff and provide training.

01/12/2024: The food is great but unfortunately regardless of buying it online and waiting for 10-20 mins before you go to collect your order, you’ll be waiting at least 15 minutes in there while they just start making the food. A bit frustrating.

14/12/2024: Visited this cafe with my daughter yesterday while I was in the cue I noticed staff were under pressure with orders been taken but at the end of the service counter there was a guy counting money from a till this before 2pm the cue was getting longer, there was elderly gentleman waiting for someone to take his money his food was getting cold so he asked this guy to take his money and they guy said no to get one of the counter staff to take it as he was cashing out on this till he was standing at for nealy half hour the old man voices his dissatisfaction which he had a right tos poor management and poor business practices and customer service from a person in position of responsibility who failed basics of customers service which is customer always comes first and when it's busy as this establishment was yesterday then this guy should have rolled up his sleeves and got stuck in to help behind the counter to at least relieve pressure on other counter staff good management is when a leader leads and not just bark orders or leave work for everyone else to do he could have left tills till later in evening as doing them at later time would not have been difficult thing to do, i would have scored this 5 stars but after what i witnessed from behaviour of manager left me with no choice but to score it 3 stars let's hope by my next visit practices and customers service attitudes by management will have changed today one individual has let all his team down on a review score point it's a pity as other staff were absolutely fantastic and were apologetic for their managers lack of consideration to restaurant customers service attitudes

21/11/2024: I had lunch here and really enjoyed the food. I had a chicken salad which included kale with Pumpkin seeds and other salad ingredients which was really tasty. The amount of food was generous and all for €8.50. I'll definitely be returning!

23/11/2024: Very nice staff most helpful people working behind the counter and delivery drivers definitely recommend the shredded chicken wrap or beef chow mein

24/11/2024: I went in here for a coffee and went to pay but they said they don’t accept cash so basically refused me service. Not impressed with that. Cash is legal tender, plenty of normal coffee shops around so I’ll take my business elsewhere. Avoid

02/01/2025: This is absolutely disgusting my boyfriend almost choked on a piece of plastic while eating the food from this place!! Clearly hygiene and standards are so low and unclean
