26/07/2025: Order here maybe once a month. Food arrives when they say it will, it's tasty. Lady on the phone is always pleasant. A great service when you're just not in the mood to cook.

14/07/2025: Partner has nut allergy and had reaction to food that has no nuts in it. Food hygiene must be improved. Simply NOT ACCEPTABLE.

14/07/2025: I rang and made a order for a pizza the lads got it out to Glasson lake house no problem still hot and tasty highly recommended

28/05/2025: I recently ordered the burger deal from Apache Pizza Athlone after seeing the picture on their website, which clearly shows two burgers. Naturally, I assumed the deal included two burgers. However, I only received a single burger. Thinking it might have been a mistake, I ordered it again on a separate occasion, and once again, only one burger was delivered. I called to enquire and was told that the deal includes just one burger. This was quite frustrating, as the picture on the website is misleading and gives a very different impression. I would strongly suggest updating the image or providing a clearer description to avoid confusing customers. I was honestly unhappy with the experience and felt let down by the lack of clarity.

22/08/2025: Ordered the set menu for two yesterday evening. Was told 20mins. Arrived at the restaurant with a warm welcome. Make you feel so welcome. Have being coming here for years. Food was spectacular as always ❤️

15/06/2025: Have dinned here many times and have to say the food is fantastic, the staff are fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable for such a high quality restaurant. Delivering a true dining experience. Highly recommend it for an evening out.

28/08/2025: No clue if its good. I was born in Rossbracken and left in 1985 aged 5 never to return. This cottage was owned by an old lady who knitted ragdolls and this was her wee shop. It was packed to the rafters with creepy dolls. Not helpful i know but a little history lesson for you all. Nostalgia etc. Enjoy yer pizza.

05/09/2025: The food is always well made. Unfortunately the Kebap with the sauce and onions is not edible. The amount of sauce and lack of meat is just depressing. I felt like drowning. Considering it's fast food I actually like the kebab. I usually always oder without anything but forgot to write a note this time. You guys need to put less sauce in it I liked the onions and the sauce Kombination Just way too much sauce.

03/09/2025: Make sure you ask for the walk in “deal” for the pizzas or you get charged full price when I challenged this it was because I didn’t ask even tho I walked in? pointless “deal” just a scam

30/08/2025: I photograph weddings for a living and eat at hotel bar restaurants like this all the time. This is some of the best food I've ever had in a place like this. Creative, fresh, balanced, delightful. Honourable mention to the watermelon calamari and lamb lollipops. Thank you.

You sent me a 15% discount with the code Summer15 by email, but it doesn't work. Although it says I can use it until 29.08. I really don't like it when people consider me an idiot. Good luck in business, I regret spending thousands of euros on you during this time.

23/07/2025: ordered of just eat for collection by mistake, rang them they told me they can't cancel I'd to do it myself 3 of us trying to cancel we couldn't, rang us when it was ready asked if I got it sorted and if I wanted it delivered, got it delivered nearly 50 euro and missing 2 portions of pancakes for the kids and their not answering their phone

18/06/2025: Food is nice but two major complaints: The service and service speed are ATROCIOUS. First of all we waited in a queue for ages to be seated with no one on the door. When we finally were seated, a waitress attempted to take our drinks order, only to find that she did not have her writing pad. We were then told that a different waiter would take our order, who walked off, only for us to be served by a different waitress again. After giving our drinks orders, we waited over 20 minutes forrrrr - nothing. That waitress then returned after us calling her over only to tell us that our drinks order never went through and we had to place our drinks order a second time. Finally our drinks then arrived. Similar to the other two occasions that we had previously visited, we waited well over 30 minutes for both our mains and deserts and second round of drinks, only to discover that one person had received the complete wrong drink AND the food request of no mash had been completely ignored - imagine if the customer bad an allergy - the dish arrived with mash anyway - despite clear communication from that person as to what drink they wanted and they wanted no mash, this miscommunication that had to he rectified which of course, in true fashion, took an eternity also. Eventually we got the bill after several attempts to flag down a waiter. Additionally, another portion of chips that we did not order arrived which had to be sent away. Service rant over brings me to my second complaint- the pricing. The bill came out to over €180 which is pure lunacy for four mains and desserts, and two rounds of drinks with no starters. I understand that this is a hotel in a somewhat touristy area so naturally there will be markup but not to an extent where a main costs over €12 above the average elsewhere. Now, I hope this review doesn’t come across as me being a miserable old guit who only wants to complain because that certainly is not the case. With that, I will now begin to discuss the positives. The staff were vert friendly and understanding despite all the mix ups and as previously mentioned the food itself was very nice. There just seems to be a lot of miscommunication between the servers and them and the kitchen, or the kitchen may be understaffed, there also isn’t a very good menu choice however that isn’t exclusive to this restaurant and appears to be a running theme throughout the restaurants in this area so I don’t think it is fair to penalise them on this matter as the cost of everything continues to rise for these establishments.

21/08/2025: discriminatory behaviour from the short bald bouncer with glasses, let me and my girl friend in but not our male friend (who was sober and had valid id) then when we calmly asked why he started shouting we’re “abusing him”. then he let clearly underage people in. very odd and frustrating, ruined our night.
