11/09/2025: Staff are extremely rude. Lady at the counter has a chip on her shoulder and takes it out on the customers

29/07/2025: We were on our holidays in Ballina and decided to get an Indian takeaway. Going on reviews on Tripadvisor we went with Bisini. I don't know what the people who reviewed this were eating but our experience was awful. The onion bajani were burnt and the food was awful. We would never again go back!

11/08/2025: Dirty taps.... There's also a creepy barman .. he looks like a hippy sort of guy, maybe a student, I was with my sister and he was making the two of us uncomfortable by staring in a creepy way..maybe because no other women in pub, he was on his phone also when we were waiting for a beer, ok dive bar but won't go back over that creep.

03/08/2025: Spent some time in galway for the races.. everything was great but also expensive... Went into Kennedy's for a beer and the young barman with long hair and beard asked me and my two friends did we want cocaine, ive reported this to the Garda, also I think he was drunk or hungover because you could smell it off him.. galway was great but I wouldn't recommend here

23/10/2025: From the phone order to collection, everything was great, very good pizza for €10, "any size any pizza", super deal. Some bitter reviews here, they can't be perfect all the time. I was more than satisfied.

27/11/2025: I ordered via just eat and checked back a couple of times. Waited a while longer and nothing arrived checked Just Eat again to discover my order was cancelled. Rang the place to be told I was too far away. Life is too short to take these things to heart but I believe they have earned this one star review.

07/09/2025: Terrible experience. My first time here and they not only got our order wrong with stuff missing. But in the 7 mins we were there 3 other people had issues, with one girl having been charged €130 on her card instead of €13,and 2 other people getting wrong stuff. It's not a good service at'all. And to be honest, the food was below average. Will not be returning.

23/09/2025: I’m really surprised to read the review posted by John Redmond dated 22/09/25, as my own experience at this café has been completely different. I was there at the same time and witnessed the interaction mentioned. The staff member in question was polite, respectful, and provided their usual great service. I’ve always found the team here to be welcoming, hardworking, and attentive, and the food and coffee are consistently excellent. It’s a shame to see such an unfair review when the staff go above and beyond for their customers.

22/09/2025: I popped in to this cafe for a quick coffee between meetings I ordered a cappuccino only to be served by quite possibly the rudest most abrasive individual ive had the misfortune to bump into. Absolutely no manners whatsoever.He literally slammed my coffee on the table I then approached the till to pay for the coffee only to endure yet more bad manners and aggressive attitude. To the individual dressed in black that ' served ' me this morning you really need to learn how to treat customers respectfully, your an absolute disgrace

04/10/2025: I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. I went there with my mom and bought coffee and food. After we sat down, a staff member (apparently the manager) came over and very rudely told us to move to the other side of the café — with no explanation or basic courtesy. I had to carry all our food and drinks and help my elderly mom move, which was extremely inconvenient and disrespectful. Honestly, I didn’t even want to mention this, but I also noticed a fly sitting on the muffins inside the display cabinet. That completely put me off eating anything else. Between the poor hygiene and the unprofessional behaviour of the staff, I’m really disappointed. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or cleanliness.

21/09/2025: Very bad experience. I waited so long for my coffee while others were served before me. The staff were busy talking to each other instead of paying attention to customers. When I finally got my order, the coffee itself was disappointing. Poor service and poor quality.

03/09/2025: Won't be ordering off them again. Live literally 2 mins away and got Luke warm pizza. Asked for thick bread and ham and pepperoni and pineapple and got thin bread and just ham and pineapple. Guy on phone was not very good or and bit ignorant too. Ill stick with Eskimo pizza from now on..

25/09/2025: Best pizza i had on a take a way place , the special souce they have mango and chilies is amazing, out of this world. the guys there have some skills, the service is also 5 stars very friendly ,accommodating , professional. I whas realy impressed whit everything. Congratulations im giving them my hat . Il be there soon ,

17/07/2025: Wow I can't believe anyone would give it more than 1 star! Unless they have never actually had a real chinese and this is there only experiences of it! I would give it minus if I could. The food is repulsive! I mean totally disgusting. Every few years they are 'under new management' but unfortunately the chef doesn't seem to change. Chinese is my favourite, i woudnt eat here ever again, even if it was free!

03/06/2025: So I eat here alot. In fact I will be ordering at 5 today. I just came on to check the menu and decided to write my review and previous experiences. I find the food delicious and staff friendly and the service excellent. No complaints here. When I have visitors come to stay they always ask for a meal from here at least once during there stay. (that may say more about my cooking mind you). Seriously I would have no problem recommending this restaurant.

18/10/2025: Didn't put my full order into the bag it's not the first time it has happened

15/10/2025: Utterly waste, Chef doesn’t understand what does medium spicy mean , he prepared extremely spicy chowmein which made me cry. I rang the restaurant and they offered me another chowmein which I asked for less spicy and he prepared one with zero spicy with just some soy sauce. Utterly waste, chef has zero knowledge on spice levels. Useless guy unfit to be a chef.

07/06/2025: Overpriced, undercooked food. Staff not accommodating to multiple guest requests.

04/05/2025: Tried to eat there last night and it was PACKED! Had my dinner there tonight so…upon entering I was accommodated at a table that was reserved; yes I was informed it was reserve for 2 hrs later. Fair as I was alone so it wasn’t an issue. The staff were exceptional! So kind and considerate. My meal came SO fast & thank goodness for that because I was starving. My salad was fresh and tasty! Nice chunks of avocado too. My chicken supreme was SO SO GOOD! I normally don’t eat cauliflower so I gave it a taste tonight and ended up eating it. That goes to show on how well prepared everything was right down to the cauliflower. Highly recommend when in Cork!

18/11/2025: When you dine in and you’re being made a coffee in a plastic cup. I said I’d prefer a glass when I’m sitting in. Ridiculous.

17/11/2025: Came in to have a matcha today, Muhammad and Manon were very polite and lovely to speak to. will definitely be coming back again

19/10/2025: Upfront: the staff was okay and the atmosphere is also okay, nothing above & beyond but also no super negative experience. What strikes me the most though is that the coffee drinks here surprisingly are absolutely atrocious. They don’t taste like the actual Starbucks drinks whatever. It’s like they totally make their own recipes up and just wing it on the go here. The pumpkin spice latte did not even have spices in it or tasted like anything. The flat white has foam on top and tasted super sour (maybe the espresso machine is not correctly calibrated or something). We have been to a lot of Starbucks (also ones more on the bad side) but this one unfortunately was the worst from drink quality perspective. I think Starbucks should look into the Franchise license if the coffee drinks keep being made like this. I also hope this review makes the staff look into this problem - I wish them all the best!
