18/10/2024: Unfortunately, I don't like the company's policy. To order, you have to stand in a narrow aisle where the cups are placed. My son accidentally caught the shelf and the cup fell to the ground. The staff (Pablo) told us to pay for it, I think these cups are placed in such a place on purpose because no one wants to buy them - €19.99. This type of service is unacceptable in restaurants like Starbucks! Tasty coffee.

10/10/2024: I am a customer of this store and I have never experienced that the atmosphere of the store was not adequate. The 2 employees of today, August 27, need to smile and be kind to me and to all the customers (Store empty and tables dirty, possibly the staff did not talk to each other, the atmosphere is perceived as ugly). A very cold treatment and without returning the thanks I gave them. Today I am leaving very sad because of the poor service.

25/08/2024: Food gone to the dogs after the owner died Got a pizza from here and it wasn’t cooked right The chips were not cooked right charged more then it says won’t be back hopefully they’ll be gone soon as the Chinese is there beside it that has lovely food

16/09/2024: After arriving from O'Brien's, still very much. We were met by friendly and warm staff. I wasn't sure what to order and when I asked questions, they really knew what was on offer. Chicken was fresh and exactly what I wanted. Staff asked if we enjoyed our meal....and YES we did 😊

01/09/2024: Fish was dry and horrible like it was sitting there all day. Chicken was OK.

18/07/2024: Our usual chipper in swords, just got delivery 2 battered sausages, 1 chips, curry sauce €18.20 + tip to driver who was v pleasant, Chips v small portion, batter sausages definitely fried a few times, very hard to cut and split open, curry sauce v watery, sorry Fingal I’m done, you keep increasing your prices and lowering your standards, we won’t be ordering again, too expensive for the low quality now

27/12/2024: This is a place to have a very tasty and tasty coffee. I can say that it is the best in the city, the attendants are very attentive and very polite, I highly recommend it.

27/12/2024: I don't order very often but when I do my food is always warm and very nice. And thay delivery very late which I think is brilliant. I actually love the food.A year later and there still the best food and I can still get delivery up until 2am which is perfect for me. I would always recommend this place 👌.

09/01/2025: While visiting family, I traveled from West Yorkshire to Exeter and stumbled across this cozy spot for a quick meal. It turned out to be a delightful surprise! I went for the classic beef burger, paired with some crispy wedges and and couldn’t resist ordering a side of chicken wings., and now my new favouate Gourment Rice. The chicken wings were the real highlight – grilled to perfection with a beautiful hint of Lemon and a hint of spice that made them addictive. They had that perfect balance of crispy skin on the outside and tender, flavorful meat inside. I would definatley recomment them.

22/12/2024: I used to be a regular customer and would always recommend this resteraunt. But in the recent months this place has drastically gone downhill... It seems that the workers have lost their passion for pleasing their customers. Most recently, I ordered over deliveroo, I paid £4.99 for some olives (expecting to get my monies worth) but I was given the tiniest portion of about 20 tiny shrivelled barely seasoned olives- this is about 25p an olive... Elsewhere I could buy a big tub of high quality olives for less than £2. They have just lost a highly valuable customer. I refuse to order from them again because I don't like being ripped off.

14/12/2024: Ana was completely disrespectful. Had to repeat my order three times, even then managed to get it wrong. Completely different stuff chosen to what I actually ordered. Then when I got to the window and explained I didnt ask for that she just got annoyed and complained. When my partner went into complain, another member of staff said this was the 4th complaint today but manager wasn’t interested. How many complaints does it take for the manager to be interested???

06/12/2024: Opens at 11:00, at 11:07 doors and drive thru was still closed.

18/12/2024: Extremely poor service from the girl behind the counter. Took absolute ages to hand over the order that was ready behind the counter, and messed up our order too. I’ve ordered from Nikko before but this was a really poor experience

23/11/2024: For a sushi and a boba it took them an hour and a half to deliver my food it was half an hour late. That is not acceptable it’s not like i ordered a whole appetiser main and dessert. And when i called to ask where my order was the staff was so rude and sound like she doesn’t care about nothing in this world very unfriendly staff.

19/12/2024: Called in on the 18th of December,just before christmas. The atmosphere in this once lovely bar is gone,it's as sterile as an operating theatre and just as much fun. The waitress,an older woman,was kind helpful and efficient.The menu was very limited for me as I'am vegetarian so I asked for a pot of tea and a plate of chips.the chips came in a small bowel and I put it out on my saucer and it barely filled it! Some of those chips were hard and inedible. The chips alone came to nearly €5.00! An older man arrived at the table beside me and the bar man took his order.the customer wanted to pay there and then but the bar man ( heavy set with facial hair ) told him "no its ok you can pay later so long as you pay " he was not smiling either......I was so embarrassed as was the elderly gentleman....such disrespect and so unprofessional The portions are small and the price for a very basic food item is very high,for example a portion of pasta with a handful of vegetables and a little sauce is €20+. A middle aged couple arrived and asked to look at the menu but they left just as promptly. Keep going as you are going and the doors WILL close for good next year. Its a sad state of affairs as this place was once the beating heart of Tullamore, believe it or not. A lot of staff training is needed ( with the exception of the older waitress ) and an examination of your price structure....do both of those thing soon.... ...........before its too late

03/12/2024: Food is gone very expensive and portions are gone small, pd almost 70e for 2 adults dinners and 2 kids dinner and they wanted to charge extra for a gravy boat, certain staff members are excellent but 1 or 2 are not very polite

02/12/2024: Very bad experience, I had today morning holiday special creme brulee hot choclate. It was not at all worth the price. There were more than 8 staff working, order came very late, the hot choclate was not even warm might be less than 25 degress. And also theee were no lids for drinks, though lot of people working in the counter. No responce.

21/11/2024: Best chocolate ever, not to mention their coffee 😋. Fabulous.....
