18/07/2025: I came in to see two staff members working, and besides my order, there was only one other customer seated. Despite the light foot traffic, I waited over 10 minutes for just two coffees. Unfortunately, the wait wasn’t worth it — the coffees were extremely weak and lacked any real coffee flavor. If you’re someone who enjoys a strong, well-balanced brew, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

17/11/2025: This was our first time going to The Egg cafe on Saturday, we usually go to the main restaurant. We were very disappointed with this visit, mainly due to the server who seemed to want to be anywhere else but there. She was abrupt and and displayed zero customer care skills. If the 10% surcharge that is automatically applied was for service, it needs to be reconsidered. Over priced and underwhelming.

When we ask they were so rude hahahah It was on their all menu but they told us there s no chicken in that meal. We were like really shocked. After that i ordered very late. I was waiting for delivery but it didn’t come. When i called one woman picked up the phone and said oh one minute later your order would come to u. Ofc it didn’t come we waited for 20-30 minutes and picked up our food ourselves 🥲🤣
