06/06/2026: The Fish Market in Mullingar is a fantastic fishmonger and takeaway with an excellent range of fresh fish on display. The hot food offering is equally impressive, and the scampi is a personal favourite—consistently delicious and never disappointing. It is also very convenient that delivery is available, making it an easy and reliable choice for a great quality seafood treat.

18/09/2026: I’ve played here 20+ times… I walked in and the guy on reception asked me for ID. I gave him my drivers licence and he says he can’t find me on the system and I can’t sign up tonight. No explanation. Just “sorry about that” and he walks me to the door. I have no idea how they are running this place. I completely sober and wasn’t rude. Weird. I wonder if I’ll ever go back. Doubt it. Had a grand in my pocket

22/08/2026: Just had the Pad Thai noodles here and they were absolutely delicious! Really tasty, fresh, and full of flavour. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and would definitely recommend it. Looking forward to coming back again!

16/07/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. When I first placed my order, the girl at the counter was friendly, smiling, and polite. I had a good impression at first. I ordered my food, paid €20, and told her I needed it as takeaway. She said it would take 10–15 minutes, so I said I would come back after 15 minutes. The restaurant was almost empty, with only one customer inside, so it was clearly not a situation where they were overwhelmed. When I came back, my food was already packed in a bag. The bag felt suspiciously light, so I asked if everything was inside. I was told “yes, of course”, however when I opened the bag, the egg fried rice was missing. I politely asked if I could get the missing item. The attitude immediately changed. She did not say anything openly rude, but her facial expression and attitude made it feel like I was somehow causing a problem, instead of simply asking for something I had already paid for. She went to the kitchen, brought out the missing rice, and handed it over in a way that felt like I was receiving a free donation rather than a product I had paid for. I did not make a scene inside the restaurant because I wanted to remain respectful. Before payment, the customer gets smiles and friendly conversation. After payment, it felt like the attitude became: “Why are you still here? What do you want?” A basic mistake can happen anywhere, but the way a customer is treated afterwards shows the real level of service. I paid for my food and expected basic respect. Please feel ashamed of this kind of customer service. I will not be coming back.

04/08/2026: Ordered nearly €100 worth of food, food arrived after about 45 mins. Barely lukewarm, all pizzas bland and cardboardy, toppings missing. 2x cookie doughs missing, all extra dips missing, wrong chicken orders came with the delivery and were extremely soggy and unevenly sauced. Called the store to resolve missing items and the guy on the phone was cheeky and telling me to recheck my boxes etc even with the receipt in my hand and the food in front of me. Finally sent the cookies out and they were miniscule portions, 2 tiny cookies for a total of €10, no compensation no apology. Terrible value and crap quality food. Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. Avoid at all costs!!! *UPDATE* The store called me up the same night i left this review, asking me to take it down and in return they would "compensate me". I refused and told them i had no interest ordering from them again etc and would not be removing the review. Furthermore, the reply from them left on this review asking me to contact the email, i actually did email them. Got no reply. Apalling behaviour overall.

20/07/2026: Picture this. You’re trying to watch the World Cup with the lads. It’s been a tough day at work. You order a hundred euro worth of Pizza Hut food and eagerly await for the knock on the door. Not 45 minutes later do you get the fateful knock and it’s the delivery driver. Instantly we could sense something was off. The errors made were untenable. Bits and bobs missing here, there, and everywhere from here to Timbuktu. My friend candidly made his case to the big cheese of this whole operation. Now to be fair we got the pieces of our order that were previously missing, delivered to us fairly quickly. My friend subsequently left a review which delivered the correct admonitions to this establishment. About 30 minutes later my friends got a call from Pizza Hut offering what can only be described as a bribe in favour for deleting the aforementioned review. Absolutely mind boggling from this enterprise.

04/09/2026: I ordered from here last week and I enjoyed it but my partner got the curry he said it was quiet salty .though he was being fussy but the three other people I recommended it to agreed with the salty taste ..so if you could look into this because the food and presentation is lovely . Too much salt in the curry

09/08/2026: Extremely Disappointing ,Serious Food Safety Concerns This was, without doubt, one of the worst takeaway experiences I have ever had. I had ordered from this restaurant before and even left a positive review because, at the time, everything seemed fine. Looking back, I now feel I was simply fortunate that nothing had gone wrong. Sadly, this will be the last time my family orders from here. Our order included roast duck with boiled rice, chicken chow mein, chow mein, chicken fried rice, spicy chicken fried rice and chicken curry. While serving the food at home, we discovered a fully cooked insect in one of the chow mein dishes. Even more concerning, my mother-in-law had already eaten part of her portion before we noticed the problem. During the meal, she also bit into what appeared to be a piece of metal wire, which left her feeling unwell and seeking medical advice. This made the whole situation extremely distressing for our family. Finding both a foreign object and an insect in the same order raises serious concerns about food preparation and quality control. From a customer’s perspective, it suggests that basic hygiene or inspection procedures may not have been followed. Unfortunately, this was not our first negative experience. Previous orders had arrived with missing items, food that was no longer hot, and issues with receiving the correct change. After discovering the contamination, we contacted the restaurant to request a refund for the food that had not been eaten. We were disappointed by the response. The staff were polite while taking the order, but once we explained the problem and requested a refund, their attitude changed noticeably, leaving us feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously. This experience has completely changed my opinion of this takeaway. It has left me questioning the standards of food handling and customer service. We were fortunate to discover the contamination before more of the food was eaten. Had we not noticed it, the outcome could have been much worse. In my opinion, the food is expensive for the quality provided, the customer service was disappointing, and this experience has left me with serious concerns about food safety. I will not be ordering from here again and cannot recommend it to others.

05/09/2026: This take away is an absolute disgusting disgrace. It used to be just ok, not much choice in Blessington, but its has gone to the dogs over the last year or so. I did stop using it over the poor quality of the food for a while, and against my better judgment I decided to give it another go. I collected a take away on my way home from work and I have to say the food was borderline inedible. The final straw was when my wife discovered a long black hair in her food. It was immediately put in the bin. I returned to the restaurant at my first opportunity to raise the issue and was met with nothing but arrogance and hostility from staff that had absolutely no intention of dealing with this in a professional manner. Despite the fact I had photos of the hair in the food, I was not believed and made to feel as if I was lying and trying some sort of scam. All I wanted was a refund for my wife's meal. The customer service in this place is as bad as the food, and I would strongly recommend you avoid it. Having read some of the other reviews, it's apparent that this is not the first time human hair has ended up in people's food I will be making a report to the food safety authority to highlight this issue and hopefully they will take the appropriate action.

15/08/2026: I got a Lemon Tree munchy box delivered to my mates house so both of us can share. It cost 25 euros which is quite steep for the quality of food that was served. The curry and barbecue sauces were actually decent in fairness, but they lacked flavour. The munchbox was a bit of a disaster though, due to the chicken balls having a slimy texture to them, which ain't normal for any chicken ball, as they should be somewhat crunchy. The chicken was processed too, as it felt like jelly in your mouth, which needs to be sorted. There was also a lack of seasoning, in which it made the food somewhat tasteless. The spring rolls and chips tasted what was expected, so no complaints about that, and the ribs tasted decent, as the meat was not hard as a brick. I gave the service and atmosphere 0 stars as I did not go into the restaurant and i was not the one collecting the delivery. Sort your food out and maybe you might get more customers in the future. Thanks.

03/06/2026: Food was bland and small portion, I chose mushroom omelette and very few mushrooms. . Cost &11 but charged €11.80. Service without a smile.
