The best restaurants

28/05/2026: Best takeaway in Drogheda, food is always amazing and the very few times theres been an issue with my order, the staff are always willing to rectify.

19/05/2026: Sauce that came with the chips was like crude oil! Terrible experience at local star, the woman at the counter, mrs Morrisey, was shaking a donation box for her son “Jocklin”

15/09/2026: Okay food horrible service athmsphere is horrible clensliness isnt great

06/09/2026: Horrible burger and chips - won’t be ordering again - rip off

01/08/2026: Sadly I loved this place, been living in lusk for 20 years and its always been a solid go to but the newish "chef" they hired speaks so rude to the owner and the other staff and customers, needs gone. Ordered food it was wrong and he starts acting hard down the phone? Never again ordering there until gone. Avoid at all costs

03/07/2026: If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely awful service, attitude and food to top it off. Ordered online, nearly an hour later the food get delivered except it gets delivered to my neighbours who kept the food for about 15 mins before dropping it into me. I rang the chipper to complain my food was cold as it was sitting in another persons house and I was not happy, the girl on the phone hung up on me and when I tried to ring back MULTIPLE times, the phone was disconnected so I rang off another phone and miraculously got through straight away to the same girl who handed the phone to the owner or manager where he shouted down the phone at me, told me they didn’t block my number even though they definitely did. I reported them to JustEat, never got a refund. Food was STONE COLD and I was basically told ‘it’s not our problem love’ don’t call me love first of all and it is your problem. Maybe make sure food PAID for in advance gets delivered to the right house? And maybe don’t block your customers numbers from ringing to complain? Disgusting service all around.

22/09/2026: The best food and best service highly recommended

25/08/2026: I usually go here when I am visiting the shopping centre. Plus side good prices x d the food is usually good quality. I was there on Monday for breakfast. Small fry included tea and toast for 11.50. The price is similar to other places but the fry was awful so greasy I had hobget done napkins to try up foxk come up but even with that I just managed the egg and sausage. I will not be having that again, at least not there. Disappointed. Up side, quick and friendly service.

24/06/2026: Like getting my vape here, no issue and nice staff

05/06/2026: Great shop, top quality service. Very accommodating.

06/09/2026: Wow. Just wow. This is probably one of the best chicken spots that ive eaten at. The chicken is so juicy and flavourful with every bite. The chips are well seasoned and you can tell they're freshly sliced. Though the wait time may of been longer than id liked, the wait was well worth it. Would 100% recommend and would 100% comeback again.

04/08/2026: Food smellwd so good but taste was very average. Fried chicken was bland even though we asked for spicy specifically and shawarma was fillings in a tortilla wrap.

30/05/2026: Sadly, since new ownership has taken over, I haven’t been able to bring myself back here. The memory of how nice the food was is better than the actual food now. Plenty of other tasty chippers in the area.

17/03/2026: Ridiculous opening hours for average food

07/11/2025: Please do not order... Not up to standard spice bag was not worth it please don't spent your money on useless food ..... Really disappointed

17/06/2026: I’m absolutely fuming! I ordered food for both myself and my partner from Top Pizza that’s based across from the Milk Market in Limerick City. The food was supposed to arrive at 9:30. It had gotten to 9:50 and no sign. I went to my front door and they had left my order of food on my porch. No calls. No knocking or the ringing the door bell and of course the food is stone cold!! The two of us both rang them, to a man shouting at us, blaming and out right telling us it wasn’t their fault and could not help us and hung up on us. We proceeded to go into the actual shop and they refused to give us a refund. €36 spent!! The driver shrugged his shoulders and blamed us and said it wasn’t his fault. And also blamed by staff that I had the wrong contact information in my Just Eat. Explained I never change that information and funnily enough they had delivered to us the night before and were able to call my number no problem! Left with no refund but hoping Just Eat will sort it, just putting this up to steer clear of them, and don’t support them! Customer service has taken an all time low!

13/06/2026: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE USING CARD PAYMENT …… they took my money and never delivered the food and when I tried callin they were pure ignorant just sayin it’s on its way they lied it never came

06/05/2026: Ordered this evening the food came really fast delivery driver was great but the food came the chicken and chips were so hard had to throw in bin way over cooked rock hard rice and chicken balls nice tho

22/04/2026: I placed a phone and when I g When t home with it, it was wrong. When I called the girl said it was my fault because I ordered incorrectly. I asked would she change it she said no. I returned the order to the shop. STAY AWAY, shocking service and awful attitude.

01/09/2026: Everyone please Don’t eat from here I found mould in my burger Please i vomited straight

21/07/2026: Ranbir and other owner, they are so good always best food, Would highly recommend No.1 in business

24/05/2026: The fresh Naan breads, that envelope the mixed kebabs, are the best I've ever had, good work ladz

06/06/2026: The food didn’t taste bad but it definitely didn’t taste like biryani and chicken butter. Also it took them so long to deliver the food.

27/04/2026: The worst Indian dinner I've ever had. Ingredients missing from dishes. Meat was sparse, naan was like rubber, mushroom dish was mostly onions. Chips were grand.

31/07/2026: Ordered a Large meal and a regular McFlurry. Collected my order and it was missing a drink so I had to let the staff know. Once I was out of the place, I realised I was given a Mini Mcflurry too. At that point I didn’t bother going back in. Waste of money

31/07/2026: Omg the The worst restaurant I've ever seen. Dirty is an understatement. The manager doesn't see anything. The food is very poor quality. Only after I pointed out that it was dirty did they start cleaning. The kitchen staff were laughing and joking, and there was no one to clean.

26/01/2026: We had an unpleasant experience of ordering some takeaway on 15th of January using the Preferred "YoYo" app. Our charges went through and we popped round to Spice about 40 minutes later... Only to see a sign on the door that says "closed for remodeling until 1 February." Nobody was at the restaurant, and nobody has answered the phone, so we're still out €60 for food we didn't get. I hope I'll be able to change this review or update it if I receive a refund.

17/12/2025: Not the same anymore. Everything’s terribly sweet now
