11/01/2026: Nice restaurant, good service. Food arrives very quickly. Quality of food is typical of Chinese restaurants in Ireland - bland meat sitting in gloopy sauce.
Extortionate prices - starters are all around €10, main courses €20 WITHOUT rice, which was an additional €4. €24 for main course in a Chinese restaurant is an absolute joke.
03/01/2026: It's very different from the type of Chinese restaurant I'm used to, and perhaps I didn't choose my favorite dish.
The service is fine, and the place is nice too. The mushroom and chicken soup was okay, the Cantonese chicken was too sweet for my taste; perhaps the Sichuan was more my style.

10/01/2026: Very welcoming service and plenty of space to sit. We went for a single shot expresso and found 4.2€ for a espresso very expensive. Recommend management to review fair expresso prices. Service was very good on our visit. We also enjoyed the choice of music.

31/01/2026: We've ordered from Four Star in Sandyford a handful of times and never really had an issue. Until today.
We ordered spinach dough knots and received the plain ones. We ordered BBQ sauce and received garlic/herb sauce. My pizza was undercooked; hopefully the bacon and ham was cooked well enough not to kill me.
Definitely not a four-star experience today.
01/01/2026: Order never showed up, paid a bomb for what it is waited 2 hours rang over a dozen times with no answer. Complete disregard for customers joke … Won’t be ordering again.

07/09/2025: When I walked into this café, I immediately noticed that the prices weren't displayed, which set a disappointing tone for the entire experience. The food fell short of expectations— the sausages and sourdough were tough and hard, and the rashers were of subpar quality. Service was consistently lacking, with long wait times and multiple trips to the counter to ask for missing items like drinks. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience and I will not be returning.

15/12/2025: Absolutely appalling experience. My pregnant wife, two children, and I were refused food service due to clear racial discrimination (we are Travellers). We were forced to eat outside like second-class citizens.
The doorman, Kazeem, was particularly racist and a key part of our humiliating refusal. We felt deeply embarrassed and degraded.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. The discrimination is shocking and unacceptable.
15/12/2025: staff are discriminating , don’t let travelling people in, absolutely disgraceful in this day in age. i’m not part of the travelling community myself but i have heard multiple similar stories about discrimination. it is absolutely disgusting the way the staff in here carry on. do not stay here it’s a place for the dogs

01/10/2025: THE WORST PLACE IN DUBLIN! First of all, they delete all the bad comments you put on them. As for the site, the workers are very rude, especially the blonde manager and the teenagers who work, they laugh at you and do nothing to understand you apart from being racist! They try to scam the tourist so BE VERY CAREFUL! In addition to the quality of the food, it leaves a lot to be desired, they keep the food trays for two days, health should go to check the hygienic measures. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
