19/01/2025: Romayos have done an excellent job standardising their restaurants/takeaways.
The seating area here is small, suited to order, eat and go.
The food is still very good for a chipper. Their specials are good too. Unsure if they do smoked cod. Their kebabs are very good, the salad is very fresh. Their burgers are, if anything almost too beefy. The service is fast, I wouldn't say that the staff are particularly friendly but it all works out. The curry sauce is good but the amount they give you has reduced significantly over the years.
The positions of chips are decent too. This is a good chipper, never had a bad meal from here.

14/01/2025: im a young spry teenager and this place is ASS, there are no little places to sit and chill, no interesting shops, only the pennies is really worth it. Where's the promised cinema? Who the HELL needs a birthday shop, a sports direct, a whataburger, and some random pharmacy?
10/11/2024: Terrible planning that did not foresee the need for toilets. Lots of car park spaces did they assume that when they are occupied it would negate the need for any basic bodily function. Like magic maybe. A magic bray central. I feel more so for families with kids I'm sure many will get caught out over the Christmas period with their poor kids needing toilet. The only one available at certain. Hours is In a close by butlers . And this is one toilet shared. I literally mean one toilet 🚽.

30/12/2024: Avoid. There is another Supermacs 2 kilometres away. This one is absolutely terrible. The worst "fast" food experience of my life. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
08/12/2024: Was the absolute worst supermacs I've ever had. The oil that was used could not have been clean. It was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was mostly batter and the thinnest tenders and chicken breast. The chips were awful too. Was definitely cooked in old oil.

10/01/2025: I have being coming here the past couple months, the staff are lovely coffee is lovely. But to my shock today I was charged 3.95 for flat white, maybe this was always the price and I didn't notice. But sorry folks I won't be back, anymore than 3.50 for flat white is robbery.

08/12/2024: Small outdoors tables and chairs area upstairs with view of sea which is nice in warm weather, although east facing (sun in the first half of day). Massively overpriced hot and cold coffee based drinks, one costs over €7!
As soon as you enter staff stare at you until you order, it would be nice if you are given a minute to decide.
24/09/2024: The staff here is friendly and fast in the service. Always come here to read and find the place very pleasant. The girls working here do work hard and deserve a “tip tap machine”.

A hand written bill was given in which the rates were totally different to what was shown on the menu.
When asked about it , they said it’s like this for the past 30 years.
Asked for a proper bill and they refused to give us.
Would not recommend the place at all.

01/11/2024: Forgot our order. No kids toys with meals. Served us raw chicken. When we brought the chicken back, said they would replace it and check it. Was served a butchered piece of chicken that they "checked". Argumentative when we asked for a refund for the chicken. Aside from that tables were dirty. No forks and floor was covered in curry and ketchup. Won't be returning. AVOID!

30/09/2024: Very rude and arrogant lady at the front desk. I ordered and she intentionally cancelled my order after I have been waiting for a while. I complained and she asked me to get out from his shop. I will never ever order from that shop again. It was a nightmare for me with her words and I feel traumatised with the way she spoke to me
