04/05/2026: Really please with the gluten free options here

27/03/2026: Got delicious Curry Chips and decided to eat them inside as it was raining outside. Then the girl behind the till tells me to go outside, not allowed to eat inside. I refused and told her I will not make a mess. I am shocked that they treat a customer like this. Never have I been told before I can not eat inside. The place wasn't even busy and I wasn't going to make a mess. Very rude behaviour.

17/07/2026: The name "Best Kebab" sounded very promising, but unfortunately the kebab itself was only average. The biggest disappointment, however, was the delivery experience. The driver parked quite far from the delivery address and couldn't clearly explain where he was. We ended up wasting a lot of time trying to find him. On top of that, he was quite rude during our conversation. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we most likely won't be ordering from this company again.

15/03/2026: Got pizza, chips and 2 bottles of Fanta… pizza was extremely salty, chips were decent, however, both of the bottles of Fanta were expired by 6 months! Do not recommend even for food after a night out.

25/04/2026: Disgusting keeps reheating chips to serve to people 💩 under cooking food constantly.

28/05/2026: Inside the Generator, this bar is pretty good. Good drinks and service. You probably won't find a local in here though.

24/03/2026: We had a great time; the place is nice, clean, and well-kept. The food was good, and we had a 20% discount that allowed us to go up the observation tower. P.S.: The guy at the front desk didn't want to scam us, but we insisted.

29/05/2026: Worst delivery service ever !!! Every time when I need to order they cancelling my orders as the reason is to far but i live 3 km away. Shame .

30/04/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at Angleos Ballymun. We ordered a large chicken pizza, but the first order we received was a BBQ chicken pizza, which was not what we asked for. When we pointed this out, the staff acknowledged it and asked us to wait. After another 20 minutes, we were given a plain pizza with just chicken on it — still not what was shown on their menu. What made the situation worse was the interaction at the counter. The staff member insisted that “chicken pizza” means BBQ chicken pizza, even though the menu clearly lists a chicken pizza with specific toppings. When I pointed directly to the menu item, she stopped arguing, but there was no apology — only visible annoyance. Overall, the order was incorrect twice, the wait time was long, and the customer service felt dismissive. It was a frustrating experience, especially when the menu itself clearly supports what we ordered.

15/07/2026: the quality has gone through the floor. the last 3 orders have been consistently poor, no seasoning on spice bags, rubbery chewy chicken that even the dog nearly choked on. the black bean sauce was also sour, felt sick after eating it! never again.

10/05/2026: Ordered online for delivery. Accepted for 20:55. I called at 21:20 and the food hadn’t even left yet. Told me to they’d redeliver and it would be another 15/20mins, not even an apology or an attempt to offer anything on the house after I’d been waiting an hour and 20mins already. Terrible service and the guy on the phone didn’t even seem to care.

15/05/2026: So many wrong orders over the years. Update: They forgot my chicken nuggets at the drive-through, even though I paid for them. They always forget the sauces. Another time I asked for a small cappuccino and they handed me a large latte. Update: ordered a happy meal and when I got home they forgot the meat😂😂😂 only 2 buns. Also in same order “make it plain” for burger and they plastered one of the burgers in ketchup and pickles. This is the worst-run McDonald’s in the country. Update: Yes still the worst-run McDonald’s in the country. Update: they forgot curry sauce and sweet and sour sauces and drink in drive through Update: Forgot chicken nuggets in drive through Update: today they forgot 6 x chicken nuggets at drive thru, gave me the wrong drink, cheese burger wasn't there and was a plain hamburger, no straws.

28/06/2026: The Rooster Wrap is usually very good, but today's wrap was disappointing. The presentation was poor, and the taste was not up to the usual standard. Chicken was not cooked properly

10/06/2026: Very bad I didn't eat well I puted in the bin & chips had alot oil and Burned 🥲

27/04/2026: Ordered from here the other night by the time our food arrived it was cold the food in the muchie box was like rubber must of been reheated the curry sauce was like dish water terrible avoid this place

19/04/2026: Possibly the worst Chinese takeaway I ever had. The chicken curry was watery with big chunks of chicken that was tough. The fried rice was bland. The satay skewers awful. It was like jelly chicken as if it was uncooked. Chicken balls were doughy and didn't seem fresh. I'll never order from here again. All the food was binned.

31/05/2026: The kebabs there are as if you were going to eat stones with water, I got a kebab today and it was literally disgusting the Nan is soaked as if the sauces were mixed with water. You have absolutely destroyed the zamzam name. Old owner has to take over again and bring back the best kebabs to ever exist.

23/04/2026: Ordered a delivery tonight, just -eat said itd be over and hour, Brennans had it to us in half that fresh hot and delicious. At the door the delivery man said he had no change and would call back. We'd barely finished and he knocked back with the change and refused a tip! Serious food and serious service!

02/07/2026: I’ve booked in a baby shower 2 months in advance and rang up today to confirm numbers and was told if I’m bringing a cake I’m not aloud to cut it to just leave it on the table. I then asked if I could bring a few decorations for the table and a few balloons and was told I’m not aloud to bring anything. So we’re to just sit there eat the meal and stare at the cake and bring it home. So unprofessional. I don’t think they get the concept of a baby shower when they booked us in. I wouldn’t recommend for any special occasions
