The best restaurants

05/01/2025: Been ordering from this place for the last 3 years and always getting the same dish made vegan (it's just simple noodles + veg/tofu) and I was just told they can't make that vegan which is absolutely not true! In the past they also kept mixing stuff up and adding egg into my vegan specific order. If food is made right it's very good, but I was literally just talk they can't make the most basic noodles vegan - you just lost an otherwise very patient and loyal customer. You can do better for sure. /The igrorance like... very dissapointed!

24/11/2024: Never had an issue, girls taking the orders very polite and accommodating as in Switching menus around to suit our pallets no issues with delivery and food always hot and very tasty and on time or even before time given. Well done 👏 FYI, I was there once for collection and H&S were doing a check and they passed no problem 😊

25/11/2024: Don't be put off by the outside or some of the inside (as takeaway only) One of the nicest I've had in a long time and plenty of options on the menu Recommended, but as I said no sit in anymore

29/10/2024: Food is always amazing but today it was top notch!! Thai Red curry with duck was amazing,very crispy and full of flavor. Ribs and chicken balls , prawns and aromatic duck was just amazing ! Very happy and worth the money! As always I’ll be ordering again ! :)

02/02/2025: For the last 3 months since a man called James working there the shop has transformed, so organised extremely well stocked, he’s so helpful nothing he won’t help with , cheery attitude such a positive addition to apple green ☺️

27/08/2024: Very disappointed in our takeaway this time. Fried rice was awful, totally tasteless! Had bits of egg in it but otherwise was boiled rice, nothing more. King prawn cashew nut dish was disappointing also, really lacking flavour. The spice bag was 90% chips and a few bits of fried chicken ( which was quite nice) Worst ever takeaway over quite a few years. Please improve!!!

11/08/2024: Best bang for your buck of any restraunt I've ever been to in Ireland. 11 euro for crispy chilly chicken ib honey chilly with egg fried rice, portion big enough for dinner and lunch. Also the restraunt is really nice itself.

08/03/2025: Worst place because when ordered food hours later they cancelled the order when it’s already been delivered

15/02/2025: Great spot, if I'm unapologetically honest the spicebags were unreal years ago and I used to eat them at least once of twice a week. I moved away and when I came back they changed recipe price and portion size, its Still nice but it's less food for more money and it's not at tasty unfortunately

09/04/2025: 5 machines out of order in todays gym session And 2 being out of order for months nothing done about it Don’t waste your money

23/03/2025: Good fitness and pool, don't forget your own lock and swimming cap. Also, you can't relax in sauna, since people are really loud

24/01/2025: Left uncomfortable on 2 separate occasions as staff started fighting with each other infront of customer. On a following occassion staff treated me very rudely , embarrassing me and arguing with me infront of customers about my order. The owner initially apologised for it, acknowledged his staffs problematic behaviour. Went back two days ago and after i ordered the owner took back his apology.....I've never in my life met the level of poor customer care and unprofessional behaviour in any chipper, that I have met in this establishment. If you want to chance being treated inappropriately, upset & embarrassment or subjected to observing staff fighting..this is the place to go.... disgusted and upset with how I've been treated and don't wish this on anyone. They've lost me and my family as customers

27/02/2025: Went here after a night out, the man on the tills charged us €30 for a pizza , kebab, 2 mozzarella sticks and 2 cokes. We got our kebab and pizza straight away and waited 10 mins for the rest. I had to go up to him and ask for the rest of the food and he tried to recharge us. I had to pull up my bank statement and he gave us our cokes and rest of food. Then after 2 minutes of sitting down finishing our food he tried to kick us out. He got the bouncer to kick us out even though we didn’t finish our food. Don’t go to this dirty greasy place better off eating dirt off the street of Limerick €30 for food and the fella was shouting at my friends to get out and we still had a rake of food infront of us?

16/10/2024: Ordered chicken tikka masala sauce along with Chicken Jalfrezi , chicken Jalfrezi was ok to taste but chicken tikka masala sauce was a disaster. It tasted like condensed milk with a very thin texture , coloured pink . Never had such a bad tasting chicken tikka sauce from any Indian restaurants in Dublin or Wicklow. They should really rethink about this dish in their menu

09/02/2025: So low service, bad food, bad coffee and expensive. Not coming back and I don’t suggest to no one. Really awful, stay away.

06/01/2025: We used to really enjoy having a takeaway from Thaido, especially their spice bags and curry sauce. However, for the last number of times we've ordered, our delivery has taken far longer than expected (resulting in lukewarm or cold food) while the quality of both the spice bags and curry sauce has declined. As another reviewer has mentioned, the spice bags have noticeably been lacking in veg which is fair enough if you order it with no veg, but we haven't. And as for the curry sauce... A 'curry broth' would be more fitting. It's been incredibly watery the past few times we've ordered, no where near as thick as it should be. We've decided to give up on Thaido and order from a different takeaway in Ashbourne, there's plenty of choice elsewhere.

19/12/2024: food so-so. Burgers and sauce galore. Fries not cooked, cold food and delivery over 25 minutes later. It's a waste of money, I don't recommend it. Never again

15/03/2025: Sorry don't normally write reviews but this was the worst thi curry ever watered down and tasteless I ate the beef and put the rest in the bin.

29/12/2024: Ordered hot sour soup and beef in Szechuan sauce. They were very good.
