24/12/2025: Simple requests and they look at you like you asked for their firstborn. Absolutely love it when minimum wage workers give you more attitude than the owner of Starbucks himself. Never stepping my foot in this coffee shop.

02/12/2025: The hot chocolate in Starbucks here should not be half cup with foam, like the elder lady does it in the morning on 2nd of December, they dont get proper training for them to understand that a late, a hot chocolate doesn't have foam and half cup empty, shame because we dont pay 1 euro, we pay near 6 euros, because we add bigger size and additional straps. Shame Starbucks that your staff doesn't get enough training

25/07/2026: My boyfriend and I arrived at the doors to be rudely greeted by two men at the door, who’s first question was “room number” not even a hello… when I told him we weren’t guests he told us that we couldn’t dine there. I followed up by ringing reception and was then told that it was infact open to the public with no booking required but yet noway of checking availability of the restaurant. I feel as if we were rejected based on appearance. Will not be returning here.

01/07/2026: The place is absolutely filthy and covered in rubbish and despite the place being empty, not one of the staff could care enough to clean it. They’re constantly forgetting items from the order and have a generally snippy mood when asked about missing items. Report lodged with the health inspector

17/05/2026: It's clear the staff at this place have zero passion or interest in what they do. I ordered something and it was missing the main sandwich and no straws to drink the soda. When I called them for help, all they did was apologize and pass the whole problem on to Deliveroo. Now we don't know how this will be resolved. No sandwich and no cola. A disgusting lunch experience. This is ridiculous.

26/07/2026: I've been to this Subway quite a few times, and overall the food is always good. The shawarma sub is definitely my favourite—it's really tasty and one I'd recommend. The staff experience depends on who serves you. There's a blonde lady with short hair who seems to expect customers to know exactly what they want before getting to the counter. If you know your order, she's quick and efficient, and I've never personally had an issue with her. However, I've seen her come across as impatient with customers who are unsure or take a while to decide, which can make the experience feel a bit uncomfortable. On the other hand, there's a lady with black hair, who I believe is the manager, and she's always been lovely and welcoming. There's also a younger member of staff who's genuinely one of the nicest people I've met—she's always friendly, patient, and makes everyone feel welcome. She has such a positive attitude and really adds to the customer experience. Overall, the food is consistently good, especially the shawarma sub, and most of the staff are fantastic. My only criticism is that some customers may feel rushed if they're still deciding what they'd like to order.

12/07/2026: Not sure if these girls are new or not but they are way too slow. We were waiting ages to be served and our food wasn’t even hot and we asked for it to be toasted. Needs extra training or quicken up a bit as only one girl serving for food while the other wasn’t doing anything.

09/06/2026: The place has been closed for few weeks now, but the app is still active and taking orders and money. Be careful.

22/05/2026: they are showing that they are opened they took money for my order and I went to go pick up my delivery and they are closed until further notice. I am really dissapointed and I hope i get my money back asap... 22 may 2026

01/07/2026: Went for a dine in in the evening,restaurant is completely closed , took takeout. Definitely not the Chinese food I was expecting .Except noodles , rest all the food ordered were not tasty.

25/07/2026: I’ve been coming here off and on during visits for years. Their pizza and cheese bread is consistently excellent along with their lovely garlic sauce. The pizzas are a bit thin and crunchy with great flavor. Cash only which is a bit of a hassle.

29/06/2026: I had The Don Wrap before in blanchardstown and ongar , lovely taste and filled , from this location in New Castle I got this piece … feels empty and I waited over 20 minutes … I’ll share a photo just for comparison on how the wrap is advertised .

21/03/2026: Almost every time we order from Big Bites, something in the order is wrong, for example, if you order a doner kebab just with extra salad and sauces, and you're happy to pay extra for that, even then it's a 50/50 chance if you get what you asked for. The only way to get your order the exact way you asked for, is to speak with the owner. Otherwise it's a chaotic mess and there's constant delays. We live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and it took 2 hours from the time we've ordered plus 2 phone calls to deliver 1 pizza and garlic sauce. We've been regular customers for almost 10 years. This is VERY disappointing.
