12/07/2026: Ordered online waited 80 mins for curry chip and wrap when i went into the shop i was told by a very rude woman never order here again and when leaving worker stood in the doorway and wouldnt move out of my way the wrap was stale and the curry chips only half full stay clear

14/09/2026: You HAVE to stop here to try such a good coffee and home baked goods. The cinnamon roles where out of this world (it’s a different recipe than the popular a cinnamon buns). The owner is super passionate about her baking. We had a lovely conversation with her and she gave us more recommendations for the upcoming stops. Don’t let the furniture fool you, I promise the food is worth it. If you have time to have a wee bit chat with the owner, she is amazing. Definitely recommend it and I wish I could come back.

14/09/2026: First and last time I'll order from here. Ages waiting on delivery but you can forgive that if they've had to deal with scammers. Delivery driver was lovely. Man on the phone needs an attitude readjustment, openly lied and said he rang my phone 10 times, no such thing. Ignorant person Burger was cold and not cooked. Never ordering again

20/09/2026: Got a 4in1 and was given the toughest chicken I've ever encountered. Was like chewing chicken flavoured tree bark. Staff were friendly but won't be returning if this is the quality of such a simple dish.

09/09/2026: The staff is very rude! We were eating peacefully and a very rude lady came and told us to go wait outside for our food in a very rude tone and a very disgusting look. I do not recommend. Edited: I don't know what story you are making up but in my perspective this is what happend. Im Disappointed by the defensive response and poor communicationI am editing my review to address the owner’s response, as it feels like an attempt to distort the facts to make the restaurant look better online rather than addressing how we were actually treated. While at the counter, I decided to add one more item to our order. It is true that my child accidentally spilled a drink right before this—a genuine mishap which we immediately brought to the staff's attention so it could be managed. We completely understand that a wet floor needs to be cleaned, but the staff member responded with immediate hostility and a rude look, making us feel incredibly unwelcome.Mid-way through placing our additional order, the lady that was cleaning interrupted us and abruptly told us to go wait outside. When we noted that her tone was quite rude,we told her that and she defensively replied, "I wasn't being rude, I said please." When I asked them in person why we were being sent outside, the staff explicitly told us it was because they were closing and cleaning. Nothing was mentioned about a "safety hazard" until they wrote this online reply. The shop was completely empty except for my family, and there are only two tables in the entire restaurant. If they Had politely asked us to step to the side or move to the other table while they mopped, or even outside. we would have happily done so.Accidents happen, and I understand that shifts can be tiring, but using a public response to exaggerate a simple spill while ignoring the poor attitude of the staff is unacceptable. We were perfectly fine waiting for our food, but we were not okay with the hostile treatment. Do not recommend thank you for your time

22/05/2026: Security guards are blatantly racist?? I bought two tickets before the MTU final exam event on the 21st may and they refused to allow me as well as a group of other individuals who were all black, but every other person waiting within the queue was given entry. When I demanded a reason as to why I cannot enter I was told "just cause"???? I've checked several of the reviews on the Voodoo and they not only share the same experience but also have pictures of the exact security guards who did not allow me within the premise. The fact that those reviews were written months ago and action has not been taken by the owners/ administration is appalling. I don't usually go out of my way for this kind of thing but I'm seriously considering composing a formal complaint to the Workplace Relations Commission. "According to the law Racial discrimination at the door of licensed premises is illegal in Ireland under the Equal Status Acts."

05/07/2026: Do not order here, the ten reviews below me are all one star for a reason, if you're lucky enough to get what you ordered, and that's odds on against happening, you'll be served luke warm boxes of flavourless mush. AVOID!!

11/04/2026: Usually avoid 1 star reviews but I'm annoyed with my experience, ordered online at 18:30 was giving a collection time of 18:45 arrived to collect on time and waited while many orders came and went eventually severed at 19:11 I'm sorry but that's an unacceptable time. (3 people order not something excessive)

02/08/2026: I assumed this place was only apache pizza but upon arrival I was surprised that there was also a Chinese, I tried their apache special pizza and their salt and chilli prawn and I got to say it was absolutely delicious this place is honestly a hidden gem in the heart of Clogherhead!!
