09/05/2026: Ordered a chicken burrito, received it, didn’t look like a burrito, wasn’t wrapped like a burrito, dripping for some reason, the fillings tasted like an old El Paso kit, bland as anything I’ve ever tasted, I ended up throwing half of it away and getting a burger, would 100% never order from hear again.

08/02/2026: Got chicken burrito and chicken nachos, tasted of nothing, extremely bland and burrito dripping wet for some reason, spilling out and falling apart. No jalapenos, meat overcooked and dry. 24 euro...

04/06/2026: Dose not even deserve 1 star it's absolutely stink. This was shit the curry was lumpy and cold the chips are definitely reheated the crackers were steal. The rice was tolerable apart from the clumps! all food is definitely just boxed up and ready to be reheated. Its already prepared for ordering and microwaveed! Never again 😒

04/04/2026: We ordered €48 worth of food and they incorrectly took our order and then refused to fix the problem and tried to charge us for the issue they made. The girl on the phone was rude and dismissive and quite arrogant about the situation. Shocking customer service.

11/10/2025: Asked for a mocha with soy milk and watched the barista put regular milk into it, before denying that he did so. Plus, service was rude and place was dirty.

01/10/2025: THE WORST PLACE IN DUBLIN! First of all, they delete all the bad comments you put on them. As for the site, the workers are very rude, especially the blonde manager and the teenagers who work, they laugh at you and do nothing to understand you apart from being racist! They try to scam the tourist so BE VERY CAREFUL! In addition to the quality of the food, it leaves a lot to be desired, they keep the food trays for two days, health should go to check the hygienic measures. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

24/11/2025: This place used to be nicer but it's not anymore. The new options aren't that good and they don't even give crisps on the side. It has a nice vibe but they've got a lot worse over the years.

30/04/2026: Got a 4 in 1 the other day, I'd never complain but the curry sauce was only in places at the top and rice was dry because of that and there were 3 pieces of small chicken for that and a can of coke was a tenner mainly chips and rice and skimped on curry sauce and chicken so was disappointing. Forgot photos but I'm telling the truth here as I don't give out often.

15/05/2026: Top notch coffee and bakery! I have never tasted a nicer brownies before , not too sweet , just right ! And amazing coffee too!

06/07/2026: Ordered food on a Monday night at 19:50, rang Apache Tramore after an hour,the girl was lovely on the phone very apologetic about how busy they are last week of June and the world cup i said totally understandable, she said my food was going out in the next batch of deliveries, 30 minutes Later foreign national rang me screaming I'm outside your door, went to my front door no delivery driver yeah still screaming I'm at the Majestic Hotel, I politely replied I don't live in the Majestic, sorry wrong no. He hung up 21:51 got my food cold and melted ice cream 🤬

01/05/2026: I just had the chicken fried rice and it was terrible, black rice and chicken no veg (onions , peppers etc) . Shockingly bad. I have photos of this so called dish and it is so bad I am sending samples to a HSE food Laboratory to get tested. Shame on you for serving this.**So the response from the shop** says they never serve veg with the fried rice, but your website has a picture displaying fried rice dishes with veg include and the online system asks if you would like to remove veg. How about you actually take the feedback and fix it.Oh and here is a tip google images on chicken fried rice Every single photo has what, Yes that's right VEG!!

12/04/2026: Came her Friday night for take out and got I can only say was the worst take out food I have ever gotten - the spice bag was just chicken with salt and burnt chips and just binned it when I got home - to the owner - if your chefs are doing this bad you will go out of business- if the owner was the chef Friday night you can forget about it - the only good thing was girl on reception who was great

11/06/2026: Service can be a lot better , waiters don't have experience in dealing with customers or the way they serve the products or hold the coffee ,there fingers touching inside the cups.

23/05/2026: As a coeliac and always on guard I was horrified to find the gluten free cakes all stacked with everything containing gluten. Not good enough. Average age of staff 18 years old. Not a clue of how serious this is. You need to do better and educate your staff

01/05/2026: Been to this Subway a few times, sandwiches are usually shoddily made, over cooked on many an occasion and more times than I care to count the lads behind the counter are clearing up 40 mins before advertised closing time.
