The best restaurants

09/01/2025: Website clearly states open till 8.30pm even for a fast food restaurant is terrible landed at 7, 50pm there turning the key In the door get a grip guys to close at this time is a joke this day and age last time I will be driving down yous clearly don't need the business

05/01/2025: Should update opening times, arrived before 8:30PM with opening time stated to be 9PM, door already locked so could not order.

02/11/2024: These boys work very hard and produce just fabulous food. It's a must visit when you're in the Gaeltacht.

06/08/2024: Absolutely shocking customer service skills. I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza and was told the wait was 30-40 minutes and it too about an hour and a half. The pizza was burnt, I asked for a barbeque dip and received a garlic dip the cooks were very rude to me when I told them about the burnt food. This place is horrendous

18/01/2025: This use to be a great place for Chinese food. Unfortunately the last 3 times half of my orders were only lukewarm to cold. I won't be going back and would not recommend it.

07/11/2024: It was the worst place ever chips were cooked about 3 to 4 times before being them out, and the curry was like water and because of the dirt of the place I should have just run when I saw that dirt

17/10/2024: Tasteless watery green curry, tofu was lifeless and chicken tasted as bad, pots were only half full and rice tasted processed. More annoyed it costs so much for the experience . Came close to bringing it all back..Won't be going again

18/12/2024: Mi pareja y yo tuvimos una merienda con una pechuga de pollo, un kebab Donante, si lo hubiéramos comido todo lo que habíamos estado enfermos, fue la peor comida asquerosa que hemos tenido... El pollo era grasa, ninguna pechuga de pollo solo huesos y grasa, las papas fritas eran negras crudas grasientas. Mis compañeros Kebab estaba frío y lleno de salsa acuosa. Pusieron en su sitio web que es su pollo es horneado. Tenemos pollo grasiento decolorado. Fue absolutamente repugnante. Y el precio de ella, podríamos haber conseguido cenas en un hotel. ¡EVITA a este Capri en la carretera Sundrive! Vile

07/01/2025: Shocking service. Staff are rude and incompetent. Not interested in customers who want to dine in. Ordered egg muffin and was missing egg. Complained and had to wait 20 mins for replacement. Shambles.

22/12/2024: Very busy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Food hot. Parked up and food delivered to car quickly.

27/10/2024: This is amazing for a quick cup of coffee. They have a very cool concept. The staff are amazing, chatting to most customers on a personal note. Felt welcome here, will return if I am in the area.

21/10/2024: Pizza is oily and dry at the same time, kind of feels like eating soggy cardboard. Taste hella mid as well, just go dominoes. Saw linda from queens wok on here before, think they have some secret drug deal going on. Would look into that. I think the brownies r laced as well, possibly fent brownies. Cookies r burnt as hell, i think i rather eat a brick tbh

04/12/2024: We stopped here for Ice-cream, the place was packed, it was hard to find parking spot, it is little shop with Petrol station and the Supermac's. The shop is nice, very well stocked, the man who served us was very friendly and nice, Ice-cream was delicious! We weren't able to finish our Ice-cream, it was huge. Supermacs have the best Ice-cream in Ireland.

01/12/2024: Busy spot, no delays, lots of parking

15/12/2024: Today I ordered and collected a takeaway at approximately 5.30. When I got home at 6 o' clock, I realised I had been given meat spring rolls instead of vegetarian spring rolls. I rang and explained, asked if my order could be redone and said I should be back in town in approximately an hour. Something happened preventing me getting back to the restaurant, and it was 8 o' clock before I could ring again. The person on the phone told me that as I had not shown up when I said I would, the food had been disposed of and if I still wanted my food, I would have to pay again. I did return and pay for the spring rolls, however, the reason this all happened was because my order was wrong, and I should have been given the hour-old food. I don't know what it costs to make two vegetable spring rolls but I am certain it is a tiny percentage of the business you will no longer be getting from me.

02/08/2024: They never allow to eat in. Chairs always on the tables. Also very grumpy staff, and they are not so busy as Marshes Dundalk staff, they are so friendly. Monaghan Subway big NO from us!

21/12/2024: Yesterday, I finally visited this halal cafe. I really liked food there. Portions were very big. The food was tasty 😋. The staff is polite and friendly. Everything was clean over there. I really recommend this place. I could not finish my meal, so I grabbed the rest of the kebab with me))) Wish all the best brothers. Thank u.

03/11/2024: The last 4 times I have ate there have been disappointing. To be honest I never had any complaints until now. Anyway, that's my final takeaway!

01/12/2024: We are very disappointed with the quality of the food (spice bag,...)We did get two spicy bags to night and they was very oily ,not fresh potato and the oil was running though the bag 🤦.

26/11/2024: Egg fried rice was brown, rather than white with yellow bits. Chips were undercooked and hard. Disappointing because my family has been a regular here for a long time. I wonder if the ownership has changed.

29/10/2024: Have been here many times and the food and service are always great. Very good takeaway food too. I think they have received some unfair reviews criticising one off poor delivery times etc from people who would be very upset if Okra Green was no longer there in Castleknock
