The best restaurants

11/02/2026: Placed a click and collect order. My partner went to collect it. He told her they don't do click and collect (Yet he could see the order on the screen and proceeded to print the receipt) he told her to contact HR, he would not give her contact information then proceeded to shout at her, she was 8 months pregnant as well. We had driven 20 minutes to collect this order. We tried emailing custoner service through chats and such.. it has been 2 months and they will not reply. We have never gotten a refund, they have taken our miney, provided no food, shouted at a pregnant woman and complteley blanked us. Most horrible experience ever. The male manager needs to be sacked.

10/12/2025: Absolute disgrace to what Apache used to be. Pizza is paper thin, no sauce and the garlic bread tastes like a buttered roll. Also came with a free piece of plastic to chew on, avoid at all costs. Update: tried again, still gross

30/08/2025: Incredibile how a portion of chips is now 4.50eur. in there, they never give you a receipt and they also cheap out on the size of a single portion. I was literally able to count the chips in the bag.

23/01/2026: Can't follow directions and won't admit mistakes. Mohammed is a liar over the phone and won't listen went to the wrong address took 30 mins to get to us and then tried lying saying that they only left 15 mins ago. Left us short a drink too. Will be processing refund through deliveroo as they said the app was to blame. Can't blame it for shitty service and horrible staff though. Get new staff

01/01/2026: Pizza took an hour and 20 minutes to come, chips were cold and pizza wasn't even cut up, worst experience ever, 7 years later and they fuck me over again ordered food and didn't deliver it rang the restaurant and they laughed and put me on hold, food didn't come waited over an hour and no sign of it, don't order from here is a joke

28/12/2025: ordered food off just eat food was late dilvered the drive never knocked left it in plant pot and had to ring to ask had it been dilvered answer said they tried ringing us but no call at all very poor service joke of a place

01/01/2026: We usually order fish and chip from here, it used to be good but not anymore so we've decided to try their pizza. Two out of 3 pizzas we've ordered arrived wrong and when I called them telling that probably they sent us someone else's order an Italian guy told me that it is my fault because (V) Margherita pizza is pizza with pepperoni onions and pepers, and while I didn't know what to answer to this nonsense and I said I don't want any problems for anyone especially on the 1st of January, the guy just kept saying the same thing and that he can send only one 9" margherita pizza but " There is no chance I'll give you two free pizzas" he said. I didn't want to ruin my everything so whatever but won't be ordering from here for sure. P. S. My husband is an Italian pizza chef and I've been making pizzas for about 5 years here in Ireland and non of us has ever heard about a (V) Margherita with extra toppings , and it says online - Tomatoe sauce, Mozzarella cheese. And there was NO other Margherita pizza option It also didn't taste good The driver was the only good thing in today's experience:)

06/12/2025: I ordered 4 milkshakes for delivery today at a quarter to 7 they were banana milkshakes the kids was drinking them my oldest daughter actually got discusted the milkshakes tasted like sour milk I rang them to ask to speak to the manager and I told him check his milkshakes because they are sour he said no it’s fresh to be honest the smell of them turned my stomach I will never be ordering her again

11/12/2025: An absolute rob!!! Had what was supposed to be a medium pizza delivered. It was the smallest pizza I've ever seen in my entire life! Shrinkflation is being kind!!! I'd say less than a 10" for €17.50!!! It was my first and last time ever ordering from Apache! Never again!!!

17/02/2026: I visited with friends on Sunday 15/02/26 and the sauces were awful🤮 and too salty, ruined the food. The food used to be great, what happened?

16/01/2026: Me and my friend Just had a box B from your counter in Mahon point , and to say we are utterly disappointed is an understatement , we got shredded chicken that was sitting there so long that it was so tough to eat , spring rolls and chips that were clearly sitting there for longer then they should of bin to the point it left a bad after taste in our mouth We paid 15 euro for food to be just tossed in the bin , this has bin the case multiple times as iv went back thinking "ill give them another chance it might be nicer this time" but it just has not bin , I feel like guideline for the rotation of food is not up to standard in the restaurant and will not be going back or recommending any time soon . And me and my friends' stomachs are not feeling right since eating here either ! Counter staff dont seem so happy to be serving you either it cost nothing to be polite :)

27/09/2025: Good shop and deli but the toilets are always disgusting here. One of the doors in the men's toilet has had no lock for the last few months and there's never any toilet roll... yet the cleaning sheet on the door says its being checked every hour, I don't think so.

05/08/2025: Has to be the worst place d staff are so rude I def would not go there again and

27/09/2025: Filling station, deli counter & Burger King. I stopped in here today for a quick bite. The place is filthy. The tea & coffee stations, general food areas, areas where people eat their food & dont get me started on the toilets!!!!! I don't know who the manager/area manager of this place is, but you need to get your finger out and get this place scrubbed, before someone gets poisoned.

18/08/2025: Good shop but the deli closes at 2:30 in the afternoon which is very early.

01/12/2025: Truely awful food and horrible service

20/02/2026: I hadn't been to the Borza in years, and called in last Saturday night. Is was about 9.30pm so well before the after pub rush, the service was quick, but the cod and chips was terrible, the outside of the batter was crispy, but there was a layer of raw batter between it and the fish, the single of chips wasn't huge, and the portion of garlic mushrooms was miserable, just eight small ones for €4. This was disappointing , what has happened to the Borza of old. I'll be heading to the Roma around the corner from now on.

30/12/2025: The chips are very good , and the chicken burgers are nicely crispy. However , I've noticed in the past few months the portion sizes ( especially for meals ) have become far smaller despite staying the same price relative to inflation . The employees are all very friendly , the premises is clean .

11/02/2026: SCAMMERS beware if you don’t want to get scammed I ordered by card on there website as shown below when delivery driver got here I was in the shower and the driver asked for cash and my mam gave it not knowing I paid. When I came out and she told me I tried to ring them to ask them to send delivery driver back as shown below I rang them nearly 300 times no answer so I rang there 085 no on there menu got a fella with little to no English first said all deliveries are cash when I said I paid on website he said no delivery today sorry bye and ends the call? Do not order from this place unless you want to be scammed and charged double absolutely disgraceful proof below

11/01/2026: First time ordering and missing items I was not happy as it was a small order and shouldn’t have happened. Portion size wasn’t great either. Wont be getting it again unfortunately.

03/08/2025: I would say this is probably the worst experience of fast food I have ever had. I ordered 2 philly cheese steak subs and a child's hamburger meal. The kids meals advertised were not available. I was told they "only do nugget meals". While waiting for our food to be prepared I witnessed the lady preparing pizza dough portions sneeze into her hand and continue to work without washing her hands. The subs were chopped burgers on a wrap dripping in grease. Upon complaining we were completely dismissed. Safe to say I will never return!
