The best restaurants

17/03/2026: I haven't visited in ages as the last time I went the staff served us food to eat in. When we went to sit down we were informed by a member of staff they were closing shortly. She then stood watching us eat with a sweeping brush in her hand. This time we visited earlier but the food was dreadful, lukewarm and had as much flavour as cardboard. They had run out of lettuce and the place honestly looked sad and neglected. I won't be going back

11/02/2026: Placed a click and collect order. My partner went to collect it. He told her they don't do click and collect (Yet he could see the order on the screen and proceeded to print the receipt) he told her to contact HR, he would not give her contact information then proceeded to shout at her, she was 8 months pregnant as well. We had driven 20 minutes to collect this order. We tried emailing custoner service through chats and such.. it has been 2 months and they will not reply. We have never gotten a refund, they have taken our miney, provided no food, shouted at a pregnant woman and complteley blanked us. Most horrible experience ever. The male manager needs to be sacked.

06/06/2026: Bagels had processed cheese slices instead of real cheese. Asked for a bagel with unmelted cheese for my son and they said they don't do this. Jacket potato with tuna tasted as if it had been thrown together, with very strong onions in the salad. All bland and poor quality, which was disappointing for the price: we paid 23 Euro for 2 bagels and 1 jacket potato.

29/03/2026: One of the worst coffees I've ever had for €4.90. I had a Flatwhite with plant-based milk, but the foam was completely separated from the coffee, the lid didn't fit the glass (there were two options, and neither worked), and the taste was truly awful—the coffee was completely burnt. The name "Coffee House" is very misleading. Furthermore, when the guy called my order, he never specified that it was made with plant-based milk, which is quite reckless behavior, as I could have been drinking cow's milk, which would have made me sick.

10/06/2026: I think a 3 star is honestly fair - picture is the wings that were €13 - quality was good but such a small portion size for the price - scandalous. The mains quality was decent but again very over priced for what you get on the plate ( portion sizes very small again) , for us the food is far too over priced for what you get - we wouldn’t eat here again due to this. The staff were lovely and pleasant.

29/04/2026: Reserved a high table in advance — confirmed by staff. Arrived in the evening and, amazingly, the table did exist… it was just already given to someone else. According to the very unprofessional young hostess (first day?), specific tables are only “on request.” Interesting logic — because the people sitting at my table clearly managed to get one. No explanation, just repetition of the same line. We were then sent to wait in the lobby — as a family with a pregnant woman and a 5-year-old. Hospitality at its finest. Stayed anyway because we were exhausted and hungry. Big mistake. Food was bland and unbelievably greasy — I literally squeezed a fry and watched oil drip out of it. Service was painfully slow; ended up going to the bar myself just to pay. Prices? Completely absurd for what you get. Easily the worst dining experience of our trip through Ireland. Impressive, in all the wrong ways.

30/10/2025: Visited from abroad a couple of times and food and service are good for a super busy cafeteria. It is clear the staff is trying their best in keeping tables clean as soon as they empty and food was prepared quickly and brought to the table. Never tried the baking but it is a good spot to sit and grab a quick bite.

06/10/2025: We went here for our breakfast. I ordered a mini breakfast and my husband ordered scrambled eggs. The lady charged for it and was 13.90. The other lady notified of the scrambled egg and accused me of not saying it when i clear as day said the order. Even my husband said i said it. I found this quiet rude and embarrassing as their was a queue behind us . When i got my food, it was okey, however my husband found shell in his . He thought maybe it was just a once off and continued to eat some more until he chewed on more which really turned his stomach. He couldn't eat it. I brought it back up and notified the two ladies behind the counter of which one was the lady who made it. She just gave me a look, didnt apologise or acknowledged that this shouldn't of happened. I walked away back to my table. Very unprofessional to let a customer walk away like that . When I looked back up she was on her phone and the other lady was doing the dishes. No offer to substitute it for something else or refund . Very poor unprofessional service. Wont be thinking of going here again.

15/02/2026: Got a delivery tonight food was hot to be fair plenty of food in the container I ordered a 4 in 1 with onions and peas but curry was not nice it’s was very watery hardly any flavour chips was mushy half cooked rice was over cooked was very mushy chicken was fine onions taste very watery as if they where frozen rather than fresh onions peas where fine

24/06/2026: Shout out to the lovely lady working the front Cashier (can't remember her name, she had big translucent heart shaped glasses). She was most definitely a human. She deviated from the usual NPC script and actually had a decent interaction with us, actually these days your lucky if you even a single word from people being paid to "serve you". But she was so kind and helpful and accommodating. I usually ask for a lot of modifications with my burger and she was SO happy with helping me get what I wanted. Kept saying "I got you! I got you!" Haha. So, thank you to this mcdonalds worker for putting a smile on our faces! Usually everyone is so miserable and angry these days you almost feel bad for existing. Keep shining girl! And don't let anyone ever dim your shine! Also my cheeseburger was perfect and exactly what I expected. Kitchen crew did a good job.

03/02/2026: I have been eating at this McDonald’s for over three months, and I order a Caramel Frappé almost every single time. However, today (03/02/2026 at 6:30 PM), the machine clearly malfunctioned and what I was given was basically a cup of caramel ice chunks that was completely impossible to drink through a straw. The female manager refused to replace the drink, and instead of addressing the obvious problem with the product, the male manager had the nerve to blame my tone of voice. Let me ask a very simple question: what does my tone have to do with the fact that the food and drink were made incorrectly? If a product is wrong, is it suddenly acceptable just because you don’t like how a customer sounds? I will never return to this location again. Both managers provided absolutely trash service, showed zero professionalism, and completely ignored the real issue.

16/04/2026: Going in to o Brien’s for years never had a problem with there coffee or food or service prices a bit high but that’s your choice

02/03/2026: Woman in there with blonde hair and glasses is so rude for no reason. I asked her was the wrap made with breaded chicken or regular chicken, she said breaded……does it look breaded. Second time I’ve gone in there and she’s made a mistake. The chicken was also slightly pink.

07/06/2026: Just got a delivery 3 items wrong..donerasked for no salad.comes stuffed with salad.. another chicken doner didn't come. A second plain doner came with only garlic sauce on it and no chips..sauces wrong and cold kebabs..won't be ordering from here again

22/05/2026: Worst food every!! Total chaos in the kitchen!! Then rude staff when you point out the mistakes!! Reinforcing my view about McDonalds!! Don’t eat here ever!!

10/04/2026: The dirt of the outside drive thru is a disgrace. Litter everywhere and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. Warm, flat drink. Never again.

24/03/2026: Really disappointing experience. The pizza had way too much cheese so much that it all slid off as soon as you picked up a slice. It made it messy, hard to eat, and honestly pretty unpleasant. The fries weren’t any better. They tasted like someone just took a baked potato, cut it up, and added a bit of oil instead of actually deep-frying them. They were soft and lacked any crispiness. Overall, not a place I’d come back to.

29/06/2026: Went to mcaris today to get a battered sausage and a milkshake. it was fairly busy but i just waited patiently. after 20 minutes the man gave me my milkshake and i said thanks and continued to wait for my battered sausage. after 10-15 minutes the man goes to me sorry what did u order again? i said i ordered a battered sausage and he goes okay sorry 2-3 minutes. i didnt mind at all since they were a little busy. a girl came and before she handed me the battered sausage she went on the till to charge me but i had already paid and i said i already paid. she says rudely no you didnt i said yes i did. and this was in front of everyone in the shop including people that i know. i said yes i did and she goes to ask one of the workers he said no i didnt. i told her i paid the guy with the piercing. and she huffs and throws me the bag over the counter. i walked out of there feeling so embarrassed which was not fair and a show was made.

15/06/2026: I came in and got a bag of chips and a milkshake, the young lady with the brown hair that was preparing my food was very welcoming and the food was delicious would definitely visit this branch again.

08/02/2026: I have being ordering food from good fortune for 15 years and last night our order was absolutely dreadful, greasy slop. When I rang to complain they refused to offer me anything by way of compensation. This is my first complaint but they were no help. I will never order food from here again , food was dreadful and service dreadful

31/01/2026: Food has gone to the dogs, not a bit of flavour. So much oil, and the satay sauce tasted like a cup of dirty oil and left overs

21/02/2026: I bought dry beef with fry rice which I wanted with sauce I got non dry as stick when I was going to eat the dry beef ,but it was hard to eat and chew like it was 3d printed and even stretching even with sauce on which my friend had which was very horrible and disgusting food I ever eaten .First and last time I am going to this restaurant .I do not recommend this restaurant to people who wants to enjoy their meal and not pull to take a bite .Not recommending this restaurant.
