04/10/2024: I have been to the bagel bar several times now and though the food is perfectly fine i always find the staff exceptionally rude. Recently I ordered a bagel and it was dropped to the wrong table. When I realised I looked to the staff and explained but they started to giggle and made no effort to correct the mistake so as customers we were forced to swap the food ourselves. Terrible customer service and I haven’t been back since.

27/07/2024: One of the last Pizza Huts around. We’re lucky to have it in our community. It makes me very nostalgic, and the food is very nice.

07/03/2025: Disappointed with the service here, I ordered a pizza deal for collection and it was wrong. Then returned myself to get the correct one and still gave me another wrong one. After two mistakes and waiting an hour they only wanted to refund the pizza and not the fries. I had to call again to tell them to refund the full amount. They won’t do it through the app so they don’t get a lower rating. Very shocking attitude and experience i used always order when friends are over but not anymore.

02/03/2025: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Apache Pizza. On 01/03/2025, I placed an order at 9:50 PM and was left waiting for over an hour with no delivery in sight. After this unacceptable delay, I called the restaurant twice to inquire about my order. Instead of providing proper customer service or an explanation, the staff was incredibly rude and confrontational. They showed no concern for the fact that I had been waiting patiently for my food. To make matters worse, my pizza never arrived at all. The combination of excessive wait times, hostile customer service, and ultimately no delivery whatsoever makes this easily the worst food delivery experience I've ever had. I cannot recommend Apache Pizza to anyone and will certainly never order from them again.

22/03/2025: The food is decent but the service is terrible. Numerous occasions where the delivery drivers have been very rude at the door, just had one of them start roaring and shouting at my parents house over "the potholes in the drive" which had been filled already. The fact people can behave like that and not face any consequences is a joke!

24/02/2025: Food is always lovely but portion sizes are gone very bad, I got a wrap and there was hardly any meat inside it it was flat and there was salad in it, hardly any cheese on pizza. Price we are paying these days for takeaway it should be decent.

22/02/2025: Two weeks in succession and we’re after being given stuff totally different to what we ordered - only discovered of course after getting home and opening the bag - time to go elsewhere !!!

13/12/2024: They have the best spicebag I've ever had. Collection is straightforward and easy, almost always ready before the given time. Delivery however, is a piss take. Took them 2 hours to deliver to my house less than 10 mins away. Had to ring twice after I ordered and I had lost my appetite by the time it arrived. Would definitely stick to collection.

11/04/2025: McDonald's in Ballymena is getting worse. The last 4 times we have been the food has been stone cold. Tonight my partner brought us home one and again everything was stone cold. The chicken nuggets where shoggy and the Fanta orange was flat. I might aswell of been drinking orange squash. 20 pound down the drain tonight again. Ridiculous

29/03/2025: Genuinely the worst service ever . For a while now I have been seeing Ballymena McDonald's going down hill.It started with always seeming to get a number at the drive through and waiting to long for food only to get the wrong order. Also recently my daughter and I ordered food at the drive through they passed us out the bag of food that I gave to my daughter She rested it on her knee. As we drive off she lifted it only to find her leggings soaked in cooking oil . I Did try to ring and complain X3 times u can't get through to anyone emails etc they make it very hard to do so. JUST this morning my daughter asked for breakfast at MC ds Ballymena before a 10am appointment we arrived 09.30 decided to sit in. We ordered a small breakfast order for the two of us and waited for our number 030. What I witnessed made me totally loss any faith in ever going there again after a 20 minute wait I heard people from drive through complaining of countless wrong orders. No one getting food at the sit in .I also witnessed the workers throwing the food together sickened me and the manager constantly raising her voice . One lady who had waited asked for a refund as she expressed that they have waited far to long and that her child will be late for her own birthday party the manager told her she would get her food straight away the poor lady still had to wait another 5 minutes a joke really . After this I asked for a refund as we ourselves were running late 09.58 the manager started the refund process and offered us our food as it was ready FOC . She asked a colleague to bag the order only to find out it wasn't all there. I kindly told her I can no longer wait and had to leave. And yes we were late for our appointment and my daughter did not get breakfast as a result of this .

26/04/2025: Used to be really nice consistently but over the past couple of months the wedges are always over fried and/or burnt and yesterday I got a pizza with pepperoni were the pepperoni was obviously tainted meat or gone off I could tell immediately by the smell which they could too and they still sent it

02/04/2025: Brang my elderly mother for breakfast here this morning… As we was ordering the girl was highly rude I asked to speak to someone is charge and they laughed at us.. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

02/02/2025: Was put on hold when I rang and it was 25 minutes before they even realised the phone was still on hold. Very poor service recently

12/01/2025: Worst spot in trim, ordered a simple delevery, but never came, they were happy to take my money though, and when trying to call them there phone was not working! Way better places in trim to order from, like a bin!! Do not go here it sucks. Total scam, do not go here.

18/01/2025: I personally think Nico's (at the time of writing) is the best take out in the area. While I cannot comment on all of the menu or delivery, I have found the Quarter Pounder with cheese, Snack Box and Chicken Fillet Burger to be the best tasting from take outs I have visited in the area.

23/06/2024: Went in for breakfast and was not even acknowledged, waited 15 mins to see if a menu would be dropped down to us. Ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Sunday morning, not that busy and the tables were filthy, better quality of service in other places in bandon
