01/12/2024: Please do not eat Here the food is disgusting... I would make a better pizza in my oven at home... More greece than pizza.. And the cheese , I think they got it in a packet across the road in the shopping centre. My Partner got chicken and chips with a curry sauce.. They. Could not have made the Corey sauce any more Watered down than it was.. my God... And to make it worse , this is my second time going down... I just thought I got a bad pizza the first time......that's a BIG NO

22/12/2024: Everything is good except for people(who are not homeless) who come inside the shop and keep asking or pushing customers for food. Was scared for my belongings.

06/04/2025: The coffee and service were great as always — can’t fault the drinks or the atmosphere. However, the bathroom was a serious letdown. There was pee all over the floor, tissues scattered around, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Pretty disappointing and unhygienic, especially for such a well-known brand.

04/04/2025: The staff and everything relating to service was fine. Nice setting. Having a one stall bathroom for a whole coffee shop is absolutely criminal. I'm surprised it's even legal.

30/03/2025: The most ignorant staff in all of Ireland rang for the buffet said it was finished at 5 came at 4.45 refused me and told me there was no tables for normal sit down when I could clearly see tables free stoped going there because of the ignorance it’s not normal

27/03/2025: Don't order for delivery, wasting your time. Terrible service, staff just don't care, driver left 20 minutes ago is all you'll be told.

15/04/2025: Food is standard nothing special for the value had better burger king food throughout the past standard below the usual unfortunately but not hesitate to give it another go in the future 🫡

27/03/2025: The chicken sandwich was disgusting, cooked chicken with little veggies. I didn't get the chips in my menu. The guy taking my order didn't listen, the music was to loud

22/03/2025: Some man wearing the jewellery of a rich widow served me the most worst sandwich I have ever received from this longstanding establishment. The portion of meat and salad were not done according subways guidelines. Better training for staff members and hygiene standards need to be implemented asap

09/03/2025: Out for a nice walk today at Giles Quay and was peckish and we were heading to Carlingford lunch when we spotted Fergusons on the way out Well we thought we’d try this place and it was the worst decision we ever made Looked good on entry and there was a nice buzz inside. That’s where the niceties ended. We were seated and menus given out and drinks ordered, the Guinness was top notch, we ordered chicken wings for starters and they took 45 minutes to reach the table They were just okay Another 45 minutes later our main meals arrived, I got slow roasted beef with mash and vegetables my wife had battered cod with skinny fries and peas We don’t usually review food but I feel that I must warn you to steer clear of this place I don’t really know how to describe the beef dinner only to say that it was a massive plate of gooey mash with plenty of overcooked beef on top with lots of overcooked roasted potatoes and vegetables basically it was a plate of gooey mush The fish dinner wasn’t a whole pile better The service was very poor as I had to go to the bar myself on 2 occasions We ain’t hard to please but this was the worst dining experience we have had in a very very long time Steer clear

03/03/2025: Had heard good things about this bar/restaurant but was even better than we had hoped. The service was phenomenal. The staff literally couldn't do enough. Were attentive without being annoying and were so friendly. They made good recommendations and the food did not disappoint. We had the seafood tacos and chicken kumbo for dinner. Both excellent. Portions are big but that didn't stop us ordering desert which was also delicious. Had the homemade tiramisu and cheesecake. Could not fault the service and the location is so stunning. It was getting dark as we arrived but would definitely recommend a walk in Giles' Quay before/after visiting the restaurant. Will definitely be back.

04/10/2024: I have been to the bagel bar several times now and though the food is perfectly fine i always find the staff exceptionally rude. Recently I ordered a bagel and it was dropped to the wrong table. When I realised I looked to the staff and explained but they started to giggle and made no effort to correct the mistake so as customers we were forced to swap the food ourselves. Terrible customer service and I haven’t been back since.

08/02/2025: I am wondering why I was blocked on Messenger. I never made any negative comments, never said anything bad here about anyone or anything. I did find a fake profile of myself and have reported it to Facebook. So maybe it's not me you want to block. I'm confused.

31/01/2025: Parece que este Café ha ido cuesta abajo desde la última vez que visité con la familia hace aproximadamente un año. A partir de esta semana, probablemente fue una de las peores experiencias de servicio al cliente que he tenido y solo iré a lugares como Avoca la próxima vez que estemos en Dublín. El lugar parecía apresurado cuando entró por primera vez, como si quisieran estar cerrados y fuera del lugar 1 hora antes. Aunque entiendo que es genial estar fuera en el minuto en que está cerrado, todavía serviría a mis clientes pedidos hasta la hora de cierre. No es medianoche como los restaurantes de comida rápida, así que el cierre no debe ser tan apresurado, ya que la hora de cierre es bastante temprano (16 h 30 o 17 h 30 ). Todo lo que parecían interesados en decir era “hora de cierre”. " La actitud del personal es negativa. Cuando estaban en el mostrador para pedir, dijeron que no hay porciones de nada en exhibición, sino solo ciertos pasteles (algunos fueron retirados de la exhibición porque tenían más de 4 días después de haber elegido esa rodaja). Mientras estábamos en la mesa comiendo y bebiendo nuestro té, alguien vino a nuestra mesa y nos preguntó si nos podían quitar los platos y el té. Entiendo que es un buen gesto para aclarar después de que hayamos terminado, pero no cuando todavía estamos bebiendo nuestro té y terminando nuestros desiertos. Para la próxima vez: Por favor, ponga un cartel en la entrada para que sepamos de antemano que las últimas porciones de comida son antes de las 15 h 30, ya que no había ningún cartel obvio para decir eso y solo había una actitud apresurada hacia los clientes. Una visita realmente decepcionante en comparación con lo que solía ser y con su servicio al cliente.

27/07/2024: One of the last Pizza Huts around. We’re lucky to have it in our community. It makes me very nostalgic, and the food is very nice.
