10/10/2025: Fantastic food, and the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful

19/07/2025: Got a takeaway away Thursday night. Rice tasted really weird and defo was old ! The beef is black bean was like rubber and the sauce was reheated . Even the chips tasted odd 🤢 tummy hasn't been right .only took a few bites and left rest

05/10/2025: Got a kebab and a pizza. All the food was cold on collection, kebab had little veg and zero taster, doner meat was near raw. I would not eat here again.

20/08/2025: My ordee 14" Pizza (Any 4 toppings), 10" Garlic Bread & Garlic Dip & & Portion of Tenders, 2 Chips & 2 Drinks ! Chicken nuggets and fries were not included in the order! Bad service! Never call me back and never send me missing items from my order; pizza was burned, chips not fresh, and food is no good!

23/10/2025: Not enough staff on the night I called in and a lot of confusion between them

11/10/2025: Over 2 hours to get a pizza delivered less than 10 mins from the place. The App showed the order was COMPLETE 1hr before it was received. Rang after 90mins and asked what was going on and was told it would be 4 mins, rang back 20mins later and was told it would be another 10/15 mins. Nobody had a notion what was going on. Got the usual excuses of “we’re very busy” etc, but surely it can’t be that hard to give an indication on the app of how long an order will take - I never would’ve ordered if I thought it would be 2hrs, I had 2 young kids waiting for their supper til 10pm. It’s just really really poor service. Food was fine but then again hunger is a great sauce!!

16/11/2025: Took a delivery very close to closing time and food was still perfect and delivered very quick. Portion sizes are very generous too😁

07/09/2025: Ordered a delivery and asked for extra onions in the chicken fried rice, didn't come with any onions and also didn't come with peas or carrots which are in it as standard. So I had the privilege of paying €12 for fried rice with a bit of chicken in it - rip off!

08/11/2025: Decided to try here for a change (too lazy to drive) as we normally get Dennys, which is only ever top class in both service and quality. Ordered the food at 6PM and it arrives at 8.40PM.. Tried ringing multiple times after an hour and a half only to be hung up. Won't be trying again

08/11/2025: Still waiting 2 hours for a delivery (that now says complete online) but no sign of food, tried ringing and seem to also be hanging up the phone.

20/10/2025: Honestly , chips were cold , the chicken was tasteless the barbecue sauce ??? I don’t know what that was but definitely not BBQ, everything was so off .. I’m so disappointed, it used to be a great place , the spicy bag NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

21/09/2025: Dirt! Got a spice bag, chips had no seasoning, soggy and under cooked. Chicken again no seasoning, dry and pink in the middle... I'll never eat here again

28/10/2025: May no child ever live to see that Donner Menu in Apache , The kebabs were smaller that my dogs left pinky . To the boss man who made that I hope ur pillow is roasting hot tonight on both sides.🙏🥀

24/10/2025: ordered food for delivery and was paying by cash. delivery driver got lost trying to find my house and when given directions still couldn’t find the house. he eventually found the house and when he did myself and my dad were at the door. he was given a €50 note as we had no other change. the man had no change in his pocket so requested that i (25yr female) walk with him to his car (even though he could have driven to my house) in order to get the change. i refused to do this and he ended up giving the money back to us and then went back to his car himself. he then drove down the back of my house to give us our change. not happy with the service at all as our food was almost cold by the time we got it and the service from the delivery driver was very bad.

23/10/2025: This food is just simply unacceptable. It’s nothing like it should be. Singapore noodles-salt and chilli with chicken and veg. -Noodles dry, chicken- fake chicken alike, no veg, no chilli (not even 1), no carrots, no taste, no spices. Disgraceful. No pic went straight in the bin.

20/04/2025: Horrible place, was supposed to have had my surprise engagement on here the weekend. My friends had been there earlier that day setting up balloons they had gotten made for me. the plan was that my friends would be waiting for me to arrive to 1314 to ‘surprise’ me, that was soon ruined as the bouncers refused my 25/26 year old friends, my friends are lovely respectful girls they explained to the bouncers that it was my surprise engagement and they had booked an area of the bar off for this occasion. They didn’t even ask them for their ID and the only explanation they gave was ‘they have right to refuse’. I was at a dinner with another few friends while this was all going on, please see attached messages from the manager to my friend previous that day. When my friend went to collect everything they had set up for me previously that day to bring down to house Limerick they had left the it all outside in the rain. Disgusting behaviour I will never darken the door to this dive again. The biggest shout out to house Limerick for hosting 17 of us such short notice they made my surprise engagement party so much better than 1314 would ever.

21/10/2025: Got a 3 in 1 yesterday with chicken balls. I asked for extra sauce in the 3 in 1. Well what i got was awful, I would say they're was about a spoonful of curry sauce so god only knows what I would have got if I didn't ask for extra. They are using cheap rice and chips which are awful. On top of that I drove round to my house less than 3 mins away and the food was cold. I mean how dangerous is it to serve cold cooked rice. Had to bin the lot. Sent an email via their feedback link on the website however this has been ignored. I used to bw a regular but not anymore. The place has gone down hill big time.

04/10/2025: Place has gotten so bad. Staff are friendly but their food has gone down hill so much over the last few years. Cheap cuts of meat, cheaper chips, cheaper sauces. I certainly won’t be back again. Had to bin the last food I got.

16/11/2025: Security wants you to order something again, otherwise you won't be allowed to use the restroom. We do things differently in the Netherlands.

29/08/2025: Standards have dropped dramatically. Was a regular visitor to this hotel and would visit 2-3 times a year and brought family and friend regularly. My last two stays I have to say were terrible. We went as 2 adults and 2 children. First time people smoking in the rooms with the doors open I reported it and nothing happened the same the next night and was told its probably coming in from the balcony. People shouting and banging all hours of the morning and again nothing done. The quality of breakfast is probably a 3 at best where it was always 9-10 and then I was charged an extra €2 for a cappuccino at breakfast (never seen that before ANYWHERE). spoke to the waitress and was told there's a new chef and it's just been brought in.Got in touch with the hotel afterwards to complain and got 3 different people to email. Eventually the manager got in touch much with me and apologised and offered me a deal to return and to just contact him that he wants to prove it was a once off.. When I did eventually contact him for a return for 2 adults 2 children and returned it started on check in. First room we were giving was one double bed 1 single bed ,I went back to reception and giving another room and again it was 1 double one single. I went again to reception to ask was this a joke. The girl gave me keys to another room and told me to check the room first to see if it was okay. The room was downstairs and didn't feel like part of the hotel. There was plenty of beds but the double bed mattress was wafer thin and very uncomfortable. I rang reception and the other lady came and brought me to another room 512 and asked was it okay. It looked good and had the double and 2 single beds as required. The lady apologised and was very helpful. When my son sat on his bed he nearly fell off it as the base was broken, again I called reception and the lady came back and seen the bed and again apologised and went and got a base off another bed. We just accepted it as we Had Been through 4 rooms already at this stage. First morning breakfast was okay and fresh but the next morning we were waiting on bits to come out from the kitchen then got burnt breakfast and was served our milk in a teacup with not even an apology. I reported all this to the manager by email when we got home and his response was. ,thank you for your feedback.. So if that's the general managers response it says it all. Cannot see myself returning here anytime soon and can not recommend this hotel to family or friends.... Just seen this hotel is now up for sale so that explains why the management couldn't care less....

15/07/2025: The D Hotel is closed to tourists until 2027. It is being used as a Refugee Reception Centre until then.

20/09/2025: I waited for my order for nearly 120 mins = 2 hours now and it didn't came at all. So frustrating. Called the given number and no one has received it at all. I am giving the rating of service as 1 as there's no way to give them -100. Stay away.

18/11/2025: I ordered a doner kebab, smoked cod and a garlic sauce. The kebab was very small with hardly any meat with a sludgy mix of salad and sauce that was stuck to it's wrapper. The meat was cold. I thought the smoked cod was a battered sausage on first glance it was that small. It was tasteless and the batter was tough as if it had been sitting on a hotplate for 5 hours. The garlic sauce had hardly any taste of garlic off it. Shocking food.

02/10/2025: The superfood and the place are very clean, and the food was fresh and tasty Kebab.
