25/10/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff and lovely venue.

17/10/2025: Everything was precooked even the toast. It was the worst breakfast I've had . My Daughter had French toast that was precooked. Not great value for money.

24/11/2025: This place used to be nicer but it's not anymore. The new options aren't that good and they don't even give crisps on the side. It has a nice vibe but they've got a lot worse over the years.

15/08/2025: The guy who served me was quite rude, and the coffee wasn’t the one I ordered.

07/03/2026: Ordered double pepperoni, got one and a half pieces of pepperoni per slice. Disgraceful. Will never order pizza from them again. And the driver didn't have change.

14/02/2026: Very disappointed!!!! Shame on you, second time you leave a child craving for pizza! 1. I ask for NO ONION on my kebarella pizza and it was FULL OF ONION. So my 10 year son cannot eat and it was for him . 2 . I've completed PAY BY CARD when deliver, and they force me to pay CASH, they didn't come with the cars machine. There are some months that they are making this type of mistakes . The second time my son is craving this pizza and he cannot eat because they bring it with onion, although I write witout onion. A couple of months ago there were some romanian boys there and they pay attention on everything ......but now ......shame !!!! This is the last time we will order from you, us and all our friends !!!!!

17/08/2025: If you want a tasteless, dry burger, sauce should be optional! and bad fries for €21, go for it.

13/08/2025: Enjoyed the braised short ribs. I also got to try the Guinness bread(recommend).

17/12/2025: Went in for food asked for curry sauce I don’t know what it was but it wasn’t curry sauce it’s like a water gravy no waste at all to it. Dry chicken also

23/10/2025: I’ve been ordering food from your place every week, and it’s always been delicious. However, my last two orders were both incorrect. The first time, I decided to just let it go, but the second time, it happened again. I called to report the issue, and your team said they could replace the order — which I appreciated — but the replacement also came spicy, even though I didn’t request that. Later, I received another call saying that the order I returned was actually my original order, and I was even asked to pay for it. That was really disappointing because it clearly wasn’t the dish I always order and enjoy. I’m honestly very disappointed by how this was handled. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

30/12/2025: Absolutely terrible service from the staff in here. Lady if you’d even call her that was so ignorant a group of young ladies came in for some food told to get out to eat our food in the cold even though they weren’t busy we weren’t allowed sit down. Threatened to ring the gaurds on us. For the price we paid for our food portions were scandalously small. Never eaten here again!!!

22/12/2025: Just watched an older guy in supermacs making the food in bare hands after itching three inside of his nose with his thumb, I told him to wear gloves which he did but gross 🤢 this was supermacs Little Island.

15/11/2025: Took 9 mins after the order was placed for staff to start the burgers cooking. No orders before mine so no reason for there to be a delay. 3 staff just milling around doing very little. Manager was “busy” shuffling straws and walking around trying to look rushed off his feet while doing nothing.

02/02/2026: It should be good, but it's below average. The fries, which are pre-fried and then reheated, are simply not edible. It shouldn't be like this. I understand that you can prepare something in advance, but not everything is suitable. The service was okay, the order was served quickly, but the quality leaves much to be desired.

05/01/2026: Decent food always fresh, ive been getting food from there over a few years now, no complaints.

12/03/2026: What’s wrong with you guys? The floor near the entrance was oily and slippery. I ordered three times, and twice the burgers were missing something. Is there no standard operating procedure (SOP)? Do the employees care about the quality of the burgers?

10/03/2026: Got a burger, fries and a milkshake, I asked for tap water from a the front staff member and the large woman manager jumped in quickly and refused, she gave me an empty cup, no lid or straw and told me to go find a water fountain somewhere in the shopping centre, unbelievably un-kind behaviour

21/02/2026: Disappointing experience with the munchybox. Too salty and tasted overly MSG- heavy. Not worth it. Ended up not finishing it.

08/10/2025: Ordered a delivery at 5 past 11 and was charged the restaurant wouldn’t answer their phone and never delivered my order

31/01/2026: Just got my order this is disgusting the lettuce looks rotting, I never asked for onion my order was lettuce tomato olives and jalapeños, one chicken best and the other one Rotisserie-Style chicken, absolutely discrete he just put 1 type of chicken threw some onion in and that's that look at this nonsense, the health and safety department should have a look at this UPDATE: STAFF WAS REALLY NICE AND TOOK IMMEDIATE ACTION

31/01/2026: Worst subway in dublin. They won’t take order and tell the customer to make online order. Never been to such a bad subway.

07/12/2025: First time we went food was pretty good but nothing special, service was very good... However, we went again and my food was so sweet it was inedible and did not taste fresh.. Very overpriced for what you get... I've eaten in dozens of Chinese restaurants all over the world and this is just not very good.. 2 egg rolls are €8 and Tiny.. I had a sweet chicken and it was €22..a real shame as the place has a lot of potential but they don't really seem to make any effort.. Sorry guys..
