25/05/2026: They don't have a card machine, only accept cash, don't have a website, delivery driver can't deliver to anywhere "outside of D12", even if it's an EIGHT MINUTE drive from the Takeaway. If they are looking to destroy their own business they are doing a fantastic job. I wonder if they are paying tax 🤔

12/04/2026: I orederd 2 4In 1s a while back salt and chili chicken tge chicken was pink and very dry i rang up and told them they gave me a credit for these items so i orderd again 2/3"weeks later that was ok now i havent ordered from here in months i went to order my dsughter 4In 1 tonight and was told i cannot order anymore what a disgrace just because i complained about the chicken how dare they do that i will blacking your name dont worry about that i have a right to complain about raw chicken

04/05/2026: Looked online at menu official nicos website , rang for collection ordered two margaritas as advertised for €10 each . Person on phone took order didn’t mention any price increase, gave my wife l €20 cash as had that in cash , if said be careful issues with website would have just giving card ,got there and was told it’s not €10 each it’s €12! Send wife of with one pizza, didn’t offer any apologies or give two small instead , I called back and was speaking to one very aggressive / rude member of staff ! Took zero accountability it’s our fault for looking at menu on your official website ! Not never again what an absolute embarrassment of an establishment!

10/01/2026: Orded a Pizza, Hamburger and Kebab Tray, it was the worst kebab ever, kebab meat was burned. The hamburger was burned, chips tasted of oil. The Pizza was the only thing that was edible. Great place back in the day.

21/06/2026: Would like to say we would review the food but after spending £50+ on food whilst on a trip to Cork, we never got to taste your food! As ordered accepted but no food ever arrived. Called after 1 hour to find the line continuesly busy, so can only assume you unplugged the line. So service was diabolical to say the least!

19/02/2026: In my opinion, probably the best takeout pizza in Carrigaline. Friendly enough staff, and orders always ready on time with pizzas hot and not greasy like other places.

08/12/2025: I ordered a pizza at 9pm and since no sign of deliveries, after a few calls, I went to the shop to cancel the order at 10.30pm and then they couldn't cancel the order, they wanted me to accept the delivery and cancel after that. Manager on leave, irresponsible staff, burnt pizza and horrible customer service. Avoid

25/05/2026: Very disappointing experience at The Bagel Bar café in Omni Shopping Centre. If you’re a person of colour, be prepared to feel unwelcome. Some of the senior staff were rude, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable with their attitude and eye-rolling throughout our visit. This was our fourth time visiting, and every single time it has been uncomfortable. Today we ended up going there because O’Brien’s toaster wasn’t working. We spent around €30 and honestly left feeling upset rather than relaxed. The bagels were average, and the coffee was just okay — definitely not worth the experience. Good customer service and basic respect should be for everyone. Sadly, this kind of rude behaviour seems to be becoming more common in Dublin lately.

09/05/2026: I visited this café early in the morning while waiting for a nearby car service appointment. The café had not opened yet, and I sat quietly in the seating area intending to have breakfast and coffee once they opened. A staff member approached me and informed me that the seating area was private before opening hours. I completely understand that businesses have their own rules and procedures. However, I found the interaction unnecessarily unfriendly and dismissive, especially considering I intended to become a customer. The situation could have been handled with a little more courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience left a negative first impression.

07/05/2026: I don’t understand how this place is still open, food has completely gone downhill the last few years. If you order a delivery the food seems to be worse than in person.

21/02/2026: I’m extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism. I’ve ordered from here often for myself and my parents, and the food has usually as described . However, my most recent experience was unacceptable. I placed an order through Just Eat for a make your own pizza for me and my dad. I selected a couple vegetables, which included peppers. When the pizza arrived, it had pepperoni on it. As both of us are vegetarians, we could not eat it at all. I called the restaurant to explain the issue. The staff member then handed the phone to the manager, who raised his voice and repeatedly insisted the mistake was my fault, claiming I had ordered over the phone. I clearly explained multiple times that the order was placed online through Just Eat. He repeatedly asked for my name and order details but continued to insist I had called it in. It took several minutes before he finally acknowledged that the order had been placed online, but by then he had already spoken to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner, raising his voice at me. This situation caused me significant distress, especially as I was ordering on behalf of my father, who is not confident speaking English. I am writing this review a couple of months after the incident because I was very upset at the time and was worried about the review being linked back to me and affecting my parents’ ability to order from there in the future. The experience was very stressful and left a lasting negative impression. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that situations like this are handled more respectfully in the future. Mistakes can happen, but listening to customers and resolving issues calmly makes a real difference. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering if you expect accountability or respectful customer service.

13/07/2026: I’ve never been so disgusted in my life I was in tonight my friend was throwing up and I had just been to Apache so I brought my pizza into big butes to ask for napkins I was screamed and shouted at told me” get that rubbish out” he was referring to my Apache pizza I said can I please just have napkins he never gave them to me I left and will never be back terrible place something really needs to be done it needs to be shut down asap wirh this service the food and milkshakes were also terrible milkshakes had zero flavour and the food was either raw or over cooked I 100% every avoid this place

22/03/2026: 3 times iv ordered from here in recent weeks and this was the last as there has been something wrong each time. Ordered through the app which never went through to the store, A colleague rang to confirm order and then they made the wrong pizza and it took over an hour to get here. Mistakes happen I get that, I would have been happy with a replacement pizza, but when I rang a colleague basically said it was my fault! TERRIBLE customer service in this particular shop. Giving the amount of bad reviews it is clearly being run by bad management. Avoid!

02/03/2026: My son ordered with cash delivery around 4pm today, and the driver didn't have enough change. He was short 5 euros after the tip, and he said he'd come back. My son just forgot about that. At 9:50pm the driver returned with money. Please say thank you to him. What an honest person. Amazing 👏
