11/01/2026: This must be the worst doner kebab I ever had. Kebab smell and taste was terrible.

03/01/2026: Food was cold, driver dropped and bag was delivered opened. Missing 2 sauces which I assumed broke. That's the best thing I can say about it. Cold greasy chips, tasteless chicken unless you like the taste of old cooking oil in need of a change. Will not be ordering again.

14/03/2026: Great pub, no reservations required and the service is 10.

14/10/2025: We have been living in Killarney for 6 years and yesterday was the second and last time we visited. We arrived at 19:50 and waited 20 minutes for someone to come and serve us... Even though the waiters had seen us! There were 2 waiters and there were only 3-4 tables with people. You mean we left, terrible behavior!

05/09/2025: Was absolutely ok, friendly staff and tasty, but expensive beer 😊🍺

16/12/2025: Very handy for anyone attending St.Vincents. Good parking. And even small grocery shop adjacent. Alternative to Tesco, vending machines and overpriced limited menue food at the hospital.

17/11/2025: Even though Subway has frequent gloves change policy in place, never seen it with (apologies in advance) with a specific Asian country staffs, they use the same gloves do every other works, even do the till and never seen changing it. The civic sense never really kicked in. Apart form there if you go and see other locations where the service teams are non specific asian ones, its al hygienic and well organised. This is the reality and I am too an Asian. It's all about the civic sense.

01/02/2026: I bought a meal and they messed up my order , then proceeded to make me pay extra for the order they messed up even though my meal would be cold by the time I arrived back home with the curry they messed up , shocking service

12/01/2026: Ordered on just eat and was waiting an hour and a half on the food to be delivered from 10 minutes down the road. When we rang to see where our order was and why it hadn’t arrived they said it would go out in the next set of deliveries. They will not keep customers with this service it’s ridiculous all customers left waiting should be refunded!

02/10/2025: Wanted to try here the other day but a number of the items I wanted to order had 9=Nuts for allergens recorded, I wanted to see if I could order the meal anyway but remove the element that contained Nuts but staff couldn't tell me which element of the dish had Nuts. Partner still ordered and enjoyed the meal. Please train your staff in something so important like allergens 👍

16/11/2025: Staff are unbelievably rude. Witnessed a staff member dealing the person behind me in the queue and she was so unprofessional. The woman asked for a sandwich and she said could she have it toasted, the woman behind the till said “yeah well you have to show me which one you want like” she couldn’t have said it any cheekier if she tried. The woman behind me was a bit upset after the interaction and I was disgusted. It takes absolutely nothing to be nice to someone, especially when it’s this time of the year.

30/12/2025: Food ordered online for collection, unfortunately on arrival was told order was not ready because chef was on lunch break... Had to wait another 20 minutes. Would not recommend, atmosphere and service is terrible. Food was delicious though.

31/08/2025: 20/8/2025 It had been years since I last came to eat at this place. Outrageous prices for what they offer: I had asked for a double portion of vegetables, they charged me extra for the request, but as you can see, while eating, there wasn’t a single trace of vegetables in my meal! Dishonest, incompetent, and absurdly expensive. They even asked for €2 more per person just to sit at a table! Unfortunately, Loughrea doesn’t have many good options, but I will never give my money to these thieves again!!! 26/7/2023 The food could have good potential and good quality, but for 3 years now the quality is scarce, the products are not very fresh, the costs (quality - price ratio) are high. They need a makeover of the staff and cooks! Also, due to the extra service cost, the place is empty, and the service cost isn't justified when the table is just an empty table with no cutlery whatsoever.

26/12/2025: Very bad experience and never going back there. The staff is very rude and when i asked about my order they werent even trying to coperate.

08/10/2025: is this even a genuine apache ? i really don't accept that i ordered Vegetarian Fish pizza today i wouldn't discuss the 1 hour delay in the delivery thats possible to happen but the shape of pizza was literally when a 5 year old try to make a base with the edges bigger then the breakers on road . was half burnt was literally tasted like curry rather then a pizza the the condition of Bread ,we were literally struggling to chew i was unable to cut it through teeth. disgusting service extremely disappointed

14/02/2026: The man who is working at this Subway on Friday the 13th of February at 2:30pm is not able to do his job. I waited 20+ minutes to order, despite only 2 people being ahead of me in the queue. In other locations, 2 people ahead of you in the queue would be a 5 minute wait. He can not multi-task, he was incredibly slow at doing anything. The woman who I eventually ordered from made my sandwich very quickly and handed it to the man, who then put the order into someone else's bag. It ultimately took almost 30 minutes for me to get a *Subway*. I could've sat down in a cafe and got my food sooner. I have never left a review or complained about service before in my life, but this was truly a mindblowing experience.
