02/12/2025: Food is ok I find the food always a little salty

18/11/2025: I ordered a small munch box which I found a long black curly hair. My husband and children have ginger and I have blonde hair. This was outright disgusting and when my husband talked to the lady on the phone she told us to not call again and was quite frankly rude and dismissive. I will be personally telling my friends and family to never fund this business as long as they have a woman who is rude and cannot deal with customers working for them. As I’m in the service industry myself I would never ever speak to a customer the way we were spoken to. Attached below is the picture of the hair. I’m outright appalled you would let any employee speak in the manner I was spoken to

26/01/2026: The worst pizza I have ever had.Ordered vegetarian pizza with pesto .Very tin burnt base with very little tomato sauce and not enough mozzarella.They forgot to put pesto on it....such a disappointment and so overpriced:(

06/10/2025: Filling stations who take your money but do not provide a toilet, do not deserve your support.

12/05/2025: Ok shop - buy tea, coffee food etc but they have no toilet. I will go to a service station in future where they lnow what service is.

10/08/2025: Hi how’s it going my son was in at ur pub today roughly at about 11:30 he was told no straight away by the bouncer lorcan he has had problem there before where he was told to come back in a month or 2 he left it for 3 to 4 months and rang up to confirm he was allowed back he apologised multiple times and was let in last week tonight he asked to speak to manager or head bouncer about why the bouncers wore saying no he then spoke to mark in oriordans and explained everything he then went back around to try speak to them he told them he was let in last week with no problem they then assaulted him and grabbed him by back of his head and twisted his hands he said I can walk by myself please and they continued

02/10/2025: Ordered a pizza with my freind his was okay and mine was a disgrace I wouldn’t even feed it to the dog and they said somthing about sending out another if I heard correctly it’s not okay to pay minimum €20 worth of food and send out a lump of poo to a person

29/09/2025: The breakfast is good, but the lunch menu is terrible and the same thing every day: pasta, pizza, sandwiches. They look good, but the taste is hard to describe... Why can't there be a proper restaurant on campus? Is it difficult to offer different dishes every day or a semi-buffet restaurant?

05/09/2025: The food is very bad! The problem with Gather&Gather is that we make beautifully looking food, but unfortunately it tastes bad. Also, why don't we have normal food menus like all the other universities? TCD has different lunch menus everyday with at least four options including chicken curry, grilled beef, fish and chips...lots of options and true lunch food!

01/01/2026: The most rudest, obnoxious man i have ever dealt with on the phone dealing my delivery, it was 2 hours late, when I tried calling he kept hanging up and when we did get through he shouted at me and hung up never again

28/11/2025: If I could leave 0 stars I would absolutely horrendous customer service. Came in asking for a dip after ordering a bag of chips next door they told me go back where you came from. Appalling customer service don’t accept card either. Don’t put any money into this business AVOID!

16/11/2025: Ordered chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders were the smallest I’ve ever seen, and the fries were cooked fresh, but no good. Overall, not worth the high price.

09/11/2025: Way too expensive for the portion size. Maybe an expensive, upscale restaurant can get away with that. But not a diner that only sells regular burgers. €14 for a Double Smash Burger without a drink or fries, which is comparable in size to a Double Cheeseburger from McDonald's. To be fair, the burgers here are really good – but that's where the positives end. You can get the fries anywhere. There's nothing special about them to justify the price. The boneless wings are a joke. The server tried to talk to us as little as possible and just mumbled quietly to herself. We really had high hopes because of the nice atmosphere, but it was a complete flop. This is the first time I've agreed 100% with all the other reviews.

13/03/2026: The most terrible experience over there. The staff it’s horrible , I ordered for some waffle fries with bacon and cheese and they gave something that looks like voma . Idk how they are still open . Horrible . Never again

07/09/2025: The initial professional welcome by the chap on duty was my highlight, thereafter it was interesting as this dinky and oh so trendy eaterie beyond the ladies 'leisure shoes' section positively leaked customers. No 'Front of House' staff stationed at the entrance, with, it seems, only two staff seemed manning the fort, a third on barista duty. We watched bemused as ignored and impatient ladies walked away while the priority seemed to be to clear tables. Ok, to the food: elegantly presented maple bacon croissant for me and a chorizo hash were tasty brunch items with decent herbal teas and coffees. Two poached eggs with each were cooked perfectly and the croissant was good for the 'mopping-up'. There's a good buzz in and around this place so maybe BTs has finally got a good café formula. Tweaks will come and the hard-working staff will hopefully get some leadership..

01/08/2025: Kinda Terrible... Order: Chorizo Hash (€17.50), Chicken Wrap (€15.50), 2 × Americano (€8.40). Total: €41.40. for a below average brunch. The chorizo hash was mishandled twice. First plate arrived with hard-cooked eggs; when I queried it, the response was awkward with the waiter, another staff member rescued the situation from afar. The second plate swung the other way: the egg whites were undercooked and runny, you know like snotty egg white (gag) and the dish was over-sauced and oily. The chicken wrap and coffees were fine, and the room is pleasant, but at these prices I expect consistency and properly poached eggs. Service was willing; execution wasn’t. Bottom line: disappointing overall — we won’t be back. I'd suggest, don't waste your time / money here.

23/09/2025: Waited in a queue to buy something. A woman (who I'm assuming is a worker, because of her uniform. I didn'tget a look of her face but she's short with dark hair) tried to cut in front of me and the rest of the queue. I didn't let her because I was in a huge rush and it would have been unfair to all the people behind me. She called me a swear word beginning with c, under her breath. The cashier refused to speak to me, kept giving me dirty looks, and practically threw my items on the desk. I've worked retail myself and I never usually complain. But the way these workers act is horrific and absolutely unacceptable. I will never be back here.

02/09/2025: Great shop with lots of variety, and the manager and staff are a real credit to the place. One suggestion I’d make is to install anti-bird wire. As a daily user, I (and other bus drivers) have often been hit by bird droppings, which is a real inconvenience. We spend a lot of money here every day, so this improvement would make a big difference to the overall experience.

30/03/2025: I would give zero stars. Waited 1.5h for delivery on a Sunday. Food was disappointing. We spent over €50 and it was a total waste. It used to be a decent place, but has gone down hill. There are a lot of places around with great quality food. Stay away from this one!!!!

24/02/2025: Osaka Sushi and Ramen is a takeaway gem! Fresh sushi, rich ramen broths, spice box and generous portions. The spicy tuna roll and savory ramen are must-trys! Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and great value. Plus, their delivery is always on time! Highly recommended!
