01/09/2026: Terrible got this horrible bucket meal and a wrap which I paid 27 euro for which had one tender on the wrap I paid 8.70 for was the smallest wrap I ever got for that price, also horrible staff in this store should be closed

14/08/2026: Went in for lunch today with my parents dont think id bodther again my parents even said they same not many people in restraunt at all yet it took them over 25 mins to complete are order. people coming in after us and getting their orders before us myself and my mother questioned numeous times were our order was we were just ignored even when my mother asked a staf member he just ignored her and started shouting over her the number of the next order that was ready and wanted us to move aside. when food eventually came it was thrown together on a tray ordered 3 box meals didnt come in the box at all thrown on the tray only a couple of chips thrown on the tray with all 3 meals and the burgers were so covered in sauce that the buns just disintergrated as you lifted them up to eat the sauce was everywhere. The staff were so rude also especially the man on the till shouting at us you have to pay infornt of other customers while we were waiting on the food told him i know that we were waiting to pay once the order came out he insisted on payment there and then even though we still waiting nearly half an hour for the food burgers were also thrown togther and looked liked they had been squased terrible customer service staff looked as if they werent bodthered and didnt even want to be there

16/07/2026: Too long time to get food, joke place

21/06/2026: Absolutely disgraceful service. I placed my order at 11:50 PM and it wasn’t delivered until 4:10 AM — over four hours later. During that entire time there was zero communication, no updates, and not even a basic apology. I called the restaurant four separate times and every single call went unanswered. Leaving customers waiting for hours with no information and no way to contact anyone is completely unacceptable. At no point did anyone have the courtesy to explain the delay or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. If you can’t fulfil orders in a reasonable timeframe, you shouldn’t be accepting them. Waiting over four hours for food, being ignored when trying to make contact, and receiving no apology is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I will not be ordering from here again and would strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Don’t even get me started on the service it was brutal I could not sit in the cafe and eat my food and it’s cash only I had to walk out into the rain and get cash when I got back I was met with the worst service of my life. The atmosphere was terrible there was no one there and the room was empty and garlic was sickening

05/07/2026: Very disappointed with my experience at Apache Pizza Skerries. This is the second time I've ordered a pizza with anchovies through their website, only to receive a phone call afterwards saying they don't stock anchovies. If they no longer offer them, they should remove them from the online menu instead of allowing customers to order something that isn't available. Looked up today its still on their website to order!!!!!!!!! After cancelling my order, I was told it would take 3–5 working days to receive my refund, leaving me without my meal or my money. As someone on a full disability allowance who relies on delivery services, this caused unnecessary hardship. I sent a formal complaint to Apache Pizza's head office but received no reply, no apology, and no follow-up from the Skerries store manager. The lack of communication and customer care has been just as disappointing as the original issue. I've been a loyal Apache Pizza customer for years and have always had excellent service from the Balbriggan store, but after being let down twice by the Skerries store and receiving no response to my complaint, they've lost a loyal customer.

31/05/2026: The kebabs there are as if you were going to eat stones with water, I got a kebab today and it was literally disgusting the Nan is soaked as if the sauces were mixed with water. You have absolutely destroyed the zamzam name. Old owner has to take over again and bring back the best kebabs to ever exist.

19/08/2026: Chicken was over cooked and dry. The chips were over cooked. Was supposed to get a can of drink with meal deal, when I got home we discovered we got none.

05/01/2026: Got a takeaway fish and chips. Tasty and Generous portions especially with their curry sauce which most takeaways can be a little mean with. Fast service and fairly priced

26/09/2026: Another lovely day to treat myself with this Americano Coffee and Creamed Donut. Cafe Sol here in Naas Town is ideal to have your breakfast after doing your shopping. They have lovely friendly staff as well.

29/08/2026: Very disappointing experience at Café Sol Naas. I was a paying customer, had ordered coffee, and was sitting at a two-person table using my laptop to do some work. After some time, a female staff member approached me and told me that I needed to leave the table because “this is not an internet café.” If Café Sol does not allow customers to work on laptops or remain at a table for an extended period, that's a policy the business is entitled to have. There are plenty of cafés where customers can enjoy a coffee and work quietly for a while. The experience felt unnecessarily unwelcoming. I would have expected better customer service from a café, particularly when the premises were not busy.

11/09/2026: Inedible. Very Tough chicken that I couldn’t even bite off, needed a knife to separate it, didn’t really look like chicken to be honest. Bad taste off the rice and not the nicest curry sauce either. Quite disappointing after being recommended this place.

26/08/2026: Ordering here years amd and years and I asked once for no spice on the munchies box with veg on the side for the kids my son has autism hes picky and came loads spice and veg in the box not on the side I rang the woman on the phone told me no we don’t do that I said theirs spice on it I asked for none she said no Chilli theirs clearly chilli on it the kids haven a sleep over lips burned tucked in as it took over a hour she said not her fault give it back we give yoi a refund not our fault but it is no even. Prawn crackers after spending 40 euro worse costumer service ever ever had to deal with no accountability no apologies it’s a horrible place i ca allows for mistakes but wasn’t first time never order from her portions are small the veg Thats ment to be in spice box is onion … munchies box for kids amd im a costumer over years kids all I was gonna ask is semd plain chips I don’t want anything free but she was mouthing down the phone .. 40 euro nonpeawn crackers Saids it never again … loyalty card wouldn’t use to give them more business this how grea you when ring to sort something out no even veg in the side like simple instructions cant take in wouldn’t Trust them if you don’t like veg or spice the over look details

14/09/2026: Just went inside to use washroom, absolutely no hygiene and never had the food that I bought it from that restaurant.

13/09/2026: Ordered 3 Spice bags takeaway . When it came tasted the chicken and was raw in the middle. We called them and they sent a driver to collect. They never got back on to us and we had to get on to JUSTEAT for refund. DO NOT USE the quicker they close this place the better. Customer service is ZERO Care and clearly kitchen feels same way about their food.
