24/05/2026: Was asked to wait outside for a chicken wrap because they had no chicken roll - even if advertised on a whiteboard in front of their shop. Paid 9.50 and and waited >15 minutes. Time for them to close the business.

29/01/2026: What a monster of a burrito at €16.95 with a drink, great flavours food was served fresh and nice and hot. Also had a bottle of Irish farm made pure apple juice delicious. The chef serving was very helpful and accommodating. Insisted that we not wait for the food, that he would bring it to us dinning outside. Served with some tortilla chips. Unless you are very hungry. I would recommend sharing this meal. As it is a lot for one person. Great value for money great price great service with a nice view.

21/02/2026: Disappointing experience with the munchybox. Too salty and tasted overly MSG- heavy. Not worth it. Ended up not finishing it.

08/10/2025: Ordered a delivery at 5 past 11 and was charged the restaurant wouldn’t answer their phone and never delivered my order

22/05/2026: The lady who answers the phone is so rude, no hello, goodbye, thanks, nothing. Called to collect order, she started talking to me in a language that wasn't English. Took the money, never gave Me change and walked off. The chef dropped food to me after a few minutes and he was very pleasant but the other lady could work on dealing with customers without the attitude.

12/03/2026: Asked for peppery chicken with curry sauce,biggest load of crap ever,poisoned with sugar,never and I mean will u ever get a cent from me ,pure vile and not what I ordered

28/06/2026: The toilets are beyond a disgrace. I went in expecting a low grade sandwich, I got. Fine. The toilets are definitely a health and safety violation, I won’t go into the disgusting conditions I found within

26/06/2026: We ordered pulled pork and they brought us a ham and turkey sandwich. We ordered cheese Doritos and they brought us chili Doritos. We ordered three Fanta Grapes and one regular Fanta Orange and they brought us three Fanta Zero Orange. We asked for an extra poached egg for another sandwich and they gave us olives instead. I'm going to file a formal complaint, but you're going to refund me all the money because you didn't give us a single one.

22/03/2026: Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The room itself was in a shocking state, with mould growing on the walls which immediately made the whole place feel dirty and unsafe. To make things worse, we had complete strangers somehow entering our room at 3am — even though the door was locked. It was genuinely unsettling and left us feeling like we couldn’t relax for a second. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the guys staying upstairs took a shower and the water literally came through the ceiling and onto our bed. Completely unacceptable and honestly unbelievable that a place like this is allowed to operate. There was never anyone at reception or in the lobby to speak to, so we had no way to report these issues or get help. By the end of the stay, we felt so uncomfortable that it was like our skin was crawling the entire time. Even basic things didn’t work properly — the curtains wouldn’t close, leaving us with no privacy. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was good. Unfortunately, that’s nowhere near enough to make up for everything else. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

19/04/2026: We were told today it's never open on a Sunday yet the food is sitting out uncovered including chicken and meat and salad items. Does that mean its sitting there from Saturday until Monday 🤮

01/04/2026: April 1st 22:09, I went inside as it says it closes at 22:30, but the staff just told me it’s closed already.

01/07/2026: Far and away the best fast-food pizza chain in Ireland, and my local one is a good example of so. Service is always efficient and food is always delicious (The jalapeño poppers will always be dear to me). I would be lying if I said this place hasn't been my go to during some nights out in Swords. Highly recommend if you're just looking for some easy, tasty food (Please try the jalapeño poppers)

19/04/2026: We got a quarter pounder beef burger / 2 chips and a curry dip . Chips were so undercooked that not only were they still hard they tasted raw. The burger looked and tasted like it was cooked in oil no brown colour and so full of grease that the slice of cheese was sliding off it plus way to much red sauce impossible to eat just a mess really. Dont know how its okay to serve food this bad no way would they eat this themselves . I would not recommend this chipper to anyone. Avoid it .

24/05/2026: Your staff in mater hospital is extremely rude with the customers. I bought a coffee and a meal and ask for water, the girl serve me warm water and refuse ice, in a rude way. We are in a hospital and the treatment should be more emphatic.

10/05/2026: Suspicious, was not permitted entry. Maybe due to not allowing some women to be taken advantage of at other bars [O'Connor's, Marcy's, Scruffy's, O'Donaughes, Pig's Lane].

02/02/2026: Absolutely horrible bouncers at the door 19 years of age and turned down at the door showed them my passport which the bouncer said “that’s not you go home”, I then went onto my Aib app logged in to prove it was me with my bank card where my name middle name and last name was there and was told “I’m not the revenue” I then sent an email complaining about what I was met with at the door, went up an hour later and was trying to get in and the same bouncer turned around and said “emailing won’t help you by the way”. was not left anywhere near the place, absolutely appalling behaviour from a young bouncer himself when other colleague (another bouncer around same age) watched me log into my Aib app and still didn’t say anything, I don’t go out much so I haven’t applied for an age card as I never have a need for it because my passport always does the job this man was absolutely horrible and I wouldn’t be surprised if he was doing it to other people too! This man should not be a bouncer at all and shows 0 experience. To anyone emailing with complaints or even with party/reservations just be aware the bouncers can see these emails (even at 12am) I would never try this place again as this behaviour was awful and this bouncer was horrible and had zero need to be so rude regardless of it being a bank holiday

06/07/2026: I ordered from here on deliveroo, I have paid for deliveroo plus silver meaning I get free delivery, however when the delivery driver got to my gate they demanded €6 more for delivery.. I told them I wouldn’t be home for fifteen minutes then when I arrived they demanded €3!! I refused and they gave me my food! Absolutely ridiculous!! If they have an issue they should bring it up with deliveroo not charge loyal customers!! I will not buy food from here anymore!! So bad
