09/02/2026: Stay away from this place! Can’t understand how this place is open and he has costumers! The food safety is 0! Food is outrageous bad like the little fella ( the owner ) guys, make yourself a favour and stay away from this place!

01/01/2026: Only let us order a chicken fillet burger, was dryer than the Sahara desert. I’m absolutely raging I will NEVER visit this place ever again. They also were promoting pro Israel propaganda to all the customers

07/05/2025: I traveled from Cork to Limerick and stopped by O’Briens for lunch — and I’m so glad I did! I had the Powerhouse Salad and a cappuccino, and both were fantastic. The salad was the nicest I’ve ever had — so fresh and flavorful. The cappuccino was perfectly made, rich, and smooth. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a delicious and pleasant pit stop!

18/04/2025: When did ye start adding 60 cent for marshmallows to hot chocolate!!!! And when did ye stop doing the foam on top and just slapping it out like pic??

26/10/2025: Best meal we had in Ireland! Has this meal door dashed tonight and we were very happy! Kabob was flavorful, the chips and chicken sandwich were so crispy! Delivery driver was great!

13/09/2025: I recently visited Prime Pizza. The pizza itself was okay, though I’ve had better elsewhere. One staff member who first assisted me was very friendly and went to the back to get my order, which I appreciated. However, when another staff member brought out my pizza, I pointed out that there was trash on the floor and on the table left by a previous customer, and I asked if it could be cleaned since I wanted to dine in. Instead of addressing it, he simply said it was from a previous customer and never cleaned it up. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. Cleanliness is an important part of the dining experience, and I believe this is an area that needs improvement.

16/11/2025: Got a takeaway recently and it was terrible , went back and the woman on the register totally dismissed me and didn’t want to know anything about my complaint, despite having being a regular customer, very disappointed with the response that I got ! I did call when I we had the food but this was dismissed and the woman wanted to see the food two days after I put it in the bin , very dissatisfied with the service and the food which was terrible, I was treated as if this never happened !

26/12/2025: We went there today. Never ever taste pizza like there, so awful, kids burger looks like a ready-made from the fridge and also chips taste horrible. So sorry lads.

29/10/2025: Prices for the food is not what they charged us. €10 online charged €15 for tne pizza. Tne pizza was NOT good. Reason they’re empty all the time

02/11/2025: My mother ordered at 19h, it was supposed to arrive at 19h50, then when we check where was the pizza at 20h, we were informed that the pizza would arrive at 20h40, no apologies, nothing, then at 20h40 the smart lads put it as delivered on the app, without delivering it. When we tried to call, it would be occupied (mom tried to call about 40 times, without success). Then eventually she got trough, they couldn’t locate the order, the guy who answered said he would call back, he didn’t, then finally it was delivered, with 3 hours delay. Zero respect with customers and no responsibility, if you respect yourself and want to eat on time, do not order there.

08/02/2026: Avoid this place. The food was undercooked, and when I raised the issue with the receptionist, I received an aggressive response and was told to throw my food in the bin if I wasn’t happy. I would strongly advise a health inspection, as I heard squeaking noises coming from the kitchen while I was getting ready to leave. They only accept cash, which appears to be to avoid paying tax. Terrible customer service and very questionable business practices.

19/12/2025: Worst chipper iv had by far in a very long time over priced .everything is from frozen . Think cheese burgers were 5.50 6 euro . First and last time I'll be going their . Trust me cross the road and go to Frank's half the price way nicer 🇮🇪

02/02/2026: Ordered for delivery. I live at max a 5 minute drive away from the place honestly I should of walked to collect it but it was raining and I wasn't bothered. Ordered 4 meals 4 dips and 4 cans receive No dips No cans and 2 of the meals was completely wrong. A snack box turned into chicken tenders with a handful of chips and a medium meat pizza turned into a small peperoni. It took 75 minutes to arrive and when I tried to ring back to complain I was hung up on and then my number was blocked ill never order from this place again. Stay well away much better options in limerick to get delivered and even if they are in the city it will be quicker

04/01/2026: i like the food all well and good, but i swear to god the amount of times i've had something ordered just for them to give me something entirely different instead is actually embarrassing. literal bare minimum, i can't even wrap my head around something like that happening more than once over the course of years, let alone on a regular basis

02/10/2025: This subway cannot get a delivery order right. Had to order more than once today for an order. First they gave the wrong order and then they gave missing items when we had to re order. We rang the store directly after the first order and the woman we dealt with was just rude and dismissive claiming they never even got our first order.

01/09/2025: This is by far the best Subway my taste buds have ever experienced—absolutely mouthwatering, almost tear-jerkingly amazing. I’ll never forget this day, mainly because yesterday was the worst day of my life. Long after I’m gone dead and buried, my children’s children will know about this place. Mark my words.

13/03/2026: The food looks great, but the truth behind how it's made is probably something most people don't know. You find out when they make dough in the wash basin because there's no dough machine. I've seen the chef dip their fingers in the curries to taste them many times. Plus, if any food falls while packing, it still goes into the customer's order.

28/12/2025: Testing should be done everywhere but we did not find the food quality of this restaurant good nor was the food tasty and they do not even know how to pack the food, they mix everything in one, if you spend money then eat good food and whatever good feedback you have, please tell people about it.

19/08/2025: What a fine dining experience! Truly Michelin-star level if the star was made of rotten meat. We only went in ‘cause nothing else was open, and wow… what a mistake. My mate ended up sprinting to the toilet with explosive diarrhea, while I was busy trying not to puke my lungs out. Honestly, I didn’t know food could double as a biological weapon. One star, but only because Google doesn’t let me give negative numbers.
