30/01/2025: Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever eaten from this establishment- chicken came in a pizza box and the oily smell was horrible lingering on our clothes afterwards not sure why anyone would want to other food from this establishment it’s so bad

21/10/2024: Ordered 1/2 pounder burger, was more like a standard double cheeseburger, no flavour, burger patty was dry, barely any sauce on the burger. I also had their battered sausages, it wasnt even a proper battered sausage it was just one of them cheap nasty hotdog sausages you buy in a supermarket simply dipped in batter, just writing about it makes me want to gag, I wouldnt even feed it to a dog. I went ahead and got chips aswell, which taste like they were cooked the day before and just re-fried. STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT

05/09/2024: Today, I only try one dish. Tuk tuk nasi goreng special. Simple yet delicious foods. Will come again.

30/10/2024: We ordered margherita and chicken pizza and loved the taste. The base was fresh and the cheese was perfectly cheesy.

19/01/2025: Oh Dios mío qué lugar frustrante para visitar, nos quedamos en fila durante 20 minutos para ser atendido, luego el cajero tuvo que abandonar la caja registradora para llevar comida arriba a los clientes, retrasándonos aún más, había 5 - 6 personas detrás del mostrador, cada uno haciendo cada trabajo, ida y vuelta. ¿Por qué no tener una línea de alimentos adecuada? El pan integral, servido con la sopa estaba rancio, la sopa estaba bien. Finalmente llegamos a la mesa, solo para descubrir que ninguno de ellos estaba despejado, cada mesa estaba apilada completamente de vajilla y cubiertos usados. Un entorno tan maravilloso para visitar después de un paseo, ¿por qué oh por qué no se ejecuta de manera más eficiente.

18/11/2024: He didn’t let a 24 years old girl letting go inside because she is 24 and people inside are over 60… like imagine a day off going out for a drink but you hab to be over 60 to go over there! Security being arrogant and when I asked to talk to one or the manager he said he was the manager! I wish I can have a world with the manager !

15/12/2024: Such a friendly and relaxing place in the heart of Dublin. The shisha is top notch and high quality. Will be a regular place of mine any time in Dublin.

14/12/2024: Such a hidden gem the apple tea was wonderful the best atmosphere.

15/09/2024: A hidden treasure off Church Road. A good range of desserts, tea and coffee. Nice choice to mull over, and a nice breakfast menu. Handy for parking.

25/12/2024: Open at 1:30am on Christmas Day. Absolutely excellent service, whilst every other place was closed Tasty Bites was open and serving no problem. I got taco fries delivered and they were class. Not a lot of takeaways are that dedicated to serving customers!

05/11/2024: I go to this restaurant a lot I have to say, I tried almost every Restaurant in Tralee and TASTYBITE GRILL is the best in the business I always get the fried chicken and always gives extra free chicken all of the food is absolutely stunning if you’re looking for a good food, get yourself to TASTYBITE GRILL and all of the staff is absolute gentleman, Very good service Highly recommended A+++

31/12/2024: Sad that what was a massive win as a kid is now a kick in the bawls for adults.

30/12/2024: On the afternoon of the 29th, I bought takeout from KFC and went home to eat it. My children followed me and started vomiting and diarrhea in the middle of the night. I had diarrhea 4 times at night and 5 times in the morning, and everything was vomited out.

16/01/2025: Tried to Call the Premises [ 10-Times ]. A Continued Engaged Tone.. Not good Business Practice... Even a 1-Star Is being Generous.... Definitely not worth my Time... Can't Beat "Chans-Takeaway" for Reliability

04/01/2025: Normally get great service and value from this chipper but tonight was missing 3 main toppings from pizza ordered , obviously a glitch in their ordering system but when rang to tell them as a hint not interesting in listening

27/12/2024: Ordered for delivery at 6 arrived 35 minutes early, when I asked for them to return at 6 manager came back and was extremely aggressive at my front door. Also the slop they came back with the dog wouldn't eat. Have ordered here weekly for the last year. Appalling the way the manager was aggressive and rude because of their own mistake Never again would I order or recommend anyone ordering from here. Food had gone way down hill with few weeks, smaller portions, always cold . Still supported the restaurant as it's local. Definitely not after today

09/01/2025: Was OK but wouldn't be ordering again after seeing Food Safety Authority report. More than just a slip up, implies the staff are all dirty but didn't care. Rat dropping even in the box to store clean gloves Quote below: "Evidence of non-compliance: There is heavy rodent (rat) activity in the premises. This was evidenced by: The presence of multiple fresh rat droppings in multiple areas throughout the shared kitchen including; around the hot water cylinder to the rear of the premises, around the lobby leading to the rear dry goods store and staff changing area, in the staff toilet, in the attic, in a plastic container storing rubber gloves, on food packaging stored to the front of the kitchen, in the dry goods store under shelving to the front of the kitchen and in the attic and other areas throughout the shared kitchen. A hole had been chewed through the wall in the dry goods store to the front of the shared kitchen, in a manner consistent with rat activity. Open ready to eat foods such as sushi/sashimi, noodles, chips and sauces were present in the kitchen which rodents were likely to have had contact with. Food and food packaging which rodents have come into contact with is likely to be contaminated with harmful pathogens such as Salmonella spp. which rodents carry on their paws and excrete in their urine and faeces. This renders the food produced in these conditions likely to be unsafe and thus poses a grave an immediate risk to public health."

09/01/2025: This place is grim and the guy behind the counter is awful. Needs a serious cleaning, food is average at best

30/12/2024: I have been getting Metro Grill since I moved to Carlow, a little too often some might say, however I can say wholeheartedly that you will not find a better takeaway anywhere in Ireland, the food is absolutely fantastic whether you order at 5 in the afternoon or at 2 in the morning, Metro Grill will make sure you leave with a full belly and a smile, professional and polite, I can guarantee that the customer service and quality of food are top notch, great selection, packed with flavour and made by absolute gentleman, if Metro Grill ever disappears, I will leave this county! Absolutely recommend this place if you need a bit of grub!
