12/09/2024: Terrible food and terrible service. Atmosphere was tense as boss had an altercation with our waiter during the middle of our dinner and told him to go home. Shame as our waiter was the only good thing about this place.

01/12/2024: I’ve ordered two cakes from Mannings for two events and been so impressed both times! Ready for collection on time, so fresh and tasty, gorgeous presentation and attention to details! The team also did any extras I asked for - highly recommend!

25/08/2024: First time ordering cake from Mannings Bakery, I’m so surprised that the cake taste so fresh and good. Not too sweet, that’s what I like. It just right. Plus staff were friendly when collecting the cake even they were busy, they handled everything with urgency. I will recommend to anyone to get cakes from them.

19/08/2024: Most bland satay sauce I’ve ever tasted in my life. Meat tough and definitely straight out of the freezer. Place has gone very downhill in recent years

31/12/2024: Don’t recommend ordering here for delivery, waited 1 hour until I received a call from the driver asking for my eircode to say they were 5 minutes away, no more contact until I rang 30 minutes later just to be told they won’t be sending the order out as the driver came back to the shop.

31/12/2024: Did not order from here , made order hour later no food, tring shop to be told driver carme back and not redelivering it , not even a call, worst chipper around

21/09/2024: I ordered spider roll. delivery was pretty quick, but the food was not good at all. it consisted of mostly rice with something dry and deepfried in the middle. nothing else and for €19.50?! Nothing like ive ever had before. very dissapointed. was my first time ordering from here and I will not do it again.

19/07/2024: Not what it used to be. Chips were absolute muck, they’d been cooked about 4 times. Can of Coke was warm. Chicken in the kebab was tough as if it had been sitting out for a couple days

27/02/2024: Please come back to Dun Laoghaire, the street food truck down at the pavilion was my go to, the masa chicken burritos are top notch! I also visited the pawn shop last year for my birthday for delicious fish and chicken tacos, please tell me you are coming back in some form or another!

26/08/2024: I've been going to Angelo's years ( since I was a young ) when Angelo ran it. I was shocked and saddened by the attitude of the new man running it. This is a neighborhood chipper where friendliness of the staff has always made a huge impact on where to eat for dinner. The new man ( manager ) is rude and unapproachable which is such a shame as after over 10 years of going to this place for the first time I thought to myself I wouldn't be back. Young and the other staff are still as fantastic as always.

19/12/2024: Great food and great noodles I like that you can deliver to my house that is very far away from the restaurant. I would recommend this if you live in the countryside like me.

30/10/2024: Had the spice box - it was bland, dry, overcooked and expensive. Wouldn't recommend it.

14/12/2024: How are you gonna call your restaurant chopped and then serve me and entire half of avocado unchopped and raw tofu also unchopped. Worst burrito I've ever had in my life.

04/12/2024: I had lunch there on the 21.11 around 2pm. The place was dirty, tables filthy, floor nasty, dust everywhere, grubby looking not just busy place dirty, but poorly maintained, made me wonder how everything looks like behind the till. Not all products priced, when I have asked how much are the crisps, she told me nothing just added on the bill and when I have asked for the order receipt after I ate, as initially they only gave me the direct debit receipt, she told me this can no longer be given to me as other people ordered after me she cannot look it up in the system. The cashier and the manager that barely wanted to assist with the receipt, were visible disturbed and annoyed with my request and I had to leave as they were getting uncomfortable with my insistence, they were intrigued why I need the receipt...i will defo avoid this place in future.
