The best restaurants

18/07/2024: Frendly helpful staff. More attention to general cleaning,crocery and cuttelery. Teapots need deep, pastries were hard, don't know if they were stail or kept in chill cabinet

02/07/2024: The food was terrible, with a distinct taste of mould.

20/06/2025: The young waitress is a gem. An asset to the restaurant. Polite, friendly and very efficient.

20/05/2025: Chips were under cooked, the chicken was harder than higher level maths in the leaving cert! Shocking food, never again!!!

12/06/2025: Food always good here. I've only ever got takeaway, but the restaurant could do with some atmosphere. It's the old Dove Bar as far as I remember. Never it it back in them days, but doubt any interior changes since hanging to a restaurant

09/06/2025: The women working at the till very ignorant! I was reading the menu and she got impatient and asked me to stop wasting mine and her time. This is not customer service we want in our take aways in our villages and towns Very upset and will never come and eat here again as I did order online regularly. Shame on her!

05/05/2025: Sorry, but I have to say it... the worst fish and chips we've ever eaten... bland, unseasoned, tasteless. I asked for vinegar but it wasn't noticeable at all, there was no salt. We stood in a long queue, probably half an hour, we thought that this queue meant something, that if so many people were waiting then the food must be the best in town... unfortunately we threw half of it away because we couldn't eat it.

06/06/2025: 2 bad experiences with this company. First time I ordered the delivery driver rang to say they were outside went out and no one was there. I rang them back they said they think they were in the wrong estate. That they would be another 2 mins. 20 mins later still no sign of food. Rang the shop the delivery driver answered and said they were putting fresh food on. Happy days. Another 20 mins later the food arrives and it was just reheated crap. Rang them after they said they were replacing the whole meal but when we rang back they said they only replaced the chips which weren’t fresh. Decided to try again rang them and got through to a Chinese woman with very very little English. Who could not understand the address which I spelled out and still couldn’t get it. or what I was ordering. (Kebab meal and garlic cheese chips) nothing too difficult. Just before she hung up the phone she gave out about me to her colleague. Maybe have someone fluent in English to answer the phones will not order again

16/06/2025: Assaulted by the security guard for no reason and denied entry without a reason. This is a disgraceful bar and they are disgraceful people.

09/06/2025: Very lively place. Worth a visit.

10/01/2025: Good Chinese take away. Recommend spice bag and duck in Amber sauce. Customer service rude at times as no single word of thanks. Chefs comes out of kitchen in very dirty apron to serve on till at times . Otherwise food served hot and tasty. I hope the hygiene is at good level in kitchen though.

21/06/2025: I was ordering the 20 nuggets and a mayo chicken burger from one of the machines which one of the printers didn’t work I picked the dine in option and sat down for my food to come and waited an hour and thirty minutes Midway of waiting I’ve asked many times when is it done and I was ignored twice and one of the workers said it’s getting prepared I even seen the 20 nuggets on the food pile but when one of the workers was trying to tell the other worker that was preparing to place the nuggets on the tray to not place it So I got fed up and asked for a refund

09/07/2025: food was shit and I was waiting for my food over nearly 2 hours and my pizza was very cold and chips were dry. I called them to get a refund or to get some new food and I had my friends beside me and they started cursing on the phone and they don’t have good customer service. I don’t think you should be ordering from here anytime soon go to l go to Oscar’s pizza instead

05/05/2025: Unfortunately the food was under cooked and cold pricey too. I understand veg might cool it down but being honest the meat was just warm didn't finish it. Know better next time

13/07/2025: Ordered online around 10:30 got a message pop up saying my order was cancelled and I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days it has now been 8 days no refund in my account:) we also had to pay an additional 30€ up front for the food they cooked which wasn’t even up to standard. Very disappointing, and the owner lied straight to my face when confronted. Do not eat there!!

22/06/2025: Did not eat here because they do not serve fish and chips. Lots of other food to order but NO fish.

27/05/2025: Hotel is nice, but restaurant food and service were very poor. Would not recommend eating here.

11/07/2025: Fish was not fresh it had the texture of rubber and the chips were poor very poor overall

05/05/2025: The chicken and the burger was so nice but the fries were the worst,so big, cold and so dry and tasteless. Maybe if they can try and make the fries small or medium and cook them well

22/04/2025: One of the men workers were perving on my boyfriend.was a 0/10 experience was very uncomfortable and didn’t appreciate the perverted comments he was throwing at my boyfriend.sick

12/04/2025: Very disappointed, order pizza and kebab garlic cheese chips ( for 7e better order spice box from their neighbours) , food dry, hard to find any cheese. Won't order anymore, the worst spend 40e for very long time.
