22/03/2026: Avoid this Chinese at all costs!!! Wish I could give this lower than 1 star. Used to order from here about a year ago and loved the shredded chicken, ordered again for the first time since and the chicken is completely different to before. It was disgusting, stringy, purple????and completely raw - it went straight in the bin it was inedible, I genuinely don’t know how they can serve food like that. Afterwards I came and looked at the other reviews because I actually thought I had made a mistake and ordered from the wrong restaurant by accident but unfortunately not, it just seems to be a common thing that they don’t cook their chicken for any of their customers now 🤷‍♀️

13/04/2026: When I’ve seen the food options I got excited But when I tried the cake, it put me off so much. It was the driest cake I’ve ever had. Myself and my partner couldn’t finish 1 slice. Probably was super old

03/04/2026: The worst taste of coffee ever. We had a flat white and a latte. Both of them were extremely bad in a way that we couldn’t drink it. Went to the staff and complained about the taste of coffee and explained, they were pretty rude and were laughing and not even saying a single sorry word. Bad service

26/08/2026: Service was much to be desired, no seating service, no welcome nor greetings by staff. We were rudely rushed to pay the bill without even finishing our meal. We were not even offered to check out the desert menu. Our experience was just appalling.

26/08/2026: Reviews are often subjective, so I'll try to be factual. We were a group of four adults and one teenager. Regarding the service: We waited patiently for about ten minutes at the foot of the bar, without a greeting or a word, despite several attempts by the staff to get our attention. When someone finally deigned to speak to us, they told us to sit down or find a seat and handed us two menus. After sitting down, we waited about twenty minutes for our order to be taken, and then another 30 minutes for our meal to arrive. The fish and chips and sea bass were very enjoyable, but the Margherita pizza arrived with an undercooked crust, and the burgers were basic, with no sauce, so they were dry, and the meat was overcooked. (€22 for a burger like that is a bit steep!) Four of us were eating faster than the last person, so a waitress came over and asked if she could clear the table. At this point, one of us was still eating with half their plate unfinished. We told her she could start clearing, which she did, taking everyone's water glasses and plates (including the person still eating). She then came back to ask if she could bring the bill, which we agreed to. She returned with the bill and the payment terminal while our friend continued eating. While we can understand that the initial indifference of our experience might have been due to some pressure, we waited a long time only to be rushed out the door. One positive point to note: a young man sang and entertained the crowd. As you can tell, I don't recommend this place, although the experience could probably have been different from one day to the next.

10/08/2026: The blonde older lady in the Dundrum Bagel Factory is the rudest person. I'm not sure why she is working there. Zero customer service. I was afraid to ask her for anything else. She just gives you a disgusted look.

11/09/2026: The website has one charge for delivering in lusk , we live in lusk and got a phone call tonight saying if we don’t pay another 2.50 there not delivering our food after we paid for it online . What a scam

06/09/2026: Terrible service from this domino store, ordered delivery via the app and waited terribly long for the order. And when I phone up the store, it is giving me several ridiculous excuses about the order got transferred to another store to no delivery available at the moment. Although the food is still warm after 1 hour and a bit of waiting, but the customer service is TERRIBLE, never again.

15/08/2026: I’m genuinely disappointed. Every time I order from Subway, whether through Just Eat, Deliveroo, or another platform, I select and pay for cheese, yet it is always missing. I’ve left polite notes countless times and always gave the benefit of the doubt, blaming the apps rather than the staff. However, after so many repeated incidents affecting both me and friends, it’s difficult to believe it’s a system error. If I have to add ingredients from home, what am I paying for? This needs to be fixed, and compensation is warranted.

16/07/2026: Absolute joke of a franchise outlet.. They get pretty much every single order wrong that we've ever had. Invite the 3rd world to your country and 3rd world service is exactly what you get.

19/08/2026: Chicken was over cooked and dry. The chips were over cooked. Was supposed to get a can of drink with meal deal, when I got home we discovered we got none.

01/08/2026: Staff were friendly. Service a little slow. Food was terrible though, bland soup and dry bread. Avoid.

28/07/2026: It is in fact very good great staff, food is fine and cooked well used it many times, Clean and not a typical tourist rip off. The cost is low considering most tourist towns. In fact I used it yesterday with a friend and they were happy. Worth a try.
