The best restaurants

27/09/2026: Absolutely outstanding service, food, and wine quality, everything exceeded our expectations. The ambience was warm and inviting. It was our first visit, and definitely not our last! I initially thought the restaurant was only open to hotel guests, but it’s actually open to the public, which is fantastic. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and of exceptional quality. Highly recommended

18/08/2026: It was nearly one year ago I went to book a table to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The workers from the first minute were really friendly and they made sure I could get the table I said I really wanted. Thanks for them the birthday was amazing and all of us spent a fantastic day. They put a lot of dedication and love. Thank you so much for giving us a special day that night. I ordered with them a cake and it was really beautiful and delicious as well. They write all the words and numbers, it was the best cake I have ever seen for a birthday party. I am so grateful as well for all the patience the waiters had to us. They helped is taking many pictures and they allowed us to take pictures as well and decorate the table. 14/08/2026: Got a bag of chips and they were decent enough had to wait 20 minutes for them tho and the place wasn’t even that busy a family of 10 got their food before me after ordering 5 mins after me .The staff aren’t very friendly and seam to dislike each other . Just overall a weird experience but I have had this chipper a few years ago and it was great did the owners change ?

27/09/2026: I went there for a casual coffee with a friend. While the food was perfectly fine, unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience due to the attitude and behaviour of one of the waitresses. The waitress who served us was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our visit. She was the only Black member of staff and was not wearing a name tag. When I politely asked for a sugar substitute, she told me to go and get it myself from the bar. Later, when I asked for some water, I was given the same response. I could have understood this if the restaurant had been particularly busy, but the place was almost empty, and she appeared to be spending her time cleaning tables that did not need attention. What was particularly disappointing happened towards the end of our visit. We still had food on our plates when, without asking whether we had finished, she took the plates away, stacked them together, and told us that they were closing. This was despite there still being approximately 45 minutes until the advertised closing time. At first, I wondered whether her behaviour towards us might have been racially motivated. However, what concerned me even more was seeing her treat two elderly customers sitting beside us in an even more rude and dismissive manner. Regardless of the reason, the way customers were being treated was completely inappropriate and made the experience very uncomfortable. I would strongly encourage management to look into this incident and, more generally, to review the standards of customer service and manners expected from staff. The food may have been fine, but the way we were treated is what we will remember from our visit.

14/04/2026: Disappointing service – stingy with basics I had a very frustrating experience here. The staff was incredibly rude when we made a simple request for extra tissues. We were only given one, and when we asked for one more, the salesperson was dismissive and claimed they didn't have any. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you feel like you’re bothering the staff just by asking for basic necessities. Won't be coming back.

26/09/2026: Usually our go to takeaway but what the absolute heck is this? Ordered a kebab tray, what I got was chips a bit of very bland grilled chicken fillet cut up some limp lettuce and half a bottle of mayo. Disgusting! Went straight in the bin. No garlic sauce so chilli sauce. Worst thing I'm ever after getting from a chipper.

26/09/2026: Now, I will preface this by saying some of their food is fine, but I have just ordered a "kebab tray" and it is honestly probably the worst thing I have ever gotten from a chipper. Chips covered with mayonnaise (yes plain mayonnaise) , lettuce and the driest chicken in the world. Absolutely grim.

30/08/2026: The food from here was practically inedible, meat was so chewy and tasted off. Took an hour and a half to arrive and was cold. Will never order from here again

28/08/2026: The quality of the food I got was honestly so disappointing. I've eaten it many times but this time will be my last, not only was the food terrible it also came in a brown paper bag?? My blackbean beef was neon orange...Where did the budget go overnight?? Do better!

22/09/2026: Gave my cake pop to somebody else and wouldn’t give me another one after I payed very rude staff

23/08/2026: The food was overwhelmingly dominated by garam masala, and overall, the dishes did not taste good, only sharp spicy test, especially considering the €19 price on Saturday. They could easily have served tap water instead of charging €2 for a bottle of water. The service was also disappointing, and the staff member was quite rude. I would never recommend this place to my friends or family. They deserve only one star. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

05/07/2026: This place is filthy. I paid, sat down, looked around and felt as if I was inside a garbage collector. I felt nauseous and had to leave.

16/09/2026: After ordering they charge me 5euro for a bag of fries and not even cooked properly and wass full of oil straight away thrown in bin Burger wass overcooked And the batter from sausage you can feel the batter soft after taken out of oil No recommendations

02/02/2026: Absolutely horrible bouncers at the door 19 years of age and turned down at the door showed them my passport which the bouncer said “that’s not you go home”, I then went onto my Aib app logged in to prove it was me with my bank card where my name middle name and last name was there and was told “I’m not the revenue” I then sent an email complaining about what I was met with at the door, went up an hour later and was trying to get in and the same bouncer turned around and said “emailing won’t help you by the way”. was not left anywhere near the place, absolutely appalling behaviour from a young bouncer himself when other colleague (another bouncer around same age) watched me log into my Aib app and still didn’t say anything, I don’t go out much so I haven’t applied for an age card as I never have a need for it because my passport always does the job this man was absolutely horrible and I wouldn’t be surprised if he was doing it to other people too! This man should not be a bouncer at all and shows 0 experience. To anyone emailing with complaints or even with party/reservations just be aware the bouncers can see these emails (even at 12am) I would never try this place again as this behaviour was awful and this bouncer was horrible and had zero need to be so rude regardless of it being a bank holiday

24/08/2026: The worst Chinese in Ireland for food and service , they sent us out pure black and mush chicken balls , we had rang to let them know they told us they’ll come back with money and they’ll take them back , after one hour we rang back and wondered what happened and they blocked our number , we decided to drive up to the place at 12am at night and they had nothing but excuses and horrible treatment towards us , then told us never to come back after throwing money at us , would not recommend this place to stray dogs and cats never mind people, stay well clear

21/06/2026: Refused to deliver my just eat order and rang me to charge me extra if I wanted them to give me my food. As they refused to deliver e the food i had paid for. I had to contact just eat who unformed me that the take away had to cancel the order and for me to contact them. The girl on the phone was nice but the owner was very rude and it was like taking to a wall. She just kept saying she was not going to cancel it and that I needed to do it in app. Which would of charged me the full price in cancellation fees. The helpfully just eat customer service finally was able to help and got me my refund. I have eat here before not worth the hassle and we won't be back.

18/08/2026: This place is an absolute scam, by far the worst strip club you can ever go to. They harassed us the second we walked in. when we went up for a lap dance they didn't even dance they took our money and wouldn't shut up about the private room. When we said no to the private room because we already paid for a lap dance and thats all we wanted they kicked us out. If i could give zero stars i would.

18/07/2026: 20€ entrance fee just to buy horrible drinks and being approached by girls trying their hardest to make you pay hundreds of Euro's for private shows. Stay away
