06/12/2024: Stood at the counter for a good while without being served. There was a dark haired female worker just walking around who looked to be in a bad mood just ignoring us. The other girl had to serve us after making smoothies.
The place was filthy as well. I counted 8 tables that hadn't been cleared and 1 knife we were given was really dirty.
The dark haired employee was the problem for me, it wasn't even busy but she seemed to be in a bad mood and wasn't helping the other 2.

The Little Chip

23/08/2024: “Little” in name, but “Huge” in quality. The best fish and home-made chips we’ve had in a long, long time. They even allowed us to sit in to eat and offered some cutlery too! Highly recommended! ❤️
12/08/2024: Read great reviews, but to my surprise, the food was horrid.
Fish smelt gone off, so I didn't eat it as it smelt like it was genuinely rancid and not just a strong fish smell... Advertise hand cut chips and chips are these tasteless frozen chips, which was a pity considering it was the only thing I could eat from my meal...

05/08/2024: Quite normal pizza, we ordered the BESTSELLER, it didn't take long, but I was surprised that they don't have a trash can inside to throw away the pizza boxes, they make you take everything outside.
Otherwise ok, it closes quite late and it was good for us

30/08/2024: Starbucks is a perfect place to go if you fancy paying over €5 for a cup full of ice. It’s not only this place - each Starbucks I went to in Cork, I paid for a cup of ice with ADDED drink, not drink WITH ice. Almost every time I get their iced drinks, I feel robbed. I love their iced matcha but it is not worth paying that much if you can’t even enjoy it. I had maybe five sips and my drink was already gone. Breakfast panini was delicious, one of the best sandwiches I had in Starbucks. Staff were friendly. Place is cozy but I don’t think I will be getting any more of their iced drinks.

12/12/2024: We were charged 12 euro for a pot of tea then we were told a cup of teas was 3 euros when we only got half a cup of tea with one single pot! We believe we are overcharged by the waiter who also got annoyed when we told him we wanted to pay separately. Their service was really poor. They failed to attend us for food order.
11/11/2024: Everything went super well the food arrived on time and the service was amazing. I highly recommend it.

03/07/2024: Ordered lamb shawarma plate, mix shawarma plate, chicken tenders, and cheese pizza. The pizza was yummy. Everything else was okay. I was not expecting gyro meat when you asked for lamb shawarma. Rice was not part of the meal rather fresh bread (which was fresh). I didn't like the food that much and don't think it's authentic Turkish cuisine. The staff were very helpful and kind. Gave us complimentary rice.

27/12/2024: Had heard great things about Here’s Health Café, and it absolutely lived up to the expectations ! The food and coffee were fantastic, especially the Christmas special sandwich, packed with all the festive dinner favourites ! They serve West Cork Coffee. The decor is warm and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere within Douglas Shopping Centre. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommend !
08/12/2024: Came in to get coffee and teas family of 4 on a Sunday and it wasn’t to busy , it’s was 4.15 and was told we could not sit down they were only going take aways but there was already people sitting and eating and they were open until 5.30 . Absolutely appalling

02/01/2025: Very poor and recently increased their prices again. They must be crazy charging those prices for cold food, soggy fries, sub par fried chicken and disgusting burgers swimming in mayonnaise. Whoever gives a place like this a 5 star review doesn't know a thing about food. Felt sick after trying it.
