08/07/2025: I always order from here, never had any problems. Always get hot, delicious food. Today was no change, really delicious. I'm late giving a good review honestly.

31/05/2025: I have to give the service 1 star due to the lazy attempt at a chow mein I've ever seen. The food is incredibly bland minus flavor didn't think that was possible. It has significantly changed, used to be beautiful food here, the quality now is abysmal. Will not be back.

25/07/2025: Mains of ham filo pie was tasty, but there was a serious lack of fresh sides and not very tasty.

11/06/2025: Decent coffee, friendly staff, but tasteless and rubbery scrambled eggs cooked in a microwave. €10 for this is really bad value.

23/05/2025: this place is decorated beautifully but the bartender was a little interesting. In our group two people order cocktails and the bartender told us they would take a bit because they had to be made individually which is definitely standard and we were fine with it. The menu offers various mocktails and one of them being a mojito. when one of us ordered one she said that a mojito mocktail is impossible to make even thought is was on the menu. when she was making the drinks she kept complaining about how the bar wasn’t properly set up. the atmosphere was great but I don’t believe the bartender wanted to be there quite frankly.

04/09/2025: After being a long time customer I will never order from this restaurant again! For the first time we ordered of their app as we usually order of just eat but when we got a leaflet last week encouraging us to order directly we decided to since we order quite frequently, however after an hour waiting I rang to see where our food was the man on the phone told me he’s very busy and only has two drivers, to which I responded saying well has our food left ? He told us it hadn’t been cooked!! Very frustrated at this stage I asked for a refund as I said I wasn’t willing to wait longer he told me no we’re busy what do you want me to say? I told him I appreciate that but I’m not waiting any longer especially if the food hasn’t been cooked, he told me to get onto just eat for refund I said I ordered from your app as we were promoted it last week, he said you want refund get on to just eat again very frustrated I then raised my voice and said I didn’t order from just eat I ordered from you how can they refund me?! He hung up the phone, I drove down to the restaurant for him to start to tell me I was yelling at him and I said yes as you were yelling at me and you weren’t listening you kept telling me to go call just eat when I didn’t order through them. He refunded me and I went to another local restaurant.

03/09/2025: Unfortunately this place has gone so far down hill, never again will I order, disappointed doesn't even come close. The food here is always consistent, really tasty and the staff are so attentive and friendly. It's by far the best place in the Dublin 15 area.

07/09/2025: I really enjoyed the food! The pizza had a crispy crust and delicious toppings, and the kebab was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. A perfect combo — I’ll definitely come back again!

28/08/2025: Myself and my husband went to panda for a meal on Wednesday evening. We had not booked ahead but were given a table straight away by the friendliest and most pleasant waiter we have ever met. The food was delicious, the salt and chilli shredded chicken is the nicest either of us have ever had. Service and fast and friendly and the price was very reasonable.

26/08/2025: Food is EXTREMELY bland. 0 taste or spice off the spice bag, no taste of egg fried rice, was extremely disappointing considering price. Wouldn’t go unless you’re a lover of bland dry food.

I rang them 8 times no answer and still no order and they took my money off my account, I am extremely angry here , I am a regular customer, it's now 11.20 and no food , they will be getting a phone call and a very angry person on the phone and I will be going uo to get my money back , not happy at all

10/07/2025: Was looking forward to trying this place for lunch so invited a colleague, we were left standing at the counter for 15 minutes before the girl even took our order. I asked for the roasted vegetable toastie and was told that they didn't have any. It was on the menu so I asked "can't you make one?" And was met with a shrug of sher shoulders. I then asked what was in the sourdough rolls on display at the counter, she answered "ham and cheese" I asked, "what type of of cheese?" since the menu had varying sandwiches with pecorino or scammorza etc. And I wondered if the ham she referred to was cooked ham or prosciutto crudo. She replied, "Oh, I wouldn't know that" I gave up and asked for one of those, i then asked if I could get some tomato on it, she said, "they are all pre-made". I asked, "well, do you not have any ingredients here? No tomatoes? Couldn't you chop one up and add some?" Which, to me, did not seem an unreasonable request, In an "Italian" place, tomatoes being the cornerstone of Italian cuisine. She shrugged again. So I paid for my coffee and sandwich and asked for a glass of water. She said, "sit down and I'll drop everything down to you. Another 10 minutes passed and she brought our food to our table. Cooked ham and still not sure about the cheese. No glass of water! I went back to the counter and asked for two glasses of water, (one for my colleague) she handed me one, I said "sorry, I asked for two glasses" and was met with a sigh. Then she proceeded to argue with another customer because they didn't take their table number to their table, before getting the second glass. Anyone can have a bad day but she clearly wasn't very good at her job and didn't want to be there. Maybe I should lower my expectations, but was quite disappointing. The most Italian things about this place were the imported Italian pasta products displayed on the shelves. You'll find more variety and staff knowledge of the offerings (and get a warmer welcome) at a deli counter in any convenience store chain.

18/08/2025: Today I ordered chicken balti and garlic coriander naan and they were 10/10. I have ordered before from here but loved it today!

17/08/2025: Myself and my partner dined in, at the Bombay in Balbriggan, the service was fantastic and very helpful and friendly, the dining area was spotless and clean. Best of all the food was the best we have had for a very long time. Would recommend the Bombay to anyone. Oh and it wasn’t expensive

11/06/2025: Kebab and falafel came with a sauce I didn’t care for. I’m used to some kind of tahini sauce, these were a little spicy and had a little funky taste. Servers were very friendly and helpful though.
